His awkwardness had been him in yet another unfavorable position. He really didn't mean to upset anyone, he was always curious about other species and their history. He read many books in his masters library, all about what was known at that point on a number of creatures. "Alder Reynolds." He said as he shook the mans hand, saving this mans name to his memory. He thanked Alder for his condolences. "I do not, what's the word. Blame. I do not blame you for not hearing of my name or my tribe. We were hidden for many years, never wanting to expose our kind to the dangers of war. And as easy as it would be to blame humans, it was elves within our own tribe that turned on us. But you probably don't want to hear about that." When Alder and the girl began to speak, he realized he was now preventing them from where they wanted to go. He gave a slight cough, a way to get their attention without being completely rude,
"Well it was, nice, to have met you Alder. I hope we speak again soon. You interest me, as someone who is about the same age as me, you have seen a completely different world to I. I'll let you two go." Leo gave a slight head nod and turn on his heels, heading in the opposite direction. What else was peaking at his interests?

Leo studied the man more intently than the female. If he had to guess, his height was close to 5"7 or 5"8. A little shorter than Leo himself, he stood at around 6"1. His attire wasn't eye capturing, but his appearance himself was vastly contrasting. His eyes were bright blue, as if his eyes captured a clear sky in them. He was old, if Leo had to guess, they've probably had the same life span. This is what Leo did, he captured every detail about a situation, saving it to memory. "No, I've met my fair share over the years though. My sister married one, I believe. He was the same one that changed me, though I couldn't begin to guess where they are now. Why do you ask? Do I remind you of someone?" Leo smiled softly before slipping a slight chuckle past his lips. He returned his gaze to the vampire, "I do apologize, I don't, well, I don't speak very often out loud, let alone to people, or well, anyone. That question stroke you as rude, I could tell, for that, I'm sorry. No, I only ask because I've only ever met two full bloods in my life, early on in fact.
Call it bad luck, but, well, I haven't met one who hasn't tried to kill me.
"

Leo's attention was slightly altered when he noticed a cat bouncing from rooftop to rooftop, This place is full of wonder. Leo's attention was brought back once the vampire spoke, "You're an elf, aren't you? I haven't met very many of your kind." As if returning the favor by asking a personal hated question with another, Leo's mind flashed with visions of his tribe, the slaughter, his uncle, the vampire. "I am indeed. Elves still exist in this world, but with how our tribes have gone with history, we rarely get seen unless we want to. That's why many of the elvish tribes were not seen in the wars that have passed. Seclusion led to prosperity. Or it was meant to." His gaze fell, as images rushed through his mind, something he thought was long gone from his memory bank. He smiled as he snapped back to attention, "Forgive me, mam, sir, my name is Leofrick Entoris, the last renaming member of the great Entori tribe." His hand outstretched and a smiled wiping across his face.

This city is only an escape. This city is only for cover. This wont be permanent. This was the only thought that ran through Leofrick's mind, repeating, as if on a loop. He never desired to put himself willingly among people, human or not. Company of the masses was not something he had known for a very long time. A town or two on his travels he could handle, small amounts of people ever lived in those. But this, there wasn't a place in sight that didn't have a person attached to it. Unfortunately, Leo took on a job recently that has landed him in a bad place, being hunted. Not something he was used to, he was always the one hunting. Leo often pondered if this is what the animals he hunted felt.

The marketplace was huge and buzzing with energy and arcane power, a lot of destructive forces, ticking time bombs, skilled fighters roamed these streets, a thought Leo was inclined to quickly forget. He stood leaning against a building, scoping out where everything is and what situations are currently happening. His dark green cloak covered majority of his body, however he had a faded gray pair of pants to cover his legs. His hood was down as to not cause people to question his presence. His dark gray skin almost blended with the wall behind him, if it wasn't for his red eyes, he would've been easily missed. He closed his eyes briefly, trying to take it all in, the smells, which was a concoction of both odor, animals, herbs and many others, he also took in the sounds, trying to separate every individual sound. A skill he has learnt to be one of his greatest assets. This was his new home for the time being.

He finally took a step off the wall, moving towards the ever growing sea of people. His eyes were open, his body moved, but his mind was still dissecting the sounds around him. An odd sound of skin against pavement echoed through his head, and a familiar scent, one of trees and grass and creature, like his home among the forests. He changed his trajectory till he came across two figures, one smelt of fur, the other... rotting. A wolf and a vampire, not something you see everyday. His smell was eerily familiar, and it burned a question into his mind. He approached the two who seemed to be in conversation, he gave a slight cough as he came up to them, his voice was soft and low, he never had to speak to many people and some times, he forgot how to, "Ex-excuse me sir, mam. If I may, umm, be so bold. Are you of pure blood?" He asked gesturing towards the man.
sorry ive been out of cell reception and ive just gotten back home, i'll catch up on what people have posted and i'll start on my post.
When do you plan on starting this? Also, if there isn’t a lot of humans characters by the time we start, I could Roleplay two characters?
Hey everyone, just thought I’d say hey and can’t wait to rp with you all, my character has been added to the CHAR tab, his history is a bit long and will be added in chapters so hopefully enjoy, but either way, can’t wait to start!
