Background:Yuri was just a boy when he was conscripted into the Red Army. His father a poor potato farmer from Zelenogorsk had sent him away to help pay for his debts. He spent nearly 20 years In the Red Army fight Bulgarians and even served partly in the invasion of Afghanistan. Surviving all this he returned home to find his family dead and his farm burned and his home land at war. He vowed to give his life to bring peace to this land and began to recruit to form his own militia declaring himself for NAPA for the aid they promised.

Zargo sat by the fire tearing apart a roast capon as grease dribbled down his chin. He had made the long journey through the mountains and found the inn a welcome sight from the long months spent on his journey. The mead was thick and black the rooms cheap and the meat hot what more could an orc ask for. He stopped gnawing on a bone to take a sip of the black bear as a stranger entered the tavern.

Background- It was his high school graduation party, several of his family members gatherd around the table and wished him well passing him drinks. A few hours later the house was empty besides his parents and little sister who slept quietly upstairs. He sat alone at the table finishing the last of his drink and thinking of what college he planned to go to when suddenly it struck him. He didn't need college, you see Max had always had a dark interest in serial killer some might even say obsession. As he drained the last of his drink he began to nod off. That night he dreamed of fullfiling his dark aspirations of becoming a famous serial killer he had spent a lot of though on how he would dot it. Flaying and butchering the bodies with carefull precision. He smiled as a he removed first a heart and then a brain, braking for a moment to dip is finger in the pool of blood that had filled the bath tub. He woke with a start lying on the bathroom floor to find that he had not dreamed it at all and to his horror he found the piles of rotting meat that once was his family hanging from the shower head.

Appearance: tall, thin, brown hair kept trimmed and neatly swept to the side, Blue eyes with a scar in the corner of his left eye, Dressed plainly in a hoodie and jeans

Killing specialty: He kills slowly and painfully flaying bit of skin off his victims stripping them of their hid. Then when all the flesh is removed from their body he begins to butcher them taking the choice cuts such as the liver, heart, brain, after all the organs have been removed he burns what remains of the empty husk that once was a person taking out the teeth and cutting off the hands and head burning them separately and disposing the ashes.

Personality:A quiet dull young man but once you get to know him he turns into a sarcastic smart ass but no matter how much he jokes there is a certain seriousness buried some where behind the laughing eyes
