@pops That would work perfectly well with me. I personally love noble rogues, and swashbuckler is my favorite. Cederport, as described, is a perfect place for any hero-in-the-making to be sent and it's sensible that someone would have their child start learning to live life here.
As for nobility, the kingdom you are currently in is reasonably peaceful, no crazy warmonger culture. They started as a seafaring kingdom and slowly expanded inland to gain connections to closer trade powers and internal trade routes. Most of the nobility are of these three aspects: old money rich folk who either made cash from massive ranches, shipping or artisan goods, Military or magic men who where sworn protectors and reasonably good at warding off danger, or one of the many clerics in this diverse land. This particular kingdom has a thing for gods of mercantilism and harvest. That said, high status comes to anyone who can prove themselves really. Perhaps you had family who where worthy adventurers, or you come from another kingdom. I can incorporate most of what you ask of me.
ALSO: Yes, 27 point buy please!
