Personality: Lin is introverted but not one to avoid being social. She will talk to anyone who wants to talk and is generally not judgmental. She holds freedom of thought and action in high regard, so she encourages opinions, innovations, and suggestions among her allies and crew. Among strangers, she will be generally polite if the situation is not charged. If asked her opinion, she will give it in full regardless of audience.
Despite being generally pleasant to be around, she does have a lot of sarcasm in her. She also responds coolly to anyone trying to be in control of others. If they attempt to force others to conform, Lin will become hostile. As part of her merc training, she received close combat training and is thus always observant and prepared for a fight.
Her hobbies mostly include reading, training, drawing, and writing. She is also a rather hardcore gamer of both video games and tabletop RPGs.
History: Lin is relatively unknown as a pilot since most of her activities garner little, if any, recognition. Within the military, she is commonly known by her MS name, Einsamkeit. She is sent on recon missions for the most part, but she also gets missions to assassinate or perform guerilla warfare. These missions are always black, so few hear anything but tales.
The only commonly known facts about her is that she defected from her mercenary crew when they joined the Zeon side and that she is vehemently opposed to being part of the actual military. She is known to have her own crew, quarters, and land for a small base, thus acting as an independent operator. Her successful mission record and reasonable pricing keeps her in nearly eternal employment with the Federation. She keeps her status as a Newtype hidden to prevent any friction from it.

Total weight sits at 27 t normal, 50 t loaded. Overall, this MS has much of its weight stripped due to lighter armor, no beam cannon, and lack of missile weapons, thus creating a large increase in mobility.
Fixed Equipment:
1. Sand Barrel: This essentially functions as a chaff launcher, though it is much higher tech and can even temporarily mess with funnel movement and/or even damage them.
2. MMSBL (Multi-Mode Scout Beam Launcher): Due to being put into unknown conditions and expected to operate essentially solo for extended periods of time, this launcher has two medium barrels, a single large barrel and three firing modes. The primary mode uses the largest barrel to function as a Beam Launcher, firing slower but larger and more destructive particles. This use is for slower targets that are more heavily armored. The secondary mode is semi-auto, using only the top medium barrel, causing it to function as a standard beam rifle. The third fire mode is a full auto mode using both medium barrels. As expected, this consumes double the power. The weapon is powered by the specially constructed hardpoints in the MS forearm and within the manipulators, pulling directly from the generators for both ammo and electricity. When not in use, this weapon can be stored on the back of the MS.
3. Beam Falx x2: These beam weapons are two handed blades shaped with a slight curve, the main hold having the concave side facing towards the opponent. One is stored on each hip. They function as a very high powered Beam Saber.
4. Anti-Beam Shroud: Essentially a cloak of cloth that can absorb beam weapon hits. Once it has lost the coating, it is generally discarded. The MS can hold one spare.
5. Recon Funnel x 2: These are low signature remotely controlled drones in essence. They can extend the MS sensor range by up to another 10 km from their position if sent to the absolute edge of the MS sensor range. Their bank of sensors include optical, infrared, and forms of sonar. They can operate for up to 24 hours before returning to recharge their generators at the MS. Though much smaller than the MS, they are not invisible and lack any sort of defensive measures.

Optional Equipment:
1. SMH (Scout Multi-Harness): This is essentially a Molle for an MS. It can hold spare e-pacs, items required for missions, beam sabers (unable to charge on harness), and even up to two beam handgun weapons.
2. Beam Handgun: This weapon comes with two firing options, selected by flipping a switch on the side of the gun. It can either fire directly from the generator or fire from its own supply. This weapon is a last ditch option in case of destruction or loss of the other, more powerful, weapons or if the suit generators are running low. If powered from its own supply, it can provide 30 shots until depleted and needing reloaded from an e-pac.
3. Beam Shield: While not standard gear, the MS can equip and use a Beam Shield. When equipped with this, it cannot use its MMSBL effectively. It will then use Beam Handguns and melee weapons to compensate. This loadout is rare at best.
