I'm fine with him expanding that far if everybody else took up just as much space if not more. But looking at it, you'll have to ditch the northern portion above the river. That squeezes down on the Herenthor too much.

So yeah, you active players out there need to tell/show me where you want to expand out to and how far. I can't make any decisions until everybody gives their input.

So where am I going to be as far as tech? Am I to assume that the Rokthani were still developing while held away in the mountains or am I going to have to start from where I left off?

I could use a big ole list of dead players to remove for when I get on my PC to edit the map. As well as any territories that happened to have expanded in the past 3 or so months.

Alright, I think I can find time for this again. On one condition.

I can't write gigantic walls of paragraphs like you can, Mihndar. It's just not happening. I will, however be able to update the map and interact with my fellow players. Internal development with my civ will be minimal, but I'll still be here contributing what I can.

Every post advances one point, so someone who posts frequently will advance in the scientific field faster.

This system has been in place with the same issue for ages now and I don't see how implementing a new time system would make it worse or better
