Serial Number: I was told it was a five character thing.
Influence Mind: I...couldn't honestly say as I haven't read any of the novels and you never see it in game. If they do, I could argue Zack's is stronger than normal or something.
In the novels I've read, it seems to be all ghosts that have it. In regard to serial numbers, there's Agent X81505M, Delta Emblock a.k.a Agent X10128B, November Annabella "Nova" Terra, a.k.a. Agent X41822N, Kath Toom a.k.a. Agent X52735N etc. My point is, they seem to all start with 'X,' have another letter at the end, and have numbers in-between. They also all seem to be 7 digits.
Before this devolves, can I say Gameplay is not equal to lore? Nova was strong, yes, and is a PI of 9, yes. But a high PI doesn't mean absolute control over everything she does. I mean, Kerrigan got buffed as Infested Kerrigan, still couldn't use Mind Blast at will. Arguably nerfed when deinfested, still couldn't use Mind Blast at will, if at all, and she had arguably better control after reverting to human. Then you have Primal Kerrigan, who STILL can't Mind Blast at will, if at all. I mean, the point is, balance is key and while I can SEE a higher end Ghost or Spectre frying people's brains, that doesn't make it easy at all, unless they're resocialized. Because living zombies, come on.
With that said, I am Zarkun. Cruall and I actually know each other from the Joeyrays Bar section of the SC2 website, though until recently, I was unaware he'd paid attention to the link I gave to this site awhile back. I hope to have an enjoyable time RPing with you all.

Cruall and I have conversed irl and come to the agreement that Cindra can, in fact, fry brains, but it takes her about 2 seconds with some concentration. It does not require particular effort, however, unless the person is a Spartan or Jedi or other Ghost. She can do this from up to about 20 feet away. I will be having her use another method more frequently, though. Cindra will take a particular satisfaction to crushing people's skulls with telekinesis. I'm not going to elaborate on this until later, but this will be a thing.
And hi Zarkun! Cruall has said absolutely nothing about you up until now. He's watching me type over my shoulder and is spewing off info. Welcome to the team, I'm happy to have another ghosty buddy. Having Cruall control all the other ghosts would have gotten tedious quickly.
Erm, I highly doubt I agreed to that. What I remember was capable of frying one person's brain inside their skull with effort and high concentration. Considering that Nova was able to accomplish such things at level 9.
(And no Ghosts here are powerful enough to microwave someone's mind, which is a canon SC thing.)
Erm... I thought we agreed that Cindra, being level 8, was capable of frying up to three people's brains inside their skulls at a time, or maybe one force-user with concentration.
XD Just...lots of practice. And doodling in math books. And notebooks. And on hands/arms. Really, just drawing on anything and everything I get my hands on. My mom isn't exactly the happiest when she sees my homework margins.
It looks marvelous by the way, at least in my opinion.
