Heyo, my name is Marisa.
I'm good at creating terrible topic titles, falling down the stairs, and feeling intimidated by online role-play forums... ha.
Anyways, jokes aside, I am new. It took me ages to figure out what to post/what should my avatar be/etc. etc. Anxiety.
I haven't role-played in a few years; I used to do it almost obsessively a few years back, but school and general life circumstances ended that RP streak. However, I've had the desire to pick it back up recently, and work on those creative writing skills, so I thought I'd look for a community to rejoin. I did some browsing and RPGuild seemed the least intimidating, and when it's been a few years since my last RP, the idea of hopping back in the community is a bit daunting. So be kind, pls. :--)
I considered myself a fairly decent RP partner, though that may not actually be the case, haha. I'd like to think I'm somewhat intermediate, though probably a bit rusty.
I enjoy 1x1's, or small group-type RPs, modern, slice of life, romantic, and very few fandom RPs (like Harry Potter. That's it, probs). I haven't had much experience in the plethora of areas, but that's not to say I'm not willing to try new things.
