Character Sheet: Ravaonna
Name: Ravaonna Lithren
Gender: Female
Race: Changeling
Class: Synthesist Summoner
Alignment: Chaotic Good

Appearance: The first thing one may notice about Ravaonna is her blue tinted skin. It is slightly darker than most samsarans, on the order of only two shades. Before seeing her blood and eyes, some have mistaken her for a very tall drow. Her body is slim and relatively lithe. Her muscles have little definition, hinting at her focus upon mental training. Her dark, almost black, blue hair, when in its braid, reaches her knees. When free, it brushes her ankles. The second most striking feature that one will notice is her eyes. One is silver and the other purple. Neither has pupils. She towers over her elven family, standing at six and a half feet tall. She even beats many half-orcs in height. Her skin is utterly flawless and has no scars or blemishes. She takes great care to keep it that way. Her fingernails are always long and sharp, forming claws. Her claws and eyes mark her as not just a samsaran but as truly a changeling. When she bleeds, her blood may be mistaken for water or sweat at first. She bleeds clear liquid, like pure water.

Personality: Ravaonna, despite being raised by elves, holds all non-evil races in equal regard. Like elves, however, she gauges individuals on a different scale than races. She may become close friends with an orc or a goblin, but she will still have a dislike of the race. In general, she acts politely and tends to be helpful if possible. She almost seems to have infinite patience, but this is a result of years of mental exercise. Her ire can be sparked should one attack her, her eidolon, or her friends. Once she seeks blood and revenge, she will pursue it relentlessly, even taking years or decades. This grudge may even transcend the person in question and fall upon the shoulders of their children to make amends.

Religiously, she has two deities that she considers her patrons. Desna and Shelyn drew her to their faiths and the relationship of the two goddesses created relatively little friction whenever she mentioned being devoted to two deities.

Biography: Ravaonna's life began as any changeling's. She was unceremoniously left upon a doorstep to be raised among another race. Luckily, the elven family inside found her and took her in due to the man and woman lacking the means to produce their own natural child. Her new parents gave her the name Ravaonna. The wife was well-versed in arcane lore and recognized the signs that Ravaonna was a changeling. Her husband found out soon enough and both vowed to never let their daughter become a hag. Years passed by without incident. Ravaonna was different since she resembled a samsaran, but she grew up in a relatively normal elven childhood. Her peers saw her develop far more rapidly than they, reaching full maturity at the age of 60. At that point, she created her personal name and private name. A year later, she was in the market to get some items for her mother. A cutpurse tried to steal the goods. Unable to help it, Ravaonna's rage bubbled up and she dashed after him. She couldn't catch him and she started to become desperate, more enraged and tenacious. At this moment, her latent arcane potential manifested in her summoning her eidolon around her. She instinctively lashed out with lengthened arms, rending the thief's calves with claws, causing him to fall and cower as she snatched her purse back. Her rage began to subside and the eidolon faded from view. The elves around her stared, awestruck.

At home, she had to relate the tale to her parents. When she finished, her mother actually gave a little laugh, telling her that her powers manifested in her entire house being compressed into a hyperdense pebble, so summoning an eidolon to stop a thief wasn't as bad as it could have been. Her mother did notice that the magic Ravaonna was predisposed towards was very unlike her own. The eidolon was essentially fused to Ravaonna's own form. Her mother was simply a polymorphing sorcerer. She sought out the academies in the area to find out just what her daughter was. One mage, after almost choking on his drink, said she wanted to come and meet Ravaonna immediately. This elven summoner was bubbling with excitement upon knocking on the door to the home. Ravaonna answered and the summoner practically mauled her with questions. Trying to be polite, Ravaonna led the summoner in and answered all she could. Upon mentioning the fact that the eidolon was fused to her form, the guest jumped a little. Ravaonna was called a synthesist and the guest offered to stop by and check up on progress if Ravaonna promised to study the tomes she left behind. Knowing she needed to learn to control the magic, as well as enjoying the feeling of the eidolon when she summoned it, Ravaonna happily agreed.

The next four years amounted to her studying tomes of summoning magic while also studying other subjects she loved. She happened upon and old tome in her father's library and studied it as well. Her father also found his old notes and let her use them for more research. From this dual study, Ravaonna became highly versed with her summoning abilities, eventually going entire days where she could summon her eidolon, while also developing a heavy knowledge of Thessalonian lore and language. Once she mastered the base level of her craft, she gathered some supplies and left her family to go to Sandport and study the Thessalonian artifacts more closely. Little did she know that she would soon be embroiled in violence that she would be partaking in.

Rat covenant is **not** a cheap way to invade, like at all, I'm learning. You pull people to you (most of them 'exterminators') and if you lose, you're out an Effigy (which you don't get back by winning). Still a blast, as I've had some really awesome fights, but there's essentially no pressure on your victims, and the rat keeps all the risk (though a lockstone **is** a pretty sweet reward)). You know what it's like? It's a Canadian Cat Covenant. 'Sorry we had to fight, eh, hope I didn't bother you.'

Never said it was cheap. I said it was cheaper than normal red invasions. You can farm effigies and can even get some from the fire keepers house at certain points in the story. Bell Keeper is easily the cheapest. (Nothing but wearing the ring. Even keep humanity if you get vanquished.) Rats have the advantage though of traps. That's why they aren't as cheap to use as keepers

MANY bosses fight alone, just near the mid-early it's mainly lackey/multi bosses.

Indeed. I'm on New Game+ and I will say that end game has maybe one multi fight. And that multi fight can be done easier if you know what to do or herp derp it like i did. (I'm a dual wield straight sword heavy armor guy, 1000 defenses against all types of physical and then two +10 Broadswords, now up to +10 Drakekeeper swords)

I have been invaded but the cost of red invasion is extreme. Instead most go for bell keeper or rat lord to reduce costs of invading. I notice that lag happens occasionally but not often and the most annoying thing is people camping bell keeper spawns with firestorm and lingering fireball. Those two pyromancies are too goddamn strong for pvp. Also, poison is a dick move since invaders cant heal but hosts can. I have to run Warmth just to survive some people.
Actually, a totemist is good if you have natural weapons and a con bonus. Anything else is gravy XD

But I am building a mostly melee totemist, though by level 9 I shall have a helm to shoot rays as well as my melee stuff.

Well, that's two arcanist, one diviner, and one fighter. Interesting group to be sure.

A Totemist is actually not an arcanist. Imagine it like a fighter with the ability to shoot beams, breath weapons, fly, teleport, etc. I am a fighter that has versatility and three knowledge skills (arcana, nature, and the planes)
Here is my character sheet:

Litrix

If we need to, I can have knowledge (arcana)
Hmmm, I need confirmation for my characters or feedback on changes. Oh well, hopefully everything is alright with him. Maybe he just got busy or lost internet access.
I don't know. I wonder where our thread owner went as well.

Name: Carnax the Trophy Hunter
Wonderland Persona: Is denizen of Wonderland
Age: Doesn't care (Ageless)
Gender: Male
Appearance: Stands at 10' tall (reference picture for rest of appearance)
Personality: Aggressive and cunning, Carnax seeks more and more trophies for his den. He hunts those that are unique, dangerous, or both. His hunts tend to align with keeping madness going only due to the unique nature of humans coming in to stop madness. He initiates hunts by giving the prey a sign, though he will not begin the hunt without the prey knowing it is hunted.
History: Few have encountered Carnax outside a hunt, but the denizens sane enough to mention what they do know is that Carnax has existed for countless time, hunting and killing for sport. He cannot seem to be destroyed. He instead always comes back after some time has passed to try again. Stories vary, but it can range from days to years before he comes back after apparent destruction. His hunting has culled countless lives and the unique learn quickly to avoid his interest. Carnax's den is filled with trophies taken from corpses he claimed, though no one else but him sees these trophies.

Name: Aurora the Giantess
Wonderland Persona: Wonderland denizen (surprisingly sane with quirks)
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Appearance: She stands at 14'6" and without her armor, she resembles the first picture. The second picture shows her in her armor and with weapons in hand. She does not wield the hammer or scale in the first picture.
Personality: Aurora is usually rather kind if a little pessimistic. She wants to sincerely help out, but her curse is an obstacle to that. She is highly conscious of her height and often gets upset by things that point out the height difference she has with many other things in Wonderland. She is also prone to being reclusive, a side effect of her curse. Despite liking company, trust is not easy for her as many befriend her just to make fun of her height. When she is upset or frustrated, she often becomes angry or enraged. She doesn't want to hurt anything, but she will find inanimate objects to destroy to sate her occasional angry outbursts.
History: From birth, Aurora has been cursed with supernaturally bad luck. This curse only affects others around her and she herself has surprisingly good luck in most cases. As time passes near her, companions experience worse and worse events until the very realm seems to be trying to kill them. As things get worse, Aurora will usually take her leave for a time, watching from afar until the bad luck dissipates. Her signature armor and weapons were scavenged from a giant that fell in combat. She learned to repair and wield the weapons as well as wear and maintain the armor. Her time is mostly consumed with practice, repairs, and art. She takes pride in her skills, but she is also one to find something bad going on.

She has never escaped the ridicule of her height and the title of Giantess was originally bestowed to insult her. She took the title and used it as her own to bolster her confidence when she finally set out as an adult. As she traveled, she realized that the madness consuming may others seemed to never touch her. She never fully understood it, but it gave her the ability to move freely and forge her own path. Her unique ability also led many others to attempt to kill her. Her sword arms met the challenge and won each time.

Her life prior to donning the armor and weapons is unimportant to her. She wishes to leave it behind and refuses to address it.
