*Poke poke*

You stopped writing books..Whyz?
Hallo all.
The cigar is heresy. It should be purged, killed, and burned. Not necessarily in that order.
"They shall be my finest warriors, these men who give themselves to me.” Kallius Antio recited the first sentence of the prelude to the Codex Astartes as he looked down at the Tactical Dreadnaught Armor he called his own. It was laid out perfectly, looking as if a man was in the armor on the metal table in front of Kallius. His battle brothers were each in a similar position, looking at their own suits of power armor. They had all just finished praying to the machine spirits and preparing their armor and weapons for the battle that was to come. What that battle was, Kallius did not know. But he knew that it did not matter, as long as they fought in the name of the Emperor and the Imperium. Kallius was busy remembering the many battles he had seen while wearing this armor, almost subconsciously reciting the words of the Codex and listening to his brothers.

“Like clay, I shall mould them, and in the furnace of war forge them. They will be of iron will and steely muscle.” Brother Nahom began the task of placing the sacred suit of terminator armor upon himself as he spoke the words of the Codex; Those precious words, written down by one of the greatest of the Primarchs of the Adeptus Astartes. He reveled in each word and contemplated its meaning as he armored himself for battle. The process was slow, but exhilarating. These pre-battle rituals brought a strange excitement to Nahom. Most people would say it was boring, but that was heresy. This is Heresy that Nahom never even thought of committing.

“In great armour shall I clad them and with the mightiest guns will they be armed. They will be untouched by plague or disease, no sickness will blight them.” Laruo remembered the words of the Codex as if he had just memorized them but a few days prior. But he knew that in truth it had been centuries since he’d seen those holy words on parchment. He was eager to join the battle that undoubtedly wagged on the world below, but Laruo was also slightly anxious. What if today was the day he finally died? He knew that only in death service to the Emperor ended, but he wished with all his heart not to ever parish, so that he may serve the Emperor for all eternity. Laruo looked at the Terminator armor that he was placing upon his own body with the help of surrounding servitors. This armor would not allow him to die this day. No, he would live to serve the Emperor for many centuries to come.

They will have tactics, strategies, and machines such that no foe can best them in battle. They are my bulwark against the Terror. They are the Defenders of Humanity”. Now it came for Brother Sergeant Kallius Antio to speak the sacred words of the Codex yet again. Pride swelled within his heart. But it was not an evil corrupt sort of pride, the kind of pride brought on by the whispers of chaos. It was a pride in the Emperor, in the Imperium of Man. Kallius and his fellow Adeptus Astartes were warriors of the Emperors, given the greatest weapons mankind had to offer, told to go out into the galaxy and destroy all those who stood against the Emperor. That was what Kallius’s pride was rooted in.

They are my Space Marines, and they shall know no fear." The three Space Marines now clad in Tactical Dreadnaught Armor now spoke the final line of the prelude in perfect unison. They had done this a thousand times before, and by the Emperor’s will they would do it a thousand more times together. A chill went down Kallius’s spine as he thought of those words and their meaning. He truly did not know fear, and for this he praised the Emperor. Kallius could not remember what it was like to be human, but he knew that fear was dangerous. Fear was a weapon of Chaos. But he was immune to that devastating weapon, and could turn that same weapon upon the enemies of the Emperor.

"Combat units, form in the main hangar." The voice of Techpriest Viqtor came through the vox casters within the armory that the Genesis Space Marines called out loudly. The sound was pure and crisp through Kallius’s armor’s filtered audio system. Kallius attached his power sword to his back, and silently left the armory and started down the hallways towards the hangar. He moved slowly, but his wide stride allowed for good time. His brothers had fallen in behind him with question. No words were necessary; he knew they had heard the Techpriest just as he had. The small team of terminators moved with purpose towards the hangar.

Once inside, they moved towards the gathered Imperial soldiers. There were guardsmen in formation, as well as a group of Black Templars and a team of Sisters of Battle. The three terminators, in their bright, shinning red armor, stopped a few paces away from everyone else. They stood silent, collecting information on all of the troops present and storing into their memories for later use. A scowl appeared on Kallius’s brow as he spotted the Guard sergeant with a cigar between his teeth. Did that man not know his body was a tool of the Emperor, not his to ruin with such things? Kallius stood forward, and decided to announce his team’s arrival; as if they hadn’t seen the Terminators enter. It was a good mannered gesture.”Genesis Chapter, First Company, squad Righteous Vengeance reporting.” Kallius said, his voice slightly modified by his armor’s vox system. He then stepped back, and returned to his squad.
This'll be a pretty amazing speech, If it can override the Codex Astartes.

If not then..Well..Heresy. I'll get my Terminators over to the hangar at once.
Woots.

Oh, and I'd like my Termies to go with the Techpriest to retrieve the Titan. They probably couldn't handle working with Tau, and would 'accidentally' shoot some of them in the back..Or all of them..
Meh. We can wait. Right, guys?
Name: Brother Sergeant Kallius Antio
Age: 773
Faction: Space Marines –Genesis Chapter – First Company

Appearance: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-2C_pF6KT_oo/TXU1E_eK3XI/AAAAAAAAAEs/sbN8gLM2yzs/s1600/edit2%2B-%2BP1100600.JPG
Wargear: Tactical Dreadnaught Armor (Terminator Armor), power sword, storm bolter, teleporter pack
Honour Guard/Squad: Brother Nahom (Assault cannon, teleporter pack) and Brother Laruo (Storm bolter, Power fist, teleporter pack)

Bio: Kallius Antio was born on a feral world under the watchful eye of the Genesis Chapter. He came from a long line of great tribal warriors, and he was no exception. At the age of twelve, he was one of many children put through the recruitment trials. Kallius was one of the few who were brought into the Genesis ranks. Kallius served his time as a neophyte as all Space Marine recruits do. He trained his body to become a war machine, while memorizing the Codex Astartes from start to finish. The many trials of worth he and the other neophytes were lethal and extremely taxing, but Kallius pushed through and shone over the rest.

After the many long, grueling months of training, Kallius was finally able to join the ranks of the tenth company and become a scout marine. Kallius showed his strength in melee combat during his first few battles as a scout marine, but his lack of stealth skill held Kallius back for longer than normal for a neophyte who showed so much potential. After what seemed like decades to Kallius, he was finally given his chance to prove his worth. Kallius’s squad was to assassinate an Ork warboss who was attempting to create a WAAAGH! Kallius struck the killing blow, and his sergeant allowed him to become a full fledged Space Marine.

Kallius went on to become a devastator marine in the sixth company of the Genesis chapter, as all of his Genesis battle brothers did. Kallius served more as a support role than a heavy weapons specialists like most devastator marines. He never aspired to lug around a heavy bolter or missile launcher. He crazed the chance to become an assault marine. His sergeant knew this, and kept Kallius within the ranks of the devastators for a long time until Kallius learned patience and discipline. That Kallius did, and he eventually learned to master the use of a bolter. But he never strayed from the use of his combat knife whenever physically possible.

The next phase of his path as a Space Marine was possibly the most exciting for Kallius. To sore into the sky and come back down as an angel of death atop the heads of his foes was something Kallius dreamed of, and still remembers to the present day. He excelled as an Assault Marine, cutting down many great foes with his chain sword. One such time that Kallius would remember forever was when his company had been deployed to deal death down upon a Tyranid splinter fleet that was assaulting an Imperial World in Genesis territory. Kallius and his squad engaged a Hive Tyrant and its guard in the bloodiest melee of Kallius’s career as an Assault Marine. His sergeant was the one who finished the Hive Tyrant off, but Kallius did more than his fair part during the fight.

Kallius’s time as a tactical marine was what came next. He spent many years serving with the fourth company as a tactical marine, his expertise in close quarters continuing to grow throughout his career. As a Tactical Marine, Kallius Antio fought through countless battles in dozens of campaigns across the galaxy. He battled all kinds of foes. From Orks to Tau to Chaos Marines, he fought them all. Once, his company encountered a Necron tomb world. That battle had been a total massacre. One of the darker days in Kallius’s past. After spilling much Xeno and heretic blood, Kallius rose to the rank of sergeant. He was transferred back to an Assault Squad as soon as the promotion was made, and Kallius spent a large chunk of his military career leading men in suicidal charges through the sky into the center of enemy armies. Yet he always survived.

After spilling the insides of a bloodthrister with the help of his squad (and losing an arm and a leg in the process), Kallius became known as a veteran, and was transferred to the first company. He was assigned as a Vanguard veteran, and fought even more battles and campaigns against the enemies of the Imperium. He served as the Emperor’s finest among his brothers of the Genesis Chapter’s first company. He slew many fearsome foes, and took on much glory and honor. During this time he lost of left eye to a lucky warboss with a big choppa. Kallius was given a third bionic implant, to compliment his bionic arm and leg.

After many centuries of hard fighting and glorious battle, the highest honor was bestowed upon Kallius. He was given a suit of Tactical Dreadnaught Armor. For a hundred years he served the Emperor as a Terminator, striking down unnumbered foes. Kallius did not let himself grow an ego, even when he possessed such great skill and had been honored by so many. He remained a humble Space Marine, who considered himself only strong because the Emperor willed him to be. He was a tool for the Emperor, nothing more. Seven three years ago exactly, Kallius Antio was promoted to Sergeant in his terminator squadron and allowed to lead the Emperor’s greatest warriors into battle. Many times he and his squad faced the dark jaws of death itself, but somehow always overcame it.

Extra: I spent quite a long time debating what chapter to use/if Kallius should be a Terminator or a Vanguard veteran. Too many choices, too little time I suppose.

Santiago stands at five feet nine inches tall. He is a strong, lean man in his earlier years of adulthood.
Name: Santiago Moreno
Nickname: N/A
Age: 24

Place of Birth: Bogota, Columbia
Family: Juan Moreno (Father), Maria Moreno (Mother), Sandra Sanchez (Sister), Diego Moreno (Brother) - All living in Columbia
Occupation: Security Contractor (Taking both legal and illegal job offers); Ex-member of FARC

Personality: Santiago's personality has been heavily influenced by his dramatic and violent childhood. On the outside, Santiago seems to be perfectly normal. He has a charismatic smile and swagger to his walk. Santiago acts as if he cares when someone decides to tell them something personal, and he can convince the average numb skull to do what he wants most of the time. But that Santiago is only a single side of the coin. On the other side, Santiago is a rage filled, violent man. His outbursts will always leave something broken, and anyone with Santiago when one of these outbursts occurs is in severe danger. While many believe Santiago to have bi-polar disorder, they don't dare tell him upfront. The intelligent ones don't speak of the subject at all.

Mister Moreno, despite his emotional flaws, possesses a sharp mind. When he can’t talk or beat his way out of a situation, Santiago will sober up and start to use the natural intelligence he was gifted at birth. When he decides to actually put this mind of his to work, Santiago can be a force to be reckoned with. The only problem is getting him to actually think. Usually, Santiago’s tactical mind kicks in when the bullets or punches start to fly. On a rare occasion, Santiago will decide to do something extraordinary in the face of an overwhelming problem. Most of the time, he’ll usually decide just to hit something and yell until something changes or he has to change things himself.

History: Santiago was conceived in a time of war and a place of destruction. This place was Columbia, during an increase in FARC activity, especially against civilians. His family did their best to avoid the civil war, and it worked for awhile. But when Santiago was eleven years old, the Moreno family had been pulled into the war as well. Santiago and his brother were kidnapped by the FARC and forced to join their ranks, threatening to kill their families if they didn’t. So the brothers took up arms in a battle they didn’t wish to fight. Being children, the two boys had it impossibly hard during training. Their immature muscles were forced to work over time to keep up. There had been times Santiago had contemplated taking his own life and taking his chances with the afterlife, but Diego had helped his brother through the mess. A few months away from his twelfth birthday, Santiago and his brothers were officially deployed under the FARC flag against the Colombian Liberation Army.

The two of them gained knowledge of war that would have drove most children to insanity. But they fought through it, for the sakes of their family. Santiago mastered the ways of warfare in the jungles of South America and the ruined streets of burnt out cities. Most of it was a complete blur for Santiago. Something he never thought about, as if it had happened to some other person and not himself. But there was one day that stuck out in Santiago’s mind like it had happened the day before. The first day Santiago had been ordered to fire on civilians. Every bone in Santiago’s body told him to turn and run; to drop the gun in his hands. Anything but what he was ordered to do. But he pulled the trigger, and gunned the terrified people down. That was the day Santiago changed into the monster he is today.

Eventually, the two brothers were set free and allowed to return to their family. Santiago had been seventeen when they arrived back at home and were greeted by crying family members. The mixture of joy and sadness that had overwhelmed them all that day finally ended, and they decided to take the next logical step. The Moreno’s moved to the United States to escape the war. They had moved to Topeka, Kansas, to live quiet suburban lives. But Santiago couldn't hold down a normal job for a month before he tried looking for work that better suited him. He found himself employment in a private security company working in The Circuit. The first few jobs were rather dull bodyguard work at private corporations who were a bit too paranoid. Then Santiago started to participate in less legal work. He began to work as a hired gun for big time mob bosses and corporations working under the table. This work brought in a significant amount of income for Santiago, and he spent it wisely and took private schooling classes. Nothing unnecessary or advanced, only the basic things he needed to look like less of a meat head.

One particular job landed Santiago in Justice, CA. The moment he entered the city Santiago knew this was his kind of place. There was always going to be work to do, what with the city being a breeding ground for criminals and the police needing every hand on deck. So he decided to move to Justice permanently.

Cast Status: Main
Extra: Santiago is currently unemployed, searching for work.
