So I'd like to know if I'm Bulgaria, how many orders I can send, and I believe a decision should be made regarding the chat. Chatzzy is no solution, as you can't use PMs and will get booted if there are too many users. But coldfront doesn't work either (is it it the client or the chan, btw? Could the use of another client be a solution? Like mIRC). Does anybody know if there is another solution we could use?

Stein, could you confirm if I'm getting Bulgaria or not? Oh, and Serbian stats are OP as hell. According to this, their GDP is roughly 60% of mine, and as it stands it's 150% of it. OP pls nerf.

IMO, using monarchs for speeches is a bit strange. PMs are the ones in charge after all.

On Bulgaria and its relations with the Porte
Bulgaria recognizes its current relation with the Porte, yet it cannot forget about its brethren that long for unification with the Motherland. Our nation is a country that has suffered - nay, endured! - throughout and the ages and it is the stubbornness that runs in our blood that enabled us to survive and shine as a nation until now. It is this same stubbornness that makes it difficult for our Bulgarian brothers to live under Ottoman domination, and as their longing for Bulgaria makes them unruly subjects. The relation between Bulgaria and the Empire can only be strengthened if these Bulgarians are allowed to live under the same roof, under the same Prince.
We however understand how bold this request may seem, and we only wish to open talks on the question. I hope to send a delegation to Constantinople in order to discuss how we can best enhance our relations. We will remain true to the Berlin Treaty whatever these talks lead to, but we wish to advance our cause and that of all Bulgarians at the court of the Sultan.
