Hey I'm kinda new to this

I have several questions about role plays specifically creating and added people to them.
1. Can anyone just post on the ooc?
2. If not how do I allow specific others to post on it?
3. Can anyone post on the Ic?
4. If not how do i allow specific others to post on it?
5.How do i search for specific role plays?
6. How do i link people to role plays?
I appreciate any and all help with these questions as I am very confused right now, thank you.

Hey! This is my first role play and by extension my first 1x1 role play! The two main characters only have 1 parameter. One is (as I so very liked your name) a transporter, the other is a haemonomancer. you can pick which ever character you like and develop them however you like. I will develop the character u did not choose. The goal is to develop the character through actions rather than words so a character sheet will not be used. We each may develop other characters and environments, we can build on each others secondary's but do so carefully and make sure you keep the secondary characters core personality.
