Got it! I changed it up a bit. When I say hearts, I mean more of the symbol heart, like Kingdom Hearts, regarding the person's soul and who they are. Their "heart". I took out the part where she can manipulate people's emotions, sense that is a bit OP i agree. She can still connect with their heart, but its not OP like u think it is. All her magic allows her to do is communicate telepathically(not read minds) with people and animals, feel the emotions(not control emotions) of people, but she can feel and control the emotions and actions of animals, ecological empathy, plant empathy, and plant manipulation. Don't worry, it wont be OP.

Name: Lilli Bug Age: 19 Magic: Heart Magic; This magic allows Lilli to connect her "heart" to the "hearts" of others. Once she connects her heart to the hearts of other people and animals, it allows her to communicate with them telepathically. She also gains emapthy, allowing her to feel people's emotions. She can also feel the emotions of animals and control them. Furthermore, her empathy is so strong, that she can connect with the hearts of plants, giving her a form of plant and ecological empathy, as well as the magical ability to manipulate plant life to her discretion. Magic Level: B History: Lilli is the daughter of a famously beautiful magician who had been widowed seven times over by her 17th birthday. Each husband's death occurred both under suspicious circumstances and left the already wealthy Ms. Bug and Lilli richer. Lilli is uncertain which of them is her biological father, but has found it a personal quest to figure it out. After her 18th birthday she left the security of her mother, and began to further develop her art of painting, even beginning a small business of painting portraits and the environment and selling them. Although she could have easily relied on the money of her mother, she wouldn’t to make an income on her own accord. She soon ran into a man who promised her that he had knowledge of her real father if she agreed to help him. Since that meeting, she has been on a journey, to uncover the truth of her father and to do what is needed to be done. Personality: Extremely feminine in appearance and personality, Lilli is a mature and sensible young girl who is often seen making graceful expressions such as clasping his hands together. She is a diplomatic individual and a bit of a wallflower, but feeds off the positive energy of others and can become worrisome over their well-being. She is known for being very motherly and precocious. Lilli is demure and speaks in an airy tone, though it seems he won’t hesitate to snap at others when they are rude or inconsiderate. She seems to be hiding her true intentions behind a coy smile. As a painter, she is incredibly aware of the world around her and uses that as a focal point for her artworks and paintings.
