Name: Dani Hatashi

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Appearance:Normally at a height of five foot seven, she isn't the shortest girl around, but her height is usually diminished by the wheelchair she goes around in. Most of the times, she'll wear a white t-shirt with a clothy vest over it and a pair of black pants. She wears boots on her feet and doesn't mind the warmth given to her upper body b the jacket. Her hair is about midway down her back and whitish grey, usually opting to go the route of least maintenance and just brushes her hair. Due to a side effect of the experiments in the lab, her eyes are a dark and deep pink, almost red. Around her neck is a beautiful collar/pendant, with a red gem in the middle of it.
In her appearance, she's lacking the helmet she used to carry around, something that would be noticeable to her older opponents and friends.

Nationality: Japanese

Backstory:
Dani is what many would label a genius. IQ of 175 and surprisingly lazy. She was a normal kid outside of being bored in classes, being brought up in the us for most of her child hood, learning to speak Japanese through her mother. In school, she rather stubbornly refused to be put into advanced classes, much to the annoyance of her parents and teachers. She didn't have much of an interest of gunpla during most of her early life and was even depressed, content to glide through school at a leisurely pace but had nothing to attract her attention.

the unfortunate part of her story happens when she was eight. Out with her father, they got into a car accident, paralyzing her legs and leaving her unable to walk. The same accident caused her to lose her father as well. This left her and her mother unable to function and survive, causing them to move back to japan to live with her mother's family inside of year. Getting adjusted to society in japan was a real culture shock for her. Her mother had some traditions she had brought with her, but the new world she lived in was flashy and bright.

She was missing out on the world due to her disability and was slipping further into depression despite the new experiences, but found something called gunpla when she was eleven. She had heard the name tossed about a little, but was absolutely astonished when she saw her first fight. People were controlling mobile suits. She hadn't had a way to express herself in the realworld fully in a long time in such freedom

Diving into the world of model building, she found herself having a vent for the three years and counting of no walking. Building units with legs, she found herself cruelly being made fun of and could hear the snickering of those who saw her fighting. Her leg work was a bit clumsy and that didn't earn her any respect. So she went ahead and abandoned the legs on her gundams, choosing a tank basis for her new gunpla, which she was getting excellent at building due to so much free time and a great mind to devote to new ideas.

Eventually, she built herself the "Block" Rx-75. the tanked gunpla was a fortress of armor and firepower. The new gunpla she had created silenced those who taunted her; in the gunpla amateur scene, she became a force to be reckoned with. Over the next few years, she began developing her gunpla, advancing it and once finding it well enough, she began working on something in secret, using her knowledge and her own tinkering with the systems of her gp base before her helmet began to appear on her wheelchair.

With continued success, she got an invitation to join the gunpla summer training camp, their detection of her modified gp base causing intrigue among them. During this time, she displayed an intelligence level and engineering skills to develop a system that allowed her to "dive into her gunpla" and control it as she would her own body.

With an induction into the labs at 15, only a little older than the Time Nils was rediscovering the plavasky particle, she made a great addition to staff. Her goal was not expanding the quality of the particles, but of the more practical usage of them. Particularly, those with disabilities. With nobles goals and the support of Nilson Labs, she worked in secret with them, in development, re-emerging a few years later and climbing her way into the world cup easily. With the labs backing her and rumors floating around Nielson Laboratories was debuting something unseen before at the world cup, she was rather abuzz with the crowd.

Other information: Is in possession of a Dive system to allow her to control her gunpla with her mind as if they were an extension of her body.
Has also trained directly under Nils to improve her fighting abilities and has been taught the way of the plavasky particles by him. This includes use of them in gunpla and techniques relating to them.

She has her own personal suits, but at the moment is using one she created with the care and help of Nilson labs. this is not the only one she'll be using in the tourney.

Gundam Info
Gunpla:
Name: Grimoire G Hunter
Based from: Grimoire
Appearance:

Armaments:

High power Beam Rifle:
Long range beam rifle capable of peircing solid shields with ease.
~Beam Saber x 4
Beam sabers are standard equipment on all most MS. The beam sabers use Minovsky particles held in place by an I-Field to form an effective cutting surface that can slice through nearly any material.

1x Heat-tana:
Heat katana created by dani and is coated with a special plavasky particle coating, allowing it to peirce and penetrate the particles with relative ease.
Other Info Gunpla:

1x combat knife
standard issue combat knife for the grimoires, versatile and capable of penetrating armor at close quarters.

G Hunter form: A form with characteristics increased by removing the limiters dani has put on the suit. Across the board stats increase.
@FallenTrinity
this is what the cockpit of the fights looks like to everyone as standard:

As to asking if you can wear a suit, yes you can wear a suit like that, but no, it won't do anything for the character. It'd be more for fan fair and cosplay/publicity purposes or a thing you character does because they like it; rather than to actually benefit them on the battlefield in any way shape or form.
@Prostagmait tanked a laser by deploying specifically anti beam measures from its wings (check the sheet), lost its shield and beam rifle and had its armor weakened because of the high energy. It survived, but not by much.
Expecting to just one shot a player suit is ridiculous. and expecting it to just one shot after tunneling through the whole station ontop of being a stray shot is powergaming in itself.

I'm happy to play give and take in a fight and will lose when i've been outplayed, but simply throwing a stray satellite cannon that just so happened to hit kyo exact location, expecting it to just one shot the gunpla is not fair or ok.
With all the rock infront of them, kyo saw it turn red and immediately knew something nasty was on the other side. Only energy weapons would leave such a trace. High energy like that would melt rock like such, giving them a split second to react. Time enough to shift all reactor output to the wings of no god. Just as the beam broke through, Kyo had gotten his shield up and activating by the time the blast hit. The entirety of the gunpla shaking as the plavasky particals around it thickened and lessened the impact still By the time the beam had died down, both the shield and the gun were sparking and the Faith had to throw them away.

They exploded shortly afterwards and kyo began to let the plavasky particals build. The XS-Faith had been cooked rather well, scorched in some areas and the bits of armor that hadn't been blocked by the shield seemed to have suffered some melting. Thankfully the wings were designed to be both armor and had come out rather ok. Kyo's hands were shaking, they had survived that but probably wouldn't survive another without some kind of forewarning. Shaking it off, Kyo swapped out to the twin buster rifle and split it apart into two separate cannons. determined not to let a cheap shot like one straight through a station that they couldn't possibly be seen throu..... Right... Whatever the reason, a buster never goes unanswered, Kyo's thoughts trailed off, hoping the suit would cool down in the atmosphered insides of the hole. That meaning that the atomosphere was spilling into the void through the hole. Kyo now flew down that hole gaining speed quickly, looking forwards with their gunpla, a single buster half aimed forwards in preparation for whatever may lay on the other side.

@Prostagma
@clanjosyou still around?
@clanjos
Now that kyo was directly on his tail, it was clear the bug had an advantage in a straight line. Putting up their shield and deploying it, using the gunpla's left arm, kyo then rolled right, letting the pink energy destroy the bullets as they attempted to pass through the shield. Maneuvering hard to throw off the beetle's aim, Kyo reversed the direction of their gunpla, disengaging and moving in closer to the giant station. They were a bit of a fan of WW2 as a settomg. and recognized how badly things could go if the beetle realized the same situation. Kyo needed to eliminate that threat from existing and did so by closing in towards an opening on the station.
@clanjos
I would just like to explain how i came to my conclusions using some shittily drawn MS paintings. I fully admit that my suit is slower in a straight line. don't worry, now that your suit is flying away, there is no argument, it's faster. However, with your suit going around kicking people in the back of the head, it would mean he went in straight lines from suit, if i'm understanding what you're saying correctly.

This is what i'm seeing as your flight path with the suit following the kick to kyo:

As to i'm proposing Kyo did something like this:

it would shorten the distance kyo would need to close as he wasn't following your beetle's path directly. meaning he would close the gap by shortening the distance needed to be traveled.
@Zero Hexin my defense, he was lucky i gave him the hit. with a target as small as a head and all of the structures raising up higher than it, also coupled with the fact it's traveling at these apparently ludicrous speeds, you'd need to be a newtype to accurately target a strike like that. Also, it wasn't an attempt, they just said "it hit" without it being an attempt, had it been as such i would have given far more credit than "just the paint" but if they want to play it as an auto hit, then they're getting exactly what they got.

And it's not wild assumptions. If you have a drag racer (which is what that suit's equivalent would be) going against something more akin to a rally car, maneuvering such as described, the agile suit will gain ground over the straight line suit, which was described as to just keep kicking people in the back of the head (because everyone is guaranteed to not be in a single straight line and he specifically mentioned back, which implies that he is maneuvering behind these suits). It's not assumptions, they're conclusions made upon info being supplied. That and "it's just blatantly untrackable, lol" is almost as bad as the power gaming hit. you're flying away form me and the back of your suit is lit up by a stupidly large amount of thrusters, you're going to be traceable on several sensors.
@clanjosi'm going based off of information given to me by you and your sheet. You said in suit mode all the thrusters were pointing backwards, meaning it could go forwards very quickly. that tells me it wasn't designed to be doing acrobatic loops, meaning you are better in straight lines than a twisting dog fight. You said yourself that it went forwards quickly and the direction every thruster was facing, which was back.

The very nature of physics means something that is moving in a direction carrying inertia like you're describing in space, means you need to rotate the whole gunpla and divert your thrust in the direction you want to go in, meaning it takes far more energy and a long burn to change your direction because you're going so fast. And with every thruster facing backwards, again, according to your words, you don't have anything killing forwards inertia so you're going to take a lot more to change direction to begin with than a suit that was designed for space/flying since they can control their direction to a far easier degree. You are not going to be pulling tight maneuvers with a setup like you have described.

You're lucky i even gave you the hit considering how you just took it without making it an attempt (power gaming). How the head is situated and the way the wings are, you have a great number of solid shields to get around, when you're trying to target something that small going at speeds which you're describing, your pilot must be a newtype.

As to the thermal camera, just like how you assumed radar absorbing paint wouldn't matter, i did the same thing with sensors, except sensors are standard on military machines where radar absorbing paint was not. we're piloting machines designed to fight in most if not all enviroments, to have the ability to view heat sources is invaluable for Gunpla. any sort of sensors like thermal cameras, night vision, motion, all would be standard on just about every gunpla.
"Do get ready, check your ammo and fuel reserves with your gear in our small depot." she said, each of them reciving the information onto a display in their vision. Snow looked around the room and at the girls gathered before her. She didn't want to watch them die like her comrades, some of these creations she recognized, an x wing, a mobile suit, gypsy danger, and one she didn't recognize. However, she hoped they'd all survive this first mission. they didn't have the resources or emotions to make anymore with any ease like they did these girls.

"As to scavenging, we used to run missions like that. Until they raided them and we began losing all of the men sent out each mission, and occasionally a girl. In our darkest our, we call upon you to light our path, so report to the depot, stock up and then the hangar, you launch in fifteen." She said, looking around at the girls. "Dismissed." Snow said and walked to the command center, praying to whatever would listen.

The hangar was a hallway away from the depot. and the depot itself was down the hall five doors and on the left. Inside of it would be a station for each of them, ready to resupply the girls.
