At most he would bend the rules to their limit, but he knew he shouldn't break them, at least not if it was avoidable; it was easier to cope with the rules, than with the punishments for breaking them repeatedly. If nobody could possibly find out, it certainly would be a different story, but any teacher could enter or pass by the classroom at any moment currently. Boredom by itself wasn't too bad though, as an only-child one knows how to keep oneself occupied at any time in any situation.
Still, Reinhard had kept his belongings, including his noble arm, in his general field of view, simply as a precaution, considering what the students around him were doing.
Pablo was a good person, but as far as Reinhard could tell, that did not make him popular in class, so Reinhard didn't go with him, as there were simply more people not staying in class. Besides, sitting uses up less energy than walking, especially when someone was already doing what you would have been doing.

"As for what he can do in a fight, it largely depends on how effective he can use his abilities. But most beacons of 'good' will not use the most efficient and effective methods, because that usually requires a bit of ruthlessness."
Reinhard's reaction was to keep out of the battle, his own well being was the most important thing to him after all. However, he also couldn't just let two students hurt, if not kill each other with noble arms involved, so he prepared himself to step in by encasing any wounded in a thin layer of pollen from his spear, which was leaning against the wall right next to the door of the classroom. He slightly accelerated his breathing to prepare his circulatory system for the incoming load.
In the moment in which Pablo stepped in, there were only three way the situation could go, one of which Reinhard deemed very unlikely. Most likely the combatants would ignore Pablo or start attacking him; considering Reinhard's past experiences here, it was unlikely the two would just stop.

In this state, the blossom can easily be used as a shield against blunt forces of most magnitudes, and due to its high water content it can also shield heat very well. Due to the leidenfrost effect, very extreme heat can be shielded almost perfectly. The blossom's leaves can be comparatively easily cut or frozen though.
Lastly, the blossom can release special pollen, which will speed up the healing process of any lifeform greatly. The pollen will also cause the spear to quickly regrow any damaged parts, and plants exposed to it will start growing quickly. (The telekinetic force can be used to shape the cloud of pollen.) While already created pollen places no strain on the wielder, creating the pollen is a rather large strain, comparable to a marathon 1:600 (one second of creating pollen is comparable to 10 minutes of running a marathon).
Aiming to make as few mistakes as possible at any point in time, Reinhard always considers the consequences of his actions before doing anything, and as such naturally always prefers fully reversible actions over irreversible ones, even if an irreversible action seems to be the perfect solution. Due to that, whenever something happens, Reinhard is very inclined to just watch and study what happens, even if his inaction causes people and other lifeforms to get hurt, although that is most likely to happen when he sees something he hasn't seen before. This analytical nature allows him to use his abilities with brutal efficiency, exploiting every weakness of an opponent and every strength of an ally. Despite this he is usually kind, as most of the time he comes to the conclusion of kindness being the most efficient for his goals, in a sense making him brutally efficient in being kind. In day to day life Reinhard still appears as if he is a complete procrastinator, since free time is amongst his top priorities, simply because free time can be freely used to accomplish his goals. Cool, calm, and analytical, Reinhard is good at logic, and has a mild dislike for people who ignore consequences, simply because his own way of life is all about considering them. Despite this, he usually does not study for tests, as he deems it a waste of his time, instead relying on his talents and naturally growing body of knowledge. Due to this some of his grades are excellent, if not perfect, while other grades would almost let him fail his corrosponding courses, however he deems those courses useless too, the consequence for failing them relatively ignorable. While he views graduating from the academy as something good, he does not view it as essential, as his plans don't involve him ever needing a graduation certificate at any point int time.

Bio: Reinhard was born in Germany, and had lived there for most of his life, only moving to the Philippines to study at Trinidad Academy because he failed the entry exams of the local noble arms academies. He failed because the tests assumed the skills of a person were always destributed relatively equally, which was not the case for him; he was a savant in several matters, but untalented in a few areas regarded as important in the german Noble Arms system.

I know appearance(of both the char and the noble arm) and bio are rather short, and personality is IMO a bit indescriptive too, but it's midnight and I am too tired to continue at the moment. I'll add to them tomorrow. The rest is more or less done, so critique is appreciated.
