Okay. This collab will probably raise some questions about Boss. If I explain it out right, there will be a lot of confusion for any who haven't watched Angel Beats and given the interpretation of the Beats universe being made, it might still be confusing regardless.
Most of it is just as Boss said, there are other places like the school that everyone is in that work for others who don't fit Angel Beats' criteria. She worked her way through one of them and ended up "upgrading" to this one.

Boss
Smiled as Dana made the simple mistake of bumping into her Boss felt Dana was acting a bit... stiff “That’s fine, it was an honest-” cuts her self off as she hears Dana refer to herself as ‘trash’ forcing a smile onto her face, Boss clenches her fists when a smaller girl handed her and Dana a flower each.
Taking a deep breath , Boss forced herself to smile politely, seeing what she offered she couldn’t help but admire the girl “Thank you for the blue rose! How did you manage to get one? So mysterious~” taking a sniff Boss turned to talk to this flower girl and saw her flitting off to enchant some more young ladies. Nice to see a lady killer around here. Shaking her head Boss took the flower with her and headed off to get some paper towels, spied Dana and clenched her fist again, the rose thorns biting into her palm, she walked up behind Dana and slapped the back of the girl’s head.
“A person should never call themselves trash! Never let me catch you calling yourself trash again or I will kick your ass so hard you’ll taste leather for a week!” turning and seeing the boy drying his face a polite smile once again plastered itself on Boss' face “Sorry about that, I didn’t mean to disturb you. This lovely little girl just pushed one of my buttons, it wasn’t her fault, but I couldn’t help myself” rubbing the top of Dana’s head, with her non-bloody hand, rose still gripped as her hand slowly grows sticky and the scent of iron fills the near by air, Boss tries to make amends with the littler girl “Still, never call yourself trash. It’s fine if others call someone trash, since it merely shows there petty self-worth, but never call yourself trash. Not even Super Trash, okay~?”
Tenderly unclenching her fist, Boss pulls out the rose, making sure no thorns were still stuck in her hand, and grabs a paper towel to help prevent blood flow. “I’m making a bit of a mess, is there any water? I’d like to wash away the stickiness”
@KoL It looks like how she would write her name in all her notebooks with one of the sparkly gel pens. It's pretty great
Boss
The heavy rain outside the Gym felt fresh on Boss’ skin. It was a familiar, enjoyable smell. It was nothing but water, but the smell was nostalgic and make Boss sigh at the happy memory. I wonder if you are here? It wasn't a lie, right? Still getting too wet in the rain would have it's downsides. Dashing forward while she wasn’t completely soaked, she made her way in to the Gym, watching the mess that was the Student population mill about. There were clubs asking for members and booths serving meals. Some people were far more into it and the ones that weren't? Well, they were the confused ones that seemed to instinctively gather together. Wondering how to move about inconspicuously, Boss for the moment followed a male NPC carrying some spicy rice, he seemed to be some of the ones serving the students and was coming out with a fresh batch.
Boss waited for them to put down his load of freshly cooked rice with spice, it didn't look light and she doubted her could carry it the whole way. This happened sooner than she thought since suddenly the lights went down and what appeared to be the Student President emerged from some smoke and into a spotlight.
How ostentatious! That girl has some nice style. Well, since you were so very kind~ it was only natural to Boss that she used the eye catching scenario, so took advantage of the distraction to launch a punch straight to the poor NPC’s jaw, sending him crumpling to the ground without a clue as to what happened.
Rolling him out of sight, Boss picked up the now abandoned load of rice as the lights came on once more and walked with purpose, since she was obviously supposed to be doing this. Spying a pink haired girl emerge from behind the curtain, Boss slowly walked up behind her, thinking she recognized her.
“Excuse me? Would you like some rice? You must not of had a chance to get some for yourself yet, given your duties”
