Sonus blocked the punch easily enough but was thrown back by the energy attack. He landed beside Ryan on his back with a groan. Looking up, he saw the man. "Hello." he smiled, jumping back to his feet. "Hey, Akira, get over here! We got a new guy!"

Ryan looked at Sonus now knowing that him and Akira were on the same side, he took a few steps back "hi" he said cautiously not knowing whether these two were antagonists or protagonists, he was so hoping they were good guys, but better safe than sorry, he had his hand in his pocket playing with his deck ready to fight at a moment's notice, this wasn't what he wanted but if he had no choice he would fight.

Ryan took a better look around realizing he was on a beach, this made him very uncomfortable, he's had bad experiences with beaches and games, this was a dream ...far as he knew which meant he could die for real,he'd been walking a good distance before seeing Sonus and Akira fighting on the beach, he kept distance and prepared for a fight, his first instinct was to reach for his advent deck, he wasn't sure why, but he wasn't about to question either, it was a rather thick box that seemed to house cards inside and was spring loaded, he was ok with this. he knew that if this was a dream like others than the advent deck would function as it should. If this was not a dream ... his adrenaline was flowing, hoping these two were too into their fight to notice him, as was it was not normal to see a super powered fight on the beach, which meant most than likely they would notice him, his muscles ached already from just thinking about a fight, but he wasn't going to let that get in his way, he was too worried about if either or both of these guys were antagonists,he was honestly not ready for a fight just yet against anyone, the entire time he watched the fight between Akira and Sonus he was hoping that at least one of them was a good guy, he had yet to figure out who the good guys and bad guys were, he didn't feel like finding out the hard way. He had a bad feeling that he may end up finding out the hard way, but he was hoping he wouldn't have to, he didn't think he knew either of these two people but this dream so far was strange, who knows, one of them may know him, he felt the ocean breeze rolling off of the water, this far into the beach he could still feel the breeze, the sand below him shifted as he stepped, even standing still barely shifting his weight the sand shifted, this was feeling too real. The spoke softly so no one else would hear him as he watched the fight "this isn't right, i can feel the breeze, this isn't a dream". he'd hoped he was still right about his advent deck, just incase he was wrong he put the deck back in his pocket and prepared for a fight, he was unsure what good he would do against both of these super beings, however he wasn't too sure that they weren't bad guys, but he didn't know for sure either way. His mind kept back and forth about these two as they fought, 'are they bad guys?, did i stumble into the middle of a legit fight and if so who is the good guy?, are they both good?' he kept thinking to himself about Sonus and Akira.

Arriving in a strange new place Ryan looked around, "this is going to be a strange dream" he said to himself not exactly sure of where here is, he was wearing all black including his black long trench coat, even more strange he swore he knew this place but from here he stood he couldn't place a finger on it. he quickly gathered himself and checked to make sure he was in one piece,he sorted through his pockets to make sure no one tried to mug him, coming across a deck of cards in one pocket "this is going to get interesting indeed" he said as he put the cards back in his pocket and began to walk, looking for anyone that might be familiar

That looks real neat, yeah. Sorry for being such a pain in the ass, I'm very opinionated but I was honestly just trying to help you flesh your character out some.

don't worry about it i appriciate it honestly :) it helped alot :) my comfort zone is normally starwars or code lyoko ;), trying to break that to get used to a wider range of characters.

Okay so the technique and attack cards are used to trigger the summoned monster's special abilities. I'm not really seeing where the "shadows" bit comes into play there. Fire, yes, you have 3 of those but then you have two wind attacks, superspeed and double attack. And the summoned creature itself relies on being fast and what else? Does it have any particular method of attack? Any natural weapon? Those are good details to have. For example, you could describe Magnugiga (Torque's beast) as being very slow but very tough and having high damage attacks, and that would be correct but also miss out on the fact that its entire body is made up of firearms. Which is cool as fuck and very different from being a hulking but slow melee punisher like Thrust's Metalgelas. See how that makes a difference? Beyond detailing that, if at all possible I'd recommend using a larger picture of the creature if it's the same one as the card. Since it's gonna be actively showing up to fights and whatnot it'll really help players to know what it looks like in more detail. And this is a personal note, but I'd give it a name as well. It's an important part of the deck that's going to be showing up and acting on its own, it really should have more character to it than "the beast". At least something to call it would be nice.

Other than it's unnatural speed Sinow is made entirely of metal and uses energy blades similar to that of Ryans, it's appearance of being large is often deceiving.
