She instantly looked at Ralf. The scar in his eye did reminded her of the awful moment he must have passed. Still, she could see a new resolution within him.


Reimu: And it's good to see that you're back. Seems like you're going through a new fresh start, aren't you?
Azrel: Oh.

Azrel soon arrived at the shrine. It was weird that he wasn't noticed, but he had his tricks to keep in the shades.


Azrel: Is this a bad time? I'll return later if that's the case...

Reimu: Not at all. Maybe you came just in time.

Azrel: OK then. If you say so, Reimu.
Reimu: Everyone, this is Azrel Ametrine. He's a traitor to Peach's army and-

Reimu was looking at the sky. She had changed her clothes, for a while. The petals danced along the wind, as she kept thinking about how things were going to change.


Reimu: It saddens me to think that the scenery won't be like this forever... with everything that is happening, I can only think of a ruined land when I look to the city.

Then, the petals all flew towards the shrine. One passed directly by her eyes, and a figure appeared once the petal left her sight. And if not by the petal, the malicious aura that surrounded her made Reimu shiver a little.

Reimu: Yuuka?!

Yuuka: Ah, the beautiful scenery transpassed by the tranquil breeze of summer. Surely it will be missed when all falls into dust and the land becomes a ground of emptiness...

Reimu: Let me guess... you joined her side too?

Reimu shot some amulets and Yuuka simply deflected them with one hand.

Yuuka: Hehehe... Reimu, do you honestly think that you have power to defeat me?

From the inside, Hybrid went out with an angry expression. For days, she remained inactive as a "punishment" for not being able to save Polaris in time.


Reimu: Oh, look who's up again.

Hybrid: ...

Reimu: Hybrid, I know what's going on into that mind of yours, but shouldn't you let go of those thoughts already?

Hybrid: Easy for you to say. You prolly ain't feelin' any guilt, you heartless demon.

Reimu: Hey, I felt just as guilty as you did. It wasn't my intention to let them capture you sister, but we were somehow outnumbered

Hybrid: I feel so damn weak. It's so lame... Polaris...

Reimu: I doubt you'll ACTUALLY pay attention to me, but listen. You can't blame yourself. Don't you think that Polaris wants to see you smiling?

Hybrid: But if I just abandon her like that-

Reimu: We're not abandoning Polaris. But right now, we can't just jump in and save her. That's a suicidal thought.

Hybrid: Then what should I do?!

Hybrid punched the ground strongly, not believing in Reimu's words. Right now, she wanted to go after them and save Polaris. But at the same time, she knew that she couldn't go.


Reimu: Live, Hybrid.

Lance and Mirfah had both accepted the task and joined the others. Lance was really excited about all the adventure, while Mirfah stood a little quiet, yet he smiled at moments that seemed reasonable to. "Dude, we're going to rock out into the world! It's going to be, like, best days we've ever lived! I mean, I didn't paid much attention to whatever Mr. Glyph was saying, but we're just gonna have some good, ol' fun!" he commented, while checking the supplies that were given to them. In the meanwhile, all that Mirfah did was reminisce the last time he spen with his brother.

"Mirfah, I'm leaving." a voice spoke in the house. Mirfah ran downstairs quickly in order to talk with his brother. "Big Bro, where are you going today?" he asked. "I'm going to do a checkout into a part of the lands around Folio. Apparently, that hasn't been checked out yet by anyone, so I took the mission." the Togekiss spoke. Mirfah looked at him a little worried. "Hey, Big Bro... you're going to be OK, right? I'm a little worried about this..." Mirfah spoke. "Hey, don't worry. I'll be just fine. It may take a little more than just a day, so take good care of the house." he spoke.

"Hey, Krantz! Let's get going! You know how Glyph old man is stubborn when we don't do our missions!!" a voice screamed from outside. "I have to go now. Take good care of yourself while I'm out, Mirfah!" Krantz spoke one last thing before leaving. Mirfah waved him goodbye and returned to the kitchen.

Brother... I will find you. No matter what everyone will say about it, I will find you! Mirfah thought.

But he couldn't deny that the person seemed to possess a high intellect, since they were able to immediately guess the book he was hearing, even if this was an easier source for people to study the mythologies. "Y-Yes, The Penguin Dictionary of Classical Mythology is a way for me to distract the mind, actually. I... umm... do enjoy the originals more as well and I... read them more than this book." he spoke, nervous. But the man didn't seemed that dangerous, although Kiragi showed that he was not too much comfortable with talking with others. Even if the subject was of his interest, that didn't made him any calmer.

Then, he finally presented himself as Claud Albert Hamilton. In Kiragi's vision, he's possibly a teacher, judging by the way he speaks. However, assumptions without any fundamental proof existed only to be discarded, so he didn't called him directly as a teacher. "I-It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Claud. I-I am Kiragi Komaeda and I was... transferred to here today." he said, responding to the handshake accordingly.
