Hailing from a Merchants class family living on Terra. He wanted to expand his technical aptitude and abilities from elite military service. In the future he and hope to return to earth and use his technical skills to improve his families station, income, and cohesiveness. All of that changed with the Red Oath attack. He has no family (all where on Terra), no past, and now his only future is that of bloody revenge, ready to take action and use his vast technical skill to aid 7-5.

Mainly hacking physical systems, writing and auditing code, as well as modifying and repairing hardware.
Ace Pilot - Has cyber enhancements that allow him to interface with essentially any vehicle (land, air, sea, and small spaceships) and drive it quickly and effectually. This technology is an enhancement on the YETI interface systems.

Sounds fine to me. I'd probably prefer the 70's, 'cause I'd rather it be farther back then not. Might add an interesting dynamic, as some people might have to frantically Google the level of technology that was available during that time. Though that might just me being more pessimistic then not.

Love it! sending you my character in a few minutes.

I have one proposal for the game. Put the setting in the past. Say 1970's-90's. Will give us a lack of technology and a greater dependence on face to face interaction (how can you kill people en mass if you have no internets?). Give it a roll over in your mind.
