Here's the thing, though. The glow signifies the usage of the power. Why not have the reflection appear seconds after his eyes glow? Just an idea.

But, seriously, listing the other two that are next-to-useless as a Hissatsu might not be a good idea. People might get confused on what your actual power is.
The other two could be a minor aftereffect, maybe?

Decide on one, and list the other two as aftereffects (in parenthesis). 'Kay?

Why not go with a flaming back, since you can singe anyone on it or burn them while somersaulting? Just my opinion.

Anxius can reflect things with his eyes, now- before you change it- right?

Why not allow him to take light and make clones of himself, instead?
You can go with the sight-thing if you want to, but it's just an idea. Remember, you can only have one Hissatsu.

"That's great! You know, I could place some of my light swords around the cave or wherever we decide to camp out to give us some light. But they'll be few in number, or else I'll experience fatigue." Hikaru gestured to himself with his right front paw, smirking.

"Actually." Hikaru said. "You can use your power indefinitely. But it causes great physical strain on your body. Don't use it for a long time-span."
