Name: Super Nova
Spell type: Quick-Play
Effect: Tribute one "Nova" monster you control, except "Elemental HERO Nova Master", then target one card your opponent controls; destroy that target, and if you do, draw 1 card.

You might also want to exclude "Cyber Dragon Nova", "Red Nova Dragon", and "Number 79: Battlin' Boxer Nova Kaiser".
"Alright, thanks." Nathaniel sighed as he nodded his head and walked away. From the sound of things, things were starting to die down. Okay, bad choice of words. Things were starting to calm down.

As he headed back to where Brad was, Nathaniel sneaked another look at the two kids dueling at the table. Even with the distress all around them, these two kids found a way to still have fun and hold on to hope. If that was the case, maybe there was something Nathaniel could do after all.

"It looks like things are starting to calm down a little." Nathaniel said to Brad as he approached him. As he stood in front of the larger boy, he reached out his left arm in front of him, showing Brad the Duel Disk now strapped to his left arm. "So how about a duel to pass the time?"

High chance some people are getting kicked out, then. Because there were only three beds remaining when Leander entered, and now there's 4 wounded. And visitors don't get to stay at the moment.

By "kicked out", you mean "moved to another room, right"? Because kicking injured students to the curb is pretty brutal.
Okay, so it looks like I have to be that guy again, but I have to clear up another ruling in light of the recent duel.

Thunder King Rai-Oh cannot actually negate Special Summons by Polymerization or Overload Fusion, because it cannot negate Special Summons caused by another card effect.
@Ammokkx

It was in response to saying Twin twister is better.

Isn't it though? It does what two MSTs do for only one slot in your deck. Yeah, it requires a discard, but that can also set up the Grave.

I will concede that it's probably better in some decks than others. Will I use it over MST in Pendulums and Infernities? Probably not. But in decks like Kozmo and Burning Abyss? Heck yeah.
Yeah, it's to Reinforcement of the Army what Twin Twister is to Mystical Space Typhoon.

And pretty much everyone agrees Twin Twister is better to the point barely anyone uses MST anymore.
Ya got me.
Also for monsters whose effects trigger when attacks are declared/have effects that when battle ends and 1 or both monsters are still standing.

Well, Waboku does negate your monsters' destruction. It also negates all battle damage.

What if I don't want my opponent to draw a card?

Hmmmm?? >:3

In all seriousness though, how is this card?

It's a weaker Waboku, but it does have some utility for getting your LP down to Utopia Ray/Shark Drake Veiss range.

Correction: The Xyz monster is silently resting in a pack waiting to be opened. I'll change it, seeing as I'll prolly go into infinity and beyond with this argument if I don't.

EDIT: No, wait, he did pull three Nox'. Still, dun mean he knows how to use 'em.

Dang, and I was just warmin' up.

Fun fact: Marduk Summon was a new summoning method invented by the good folks down at East Academy. That's all I know about it. I did not dare read further.
