Can you clarify what I am looking at here?

A ghoul, apparently.

Anyway, an application for your perusal:
Name: Suriel
Race: Lizardman (aka Dragonkin)
A custom race, but it doesn't really seem out of place. It's typically fantasy fare - humans but they look like lizards. Resemblance to lizards is passing: these lizardmen are warm blooded. They inhabit the swamps and marshes on the outskirts of civilization and have a primitive, tribal culture. Witch-doctors, pagan gods, you name it. If it feels Louisiana Voodoo or Mesoamerican (Aztec, Mayan) it's lizardman. As humanity has expanded they've come more into contact with the primitive lizards, going from unknown to myth to frontier legend to accepted but unfamiliar. Lizardmen are heard about, but most people who don't live on the very frontier of civilization will never have seen one.
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Occupation: Vagrant
Appearance:
But drop the stupid flail and replace it with a wooden spear with a stone tip and a bow. And the shoulderplate. Maybe throw in a leather vest and some pants.
Backstory:
Suriel was born to a typical family of the Quezlatl tribe and lived a typical life of a male growing up. He trained in hunting, learned his fighting skills on the rough from the bigger, meaner kids, killed his first deer sloppily but got better etcetera etcetera. He never really got "along" with people the way others did but he compensated by drinking more and more frequently and that filled the gaps well enough. In his quieter, more pensive moments he would wonder over the strange smooth-skinned settlers who were coming into the forests and hacking down the trees and setting up villages but they were always remote and not really important. A big issue at the seasonal tribal meetings but not a key feature in his real life. What was more important was his performance in the hunts and the number of the females he could get into his bed compared to his compatriots. Then the famine struck. A deadly disease from the North, driving the game before it, and leaving behind a dying and diseased forest. The tribe packed up, heading South with the rest of the refugees. Not Suriel. A new hunt was sent to find the cause of the famine, Suriel with it. As the youngest he was left minding the camp while the others scouted one day. They didn't come back. Now Suriel wanders, in an unfamiliar territory, with only a vague notion of "finishing his mission" and finding the cause of the disease, in a culture that barely knows he exists.

I'd include more connecting Suriel into the world but I didn't want to invest too much into this if you don't like the race and besides, I don't know how we're all going to meet up so I can't give a more definitive description of his current actions other than "wandering".
Still room for one more? If so, here's my CS:

Appearance:
Name: Richard Hinkler
Age: 18
Offence: Fascist agitation
History: From a young age, Rich has had a keen sense of injustice. Ever since he was given the shorter half of the chocolate bar at four years old he's dedicated his life to fighting the bastard who divvied them up - and his digging has revealed the truth: behind the man with the knife and the chocolate bar there is a spectral Jew controlling who gets what portion. Well, not this Hinkler! Rich won't be a pawn in their Jewish mindgames any longer. An upper-middle-class childhood marked by social isolation, bullying, sadness and fear that manifested in long hours spent reading Nietzsche and Hegel has evolved into extremism that is only just manifesting, as well as a healthy dose of paranoia. Sadly, Rich's first act of resistance was to be his last. The Council did not take kindly to having their walls painted over with a big blue "GAS THE KIKES, RACE WAR NOW" and Rich is about to make planetfall. But how will this political bent manifest itself Earthside? Can Rich power through his adversity on the wings of the Imperial Eagle or will he falter and fall like his ancient ancestors? Only time will tell.
Other: Don't expect anything useful out of Rich. Philosophy is interesting but doesn't lend itself well to real-world applications.
