Okay. Let ME try. Because this is a butchery.

Name: Dynamic Duo's Double Entry!
Type: Counter
Effect: Activate only when a face-up level 4 or lower monster you control is destroyed by an opponent's card effect and sent to the graveyard. Special Summon 2 level 3 or lower Monsters from your hand to your side of the field. Monsters special summoned by this effect have their effects negated and cannot be destroyed by battle or card effect until the end of the turn.

Wouldn't this work better as a Normal Trap card?
Yeah, it's an Extra Deck monster, but this will be my one for a long time, I swear. Special thanks to my friend Krika for allowing me to stealuse his idea.

Name: Performapal Ring Master
Level/rank: 8
Attribute: DARK
Monster Type(s): Spellcaster/Fusion/Effect
Effect: 3 "Performapal" monsters
Must be Fusion Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the total ATK and DEF of all other "Performapal" monsters you control. Each other "Performapal" monster you control cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects once per turn. You can only control 1 "Performapal Ring Master".
ATK/DEF: ?/?
A young man with red and green hair in a multi-colored ring master's outfit. He wears a pair of orange goggles with a single blue star on the right eye.

Was gonna reword it on 'During your end phase', but considering Castel is a thing I can give this a pass. If it becomes a problem I'll tweak it.

My main issue was with the fact that it doesn't target, since cards like Castel and Compulsory at the very least do that. This card is kind of like a splashable Tiaramisu this way, only this bounces rather than spins.

Show me how you would write it then, Scar.

Name: Swift Striking Princess
Level/rank: LV 4
Attribute: Light
Monster Type(s): Warrior
Effect: During the End Phase you may banish the top card of your deck to return this card and one of your opponent's monsters to their hand.

Better? I'll see what your version looks like since it probably looks better than this.
ATK/DEF: 1400/1200

Can I just raise an issue about the fact that this card is a reusable non-targeting removal that can activate on either player's turn? That's pretty powerful, guys.
@Ammokkx

I'll have Nathaniel spend 15 points for one set of BOSH.

Also, speaking of bandwagons...

Name: Polarity Bond
Trap type: Normal
Effect: Banish 1 "Alpha the Magnet Warrior", "Beta the Magnet Warrior", and "Gamma the Magnet Warrior" from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Valkyrion the Magna Warrior" from your hand or Graveyard, ignoring its Summoning conditions.
Even then, I would probably suggest something along the lines of "Destroy this card during your/your opponent's 2nd Standby/End Phase after activation."

It's kind of a game-changing card, and given that not only is the game super fast these days, but we're also playing around with 4k LP, we can't really wait and hope for a clutch MST while our opponent beats the crap out of us.

Fergot to address this. I'm going to reject this rehash of Tanto, honestly. At this point, whilst keeping with the spirit of the card, it isn't what the card was supposed to be. At this point, we're veering away from the 'Retrain of Vayu' territory and into the 'Creating a new card' one. Considering you're extremely bent on keeping the spirit of the Assault Blackwings intact, or something of the like, Tanto will now be called 'Blackwing - Tanto the Cold Gust'

I don't mind, except for the fact that if it's a normal Blackwing, you might want to follow the manga nomenclature. Something like "Spatha the Full Moon".
@Ammokkx

Realized another problem with Tanto the Sleet. Assault Blackwings all have the effect of being treated as Tuners despite being non-Tuners if a condition is fulfilled. So I'm going to suggest this effect, which I think will keep with the spirit of the card and also the archetype as a whole.

Name: Assault Blackwing - Tanto the Sleet
Level/rank: 1
Attribute: DARK
Monster Type(s): Winged-Beast/Effect
Effect: If you control a "Blackwing" monster other than "Assault Blackwing - Tanto the Sleet", you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If Summoned this way, this card is treated as a Tuner monster. You can banish this card and any number of "Blackwing" monsters from your Graveyard, including at least one Tuner monster; Special Summon one "Blackwing" Synchro monster from your Extra Deck whose Level equals the total Level of the banished monsters. (This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.) The monster Summoned by this effect is returned to the Extra Deck during the End Phase of this turn. You can only activate the effect of "Assault Blackwing - Tanto the Sleet" once per turn.
ATK/DEF: 0/800
@LunarStandard ...*sigh*

Okay, look. Lore's important. I get that. But I aint Konami, and I'm not going to be able to think up of names that thematically fit each time. I'm also not a fan of making new archetypes altogether, because there's enough clutter in the game as is. I'd rather just focus on the effects and making archetypes/cards more useful rather than keep in theme with naming, because I know I can't keep up. If you have a better name for it, then say so. But it'd be real awkward to just call him a regular blackwing.

Assault Blackwing - Tanto the Sleet
Name: Assault Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem
Level/rank: 1
Attribute: DARK
Monster Type(s): Winged-Beast/Effect/Tuner
Effect: You can banish this card and one other non-tuner 'Blackwing' monster from your graveyard. Synchro Summon one 'Blackwing' Synchro monster from your extra deck using the banished monsters as the materials. The monster summoned by this effect is returned to the Extra Deck during the End Phase of that turn. You can only activate the effect of 'Assault Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem' once per turn.
ATK/DEF: 0/800

It's still Vayu, though it now has an emblem with claw marks covering its left eye, and there is a jet-black shoulder guard on the same side. Part of Vayu's jacket has been ripped off to make room for it, and a small dagger is hidden inside of it.

So, some problems with the nomenclature again.

Assault Blackwings have a distinct naming convention from the Blackwings that Vayu is derived from. These Blackwings debut in the anime and have a naming pattern of "Blackwing - (some word referring to wind, air, natural phenomena, or birds) the (random word that sounds cool, I guess)."

Blackwings debuting in the manga are named as "Blackwing - (historical or mythological weapon) the (astronomical phenomenon)." Vayu belongs in the previous category though, so I don't know why I wrote this, but I'm not deleting it.

Assault Blackwings have semi-differing names based on if the monster is a Main Deck Monster or a Synchro Monster. Main Deck Monsters are named as "Assault Blackwing - (specifically Japanese weaponry) the (rain phenomenon)," while Synchro Monsters are "Assault Blackwing - (name of mythological or legendary Japanese weapon) the (rain phenomenon)."

I know you want to keep the name the same because it's basically a retrain of Vayu, but by making it a different monster with a similar effect, you can actually set up an interesting duality between the Blackwings and the Assault Blackwings. Or at the very least, keep with the nomenclature.
