Since she is a witch she can use magic. But that is too much to list, she gets all of her spells from her grimoire. Some require preparation, maybe creating runes and rituals to cast those spells. She even has her own brewing stand where she can brew potions. Other spells can simply be cast with a phrase and her own ability. Most of those spells are written down in her grimoire, which does contain a lot of spells, rituals, potions. However while it does contain quite a lot, there aren´t nearly all spells that exist written down, which is why she always seeks for new literature where she could learn new ones.
As she does not like fighting though, there is no real purpose for most combat spells. She mostly uses them to her own comfort.

Personality

Kyoko is a rather introverted person, who does not mind expressing herself. While this is definetly contradicting itself, it´s easily explained. She dresses and acts the way she likes to, considering she wears either a hoodie which has fake cat-ears on top, or her witch-outfit with the hat and all as seen in the picture. But she just rarely talks to people because she does not feel like it. Maybe because she is in her teenage phase as a young witch (Within her group of people her age is considered "teenager". The human equivalent would be 16 years old).
While she is a very clever girl in class and at school who focuses on her grades, she mostly does what she likes in her freetime and what she feels like doing.
What is also worth noting about her: She has a huge obsession for cat-demi-humans. And with obsession I mean it´s almost like a weird fetish to put it into perspective. She only attends this school in search for such a demi-human after all. If one were to enter her room in the dorms they would see posters of catgirls and sometimes catboys EVERYWHERE. Hence the reason she likes to wear that cat-hoodie with the fake ears. If she were to see an actual "neko" she´d probably faint on the spot.

Background

The story behind Kyoko the witch is rather simple. Born into a family of ordinary witches and magicians she always had a fascination with demi-humans. Now she wasn´t quite human herself, despite her appearance, since she is a witch. However as she did look like a human, she was able to live within human society, dressing like a normal girl would. Though her family lived within the woods in secret, she would frequently visit the town and even visit schools there, only wearing her witch-clothes at home. Her parents did not necessarily like her interacting with humans so much. Bad experience is what caused them to think that way... but Kyoko believes that humans have indeed changed. The four schools are a perfect example for that! Luckily, despite having huge doubts, her parents let Kyoko do mostly everything as she pleases. They even did not mind hearing about her being just as much into girls as she was into boys! Such preferences were uncommon in their culture, but yet her parents accepted her with a smile once Kyoko brought home another female witch or a male equivalent. Her parents were really open-minded! And once she heard of the school which was full of demi-humans near her, she enrolled in an instant. With her hundreds of years studying sorcery, it was just about time to learn more about the world outside of a magic-community. Who would she meet? How would life be like there? It was already exciting for her to just think about it. She was accepted fairly quickly and once she was studying there, she felt very comfortable, walking around in her witch-clothes allday and seeing others who were, sort of, like her. Meeting them seemed like an adventure everyday, though she did prefer to just quitely observe the scenes happening in front of her. It was just more her style.
Nowadays she still lives in her own room in the girl´s dorms, and continues her everyday life at the Monster-University.

Still listening to the blind man talk, Reinhardt realized just how much he actually acknowledged his surroundings even though he was blind. It was kind of impressive, although he was just stating the sort of obvious. It wasn´t like the guard was trying to hide his intentions in this case and luckily, Hendrick was not trying to hide anything either. While still drinking his coffee he made his intentions clear. Wanting to earn himself a little bit extra, both in money and reputation, by helping out the local authorities. Now there were quite many issues with this offer from a guard´s prespective.
"Now, you were really good at pointing out my obvious character traits, it impressed me. But about your offer considering the slave traders, or whatever they were, I do have some issues with it. You see, while I want to do the right things, I still have to take my job seriously. I am on duty here and I simply cannot slack off and go where I please to go. Normally you´d have to contact local authorities and not the Royal Guards. However..."
The old man smiled mischieviously while crossing his arms in front of him.
"There might be a way to get around that. I am here to protect the public... and if we consider this an immediate threat then... I am allowed to act on my own. But then again, I can´t leave the people here without any protection.
Reinhardt seemed to be thinking quite heavily, seemingly debating on what was the right thing to do.
"Give me more information, please. I want to do the right things, and for that I have to know every little detail that could help."
But it was clearly obvious that Reinhardt was interested and intrigued. His heart was telling him to go give those guys a good beating, but he knew that it was stupid to just do what he wanted to do in that moment. Damn, has he really become so faithful to his job in such a short time? Didn´t he join the Guards to stop things exactly like that? He´d have to listen to what Hendrick knew before he could decide.
While talking to Hendrick, Reinhardt always seemed to look through the crowd almost unconsciously, trying to spot any suspicious people. It was his job after all, and they chose this cafe just because it provided such a nice view of the crowded marketplace. It was relaxing for him to see all those people, demi-humans and humans, coexisting with each other here. It gave Reinhardt hope for a better and peaceful future, and it was his job to secure that.
Interested too ;3
Will write something very soon.

With big steps Reinhardt followed the monk towards the café to which he had pointed. While walking, his white coat was shining bright in the sunlight, the only distraction being the sword that he wore around his waist. Normally Reinhardt would not use a sword while fighting. His swordskills are mediocre at best, his weapon of choice was obviously his huge hammer. However this piece of equipment was kept at a local store, not too far from their position. It would be too annoying to keep having it on his back, which is why he paid a shopkeeper to keep the hammer safe. As of now, Reinhardt had an okay-impression of Hendrick. He did not seem like anyone evil, rather neutral seemd to be his position from Reinhardt´s initial impression.

Both soon reached the café, which took less time than it did before just because Reinhardt was able to clear the path just with his presence. Noone would want to start a fight with a Royal Guard, it would cause too much trouble with the law. This is why the people there just decided to walk around him, instead of bumping into him like they normally would with everyone passing through at such a quick pace. Once they reached the café, Reinhardt sat down on the opposite chair on which Hendrick was sitting and waited for him to order. And it was true: As soon as Hendrick started talking, Reinhardt was baffled. He actually expected him to be unable to talk normally, because he had trouble with the foreign language or something along the lines of that. While Reinhardt was visibly surprised, he didn´t let himself get caught off guard for too long, coughing into his fist before regaining his neutral position, facing the mocking face of the monk who had to hold back his laughter, without much success at that.
"Well I am just glad that you are able to talk... but you sold me that really well!"
The Guard said with a friendly laughter for himself, ordering the equivalent of a black coffee in this world.
This was very fortunate though, as the laughing on both sides actually brightened the mood quite a bit. Reinhardt was a lot more at ease with the monk now, watching him as he demonstrated some of his magic, showing Reinhardt where he came from.
"I´ll admit, I am not all too familiar with that area. But it´s always nice to see new people here. I don´t have many more questions though, I just wanted to make sure that you have no evil intentions. You know, just yesterday there was an incident here, a fight to be exact. It was quite the event, everyone knows about it. It even left some civilians dead..."
Reinhardt spoke the last part with bitterness in his voice. He clenched his right hand into a fist on the table and seemed quite angry.
"I was not here to protect them..."
After a brief moment of silence from him, he started smiling again and calmed down, having his typical friendly smile on his face.
"Well but now I am here to prevent any further actionsor incidents. Now since I do not have much more questions, do you have any about our town here? About me or my job? I don´t mind us sitting here and talking, I can look out for the marketplace at the same time since I am always around. That really is enough."

The guard Reinhardt was glad to see that the foreigner who now revealed himself to be Hendrick was of no evil intentions so far. If he was, he would be very good at hiding it since Reinhardt did not feel a threat or bad intent from the monk. Patiently Reinhardt watched as Hendrick struggled his way through the crowd, they were obviously way too much in a rush to focus who they were walking against, especially since Hendrick was no huge guy like Reinhardt was, he would get lost in the crowd easily. After some consideration, Reinhardt decided to follow Hendrick, at least for now, to the stool which Hendrick aimed for. He seemingly knew where he wanted to go, therefore Reinhardt got in motion too, though a little bit slower. It was way easier for him to get through the crowd, people would not bump into him. Not only because of his figure, but because of the fact that he was a Royal Guard, which noone wanted to mess with. At least none of the simple commoners who were roaming the streets currently.

From far away, Reinhardt could already watch what unfolded at the stool. The owner of the shop seemed to make fun of Hendrick, much to Reinhardt´s disliking. He slowly approached the stool, and once Hendrick pointed at him he stepped in front of the owner, with a furious look on his face. He seriously looked like he was about to kill the owner, though that was only show. Of course Reinhardt would not, but he wanted to be intimidating. Loud, slow breaths were heard from Reinhardt, filled with anger as he looked at the other guy.
"Making fun of a blind person, eh?"
He took a small look at the sunstone which Hendrick had presented to him and nodded, looking at the shop´s wares.
Meanwhile, the shopkeeper seemed very scared, almost like he was about to faint from Reinhardt´s presence. Seemingly Reinhardt´s strategy worked.
"Give me two sunstones... of your best quality. You better not try to trick me or else...! You will get your money if you do give us what we desire."
He spoke in a calm, but angry voice. Normally, the guard was a very peaceful person, however people judging others because of things like blindness and making fun of it really ticked Reinhardt off. The shopkeeper reached back into some bags and pulled out two sunstones, they seemed to have good quality. They also looked a lot better than those displayed on the stool, which just made Reinhardt grunt. The big guy quickly took the two stones, handed them to Hendrick and gave the owner his money with a satsified look on his face.
"Thank you very much, have a good day."
After that, he turned away from the owner and focused on Hendrick.
"Don´t worry about the money, it goes on me. We need to talk now I believe?"
Reinhardt said and pointed at a café nearby, ready to head to it as soon as Hendrick was ready himself.
