Still waiting on you kids.
Ugh sorry I've been grossly busy, which I completely didn't anticipate. Everything's back to normal now and I'll be posting regularly. Let me write one up now, should be ready in about an hour.
Here it is. Let me know what I need to fix if anything, I'm kind of out of it right now so there might be some stuff to rearrange.

3) Many would say the most important aspect of a leader would be the ability to guide. In my opinion it is the ability to know when to guide, and when NOT to guide. As someone who works best when given a small amount of direction and then set free to do my own thing, too many times have my plans been ruined by someone who thought they knew best and didn't know when to stop interfering. It's a difficult line to tread, as many who do need the guidance could grow bitter from feeling as though they are being babied while others are given more rope, so in the end I suppose the best quality for a leader is wisdom and insight. The ability to see what each person needs to function best as part of a team while not inciting ill feelings in the others.
4) I suppose an accurate example would be my entire life. I am convinced I am not built for leadership, though I hope your academy can convince me otherwise. I find that when I am in charge of others I am unable to communicate what I desire and become frustrated with others too easily, leading to bad feelings within the group. I myself am usually bitter that I'm in the position of leadership in the first place.
5) Well I think in any situation like this there are three steps to take. The first would be to cause an event that disadvantages opposing sides to the point in which they must stop their activities out of necessity. (Think the nuclear bomb in japan.) Your side must be unaffected by this event in order to be at an advantage. Then you must seize their land while they are unable to stop you, coming to an agreement with them that puts the power of their country in your hands while also saving their pride so they agree. (Think Germany in the hands of America after WW2.) The third step is to educate future generations of their children in your country's beliefs so that they look favorably upon you and your takeover in the future, killing the inspiration to rebel as they age. This is all completely hypothetical though, as at this point I'm not sure anything can fix the situation we are in currently.
6) I think valuing one as more important than the other and making it known is a deadly mistake, as both are important. Giving the impression that you can more about one then the other will cause your men to toss one aside in cases where it gets difficult.
7) I've never been a history buff, which may just be my downfall, but I've always admired Napoleon Bonaparte for his constant cunning and ability to come back after a fall.
8) Martial prowess, Wilderness survival, a good night's rest, espionage training, the art of persuasion, agricultural skill.
9) I feel I'm unable to have an opinion on that as both are terrible and extremely detrimental to our planet, whichever advances the fastest will be what is the most dangerous.
10) Some people have called me a human computer; cold, unfeeling and calculating. I don't feel that is true, however I can see how I can come across that way. I prefer to mask my emotions and choose the most logical option instead of letting my feelings get in the way. I enjoy solving difficult situations like puzzles. I often have a hard time relating to others, but do feel empathy when I can.
