Name: Elena Reyes Alias(s): The Tiger Age: 35 Affiliations: Independent Factions: Crazy Description: Formerly a Hispanic woman of a dark complexion, muscular, and fit. Now a humanoid cat woman (think of Tigra and Cheetah from Justice League). Her body is covered in fur, though she maintains her long hair though now it is fur color, orange, also has a tail. Powers: Heightened senses, hearing, and use of her tail. Has claws and sharp teeth. Super human strength (up to 1000 pounds) Skills: Former FBI skills (investigation, fire arms, self defense leadership) animalistic instincts, memories from her lucid times. Equipment: Sanitarium outfit, later on clothes from lock up. Ranking: C though her animalistic tenancies make most think she is an F Brief History: Elena Reyes rose to prominence after the Aperture she was promoted in the FBI. She and Cedric's relationship improved to a mother-son relationship. However things change when her powers began. At first there was no problem, minor changes to her ears and teeth went unnoticed but over period of a year she became the cat creature she is today. She now lives at the Gregg Sanatorium near Las Vegas. Name: David Abernathy Alias(s): The Director Age: 57 Affiliations: US Government Factions: National Intelligence Directorate (NID) Powers: None Skills: Master Spy and Counterspy, political mastery, leadership, firearms, Equipment: Secure tablet and cellphone, hand gun, tracking devices and a classic the knife shoe. Brief History: Abernathy is a man that has kept his past secretive, he alludes to education at Brown and a brief stint in the USMC. He was apart of the DIA task force in hunting Ernesto Escobedo, Bin Laden, several others in the 1990's. In 2002 the NID was set up and Abernathy became apart of it's leadership. Before Bush was reelected Abernathy was Director. Since then Abernathy was involved quietly in metahumans. In particular the he was a silent partner in many activities. He survived the scandal in 2015 which saw many politicians leave office, including the incumbent VP. As of 2020 he is helping the current President with intelligence operations against metas and other threats and is trying to slowly make the reformists see his position. (Other threats include his operations against congress and others that will oppose his plans.)

To Bo yes, to Abernathy, no. He knows that humans love conflict, we love violence, and that this idea that humans and metas will peacefully coexsist will likely end with millions dead. His hope is the millions dead are not in the US.

Just a note to everyone in the RP. Beau has been in the city for all of a couple of days now. It's not that likely that he'd be known about by anyone outside of those who are government agents or affiliated with the government and there's a decent chance a good portion of them wouldn't be all that privy to his general location unless they were actively hunting him. Unless people have ties with people in the Michigan/Illinois area, he should be nothing more than an article in the news some five years ago to Los Angeles residents. Harper falls in a pretty similar category, given his circumstances. If there's any problem with the above though, by all means let me know.

Gregg Sanatorium Clark County, Nevada Outside the City of Las Vegas was the federal sanatorium that housed metas with problems. These are metas whose powers caused mental issues. There were wings to the facility, low security, mid level, high, and isolation. Isolation was a ward where a former FBI agent was housed. In Isolation room 203 was the woman that used to be Elena Reyes. Starting three years ago she began a slow and startling change. She went from a healthy and active FBI agent into a creature. The creature that occupied the room was instinctual and not the intelligent woman that she used to be. She was curled in a ball in a corner as dreamed. Her dreams were more primal simple, chasing animals, eating fish and the sort. The tiger dreamed. Elena Reyes screamed. As she dreamed agent Reyes was watched by the security office. The office watched the people in the sanatorium. "So does she do anything else?" replied the lead agent. "No. Not until we try to clean her. She's broken arms and other parts. Odd that she still has some knowledge from her past. The mutation in this case is like Alzheimers." "Well that is odd." The Tiger just slept.

Forward Ops base Downtown Los Anglese The facility was on full lockdown but it was taking the wounded and moving those able to fight. When Lieutenant Kathy Briggs returned to the base with the note. The first office laughed at her. As she showed officer after officer they laughed it off. Until she met Colonel Franks. Brad Franks, US Army, was a career officer that took risks and was fairly good with his risks. When he got the not he showed the general. "Is is real?" asked the one star Marine general. "I think so sir." replied colonel "alright, tell command to call off the JDAMs." "Sir." With in five minutes the general's request was listened bu it would only last thirty minutes.
