Hey there, MaroonOnix here. I figured that after a year of unexplained radio silence from a long term partner, it was time to seek new adventures and open new doors. I thought I'd done a little bit of everything. SoL, horror, a SHITton of fantasy, D&D, etc. However, when I found this website, I was somewhat taken aback by the sheer amount of ways people have found to express themselves in the lives of people they created. Needless to say, I was amazed. I stumbled upon my last partner by chance and at this point, I'm through with waiting for them to return. The least they could've said was goodbye, but I didn't get anything. Anyways, I believe it high time to try and find someone new. After all, I can't just expect to have a new partner just find me coincidentally, can I? TLDR; I'm just a lonely, abandoned, semi-experienced guy who craves a new adventure, and I want to try it all! Well... I suppose I do have my limits. I can speak from experience that I despise romance and horror. There's just too many cliches and not enough time. I also tend to shy away from super high-detailed 18+ content. This would include sex (or "smut" roleplays as I'm told they're called) or scenes of intimacy with where every little sensation is described in all its lustful wonder. I don't need to know what a man's breath tastes like when you kiss him, and quite frankly, I don't want to know either. After that, I could really care less about what I do. Post-Apocalyptic? Sure, murder time! Slice of Life with great character arcs? Sign me the hell up! And don't even get me started on fantasy. I'll do next to anything in that department, whether it's as simple as a talking cat (which technically counts) or as complicated as some Wizards 101 bullshit, I'll do it all! However, one of the flaws that I have is that I rarely plan things out. Sure, on a well-thought-out RP with intricate details, I'll think things through until Sheogorath turns all of Tamriel into a wheel of cheese, but I usually just wing it. Nine times out of ten this works out pretty well because I'm damn good at making things up on the fly. I usually try responding as quickly as possible. However, as is expected of human beings, I'm not a god over time. Time is a fickle bitch and one that I often have trouble handling. I usually juggle between highschool and my part-time job, but I'll usually try responding within a day, two at most. Sometimes, in unbelievable acts of luck, I'm able to reply just as soon as someone messages me. Usually, though, I'll reply within 5-6 hours of being messaged. If two days pass and I disappear without a trace, then I'm either dead, in a coma, being held hostage, experiencing something terrible, or all of the above. I like to think that I'm decently understanding of other people's situations, and if I'm informed of a prolonged absence, then I'll happily wait as long as it takes. However, if someone disappears without a word beforehand, I'll probably lose faith in about a month or two. I've learned from past mistakes and I'm not going to stand around after another abandonment like some lost puppy. Anyways, that's just about all you need to know about me. Wanna learn more?
