𝙰𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎: Nobody knows what Rush looks like, perhaps, even Rush. Those who know him most closely would tell you that he wears a candy red motorcycle helmet, that he likes warm colors, and that he is pretty short for an African. Unlike his ever-present helmet, Rush has many peacockish outfits, though they all follow the same formula; Racing Suit, Gloves, Boots. Because of a long-standing aversion to germs and all types of nudity, partial and otherwise, Rush is extremely protective over his right to dress like a ninja seven days a week. He doesn't take cold-blooded murder lightly for a criminal, but he straight-up halved the last person to try to take off his helmet.
𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢:
Rush is not quirky, obfuscating insanity to evade police capture, or playing dumb. Rush has a variety of mental illnesses, drug addictions, unhealthy coping mechanisms, and poor impulse control. A few moments of talking to him make it plainly clear how obviously wrong something is with him, though his cheery nature and childishness generally cause most to let their guard down. Despite his proclivity for candy, motorcycles, and hanging out with homeless children, there is a very present darkness to Rush's actions -- He is a murderer, a thief, and en employer of child soldiers. Whether or not he enjoys dancing to bubblegum pop from the American 1980's, it is not easy to forget that Rush kills people remorselessly. He is garish, crude, energetic, and acts with a maniacal glee somewhere between an adolescent boy and a hardcore gangsta rapper. He is the kind of person who would pour a bowl of cereal milk first just to upset those in the kitchen.

BRIEF CHARACTER HISTORY
𝙳𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚒𝚌𝚝:
Rush was born in a shantytown in Liberia -- a wartorn country in Western Africa, or as Rush refers to it, "Machine Gun Africa". Rush does not know who his mother or father are, and has declined the use of Oshun's resources to track them down. To Rush, he was not born in Liberia, nor was he born in the orphanage in South Africa he was sent to. Those are simply where he first received a body, and then received a legal name. Rush was born in Somalia at the age of nine, when he was inducted into the Somalian Justiciars Army. Moved around as a ward of the state until escaping an orphanage, Rush became a child soldier conscripted into the Somalia-Ethiopia war of 2180 by a motorcycle-riding warlord named "General Cheetah" who introduced Rush to his three loves; Motorcycles, drugs, and violence. By thirteen, Rush was a seasoned warrior, standing at the general's side every day. By eighteen, he was the general, known as "General Rush" to the child soldiers under his fold. With the conflict in Somalia and Ethiopia only worsening by the day, Rush was eventually contacted by an agent of Oshun nine years ago with a proposition -- He would receive more money than he had ever seen and a plane ticket to Eurocorp, and in exchange, he would do whatever he was told. Today, Rush lives in Eurocorp, far from Machine Gun Africa, doing whatever he pleases until he's given orders.

There is a neural link between the control of Rush's wrist tendons and his eyes. The purpose for this sort of augmentation is to give motorcycle riders more complete control of their vehicle at high speeds. If Rush sees a crack in the pavement coming up, his hands will unconsciously adjust the bike's trajectory by .002 centimeters to avoid it, all while going a hundred miles an hour.
