Things haven't been going great lately, maybe you recently lost a job, or got kicked out of college. You girlfriend broke up with you and threw you out of her house, or your landlord put your rent up beyond what you could afford. Whatever the case you now find yourself without a home or a propose, relying on the generosity of your friends to keep you off the street. Just when things are at their bleakest though, an opportunity presents itself in the form of an unexpected email from your estranged uncle.
With little in the way of upcoming prospects, and the distinct impression that you are beginning to overstay your welcome with your friends, this offer of room and employment from your uncle seems to be just the thing to keep you going while you get you life back on track. And who knows, maybe you'll meet someone interesting at this dorm house.
So this'll be a harem based RP where your character, a down on his luck young man, finds himself managing a little dorm house inhabited by a number of attractive, quirky young college girls. Hjinks, both fun and lewd, will ensue. And don't worry about having to pick one over the others, after all none of these girls are really are the jealous type.
Considering the Lewd content that'll be in this (70/30 on Smut/Plot), I'm looking for partners 18 or over to play a male character. You should have at least a semi-fluent standard of English spelling and grammar and be able to post around 2-3 simple paragraphs or more in IC, though I typically prefer quality over quantity. I'm looking for a partner that can get at least one IC post up a day, though I make allowances for RL drama as long as you let me know there will be delays. As for your character, I don't have a CS template ready to go, so feel free to bring one of your own, just know that I do not accept RL pictures for face-claims. Anime/Drawn images only.

So while I'm away on my extended holiday I'll need someone to fill in for me as Landlord. It's nothing that a young man like yourself should find too stressful. You'll just have to collect rent from the residents each week and keep the place well maintained. In return you'll have a roof over your head and a stipend to keep you solvent while you get back on your feet.
