Yeah, aha, I'm guilty of that as well. Tbh when I was looking up pictures to use, I noticed that a lot of anime characters have head phones/ear buds.

The lynch vote pretty much decides the game and who wins at that point then. Sure, we have a 50% chance at lynching the killer. But that also means we have a 50% chance of lynching the doctor, and if that happens then the killer can freely murder someone else during the night and make it a 1v1 and win.

Well, I guess it's a better plan than anything I could come up with though. Tbh I've been wrong about a lot of things so far during this game, so I'll trust your plan over my gut.

Yeah I don't think night is a killer either atm. I mean it is possible that he pushed to kill tabby to make himself look more like a villager however at this point that would be a very risky move for a mafia to make, and I highly doubt a killer would go with that route this early on.

I was thinking about that possibility as well, but like you said, it's very risky. If that was Nightmare's play though, then they made a great move since I don't really suspect them anymore at this point, since it just seems too counter-productive to do that so early in the game.

The doctor should reveal his role and lead the lynch.

Otherwise you risk allowing the Killer to influence the lynch too much since you have no idea who he is.

How would we know if someone claiming to be the doctor is telling the truth though? Is the GM allowed to confirm it? Because otherwise the mafia could step up, say that they're the doctor, and lead the lynch to killing off another innocent. It would also make that person a target if they indeed were the doctor, since mafia would def want them gone.

But then what? Can the doctor protect his/herself? If they can, they certainly can't protect the villagers at the same time. And either they're left open to be killed, or they are effectively useless while the killer continues with their business. The Doctor revealing themselves makes them considerably less useful.

And I doubt the killer sided against tabby. The killer win condition is that killers outnumber villagers, and now they have to be the last one standing, which is considerably more difficult than the prior situation. And yes, I am aware that this partially implicates me, but if the villagers win, even if I die, then I would view it as a victory for myself.

Those are some other worries I had as well.

And I agree, I really doubt Nightmare is the killer and sided against a fellow mafia. Though, I don't think mafia has to outnumber the village if there's only one mafia member left. 1v1 counts as a mafia win as well, I think. Which, I'm just now realizing is a very possible outcome after this round. If we don't manage to lynch the killer and the doctor doesn't manage to save the killer's victim during the night phase, then we'll be left with one mafia and one villager and that means the mafia wins. I think. A little help here, @Tancuras

Still though, we really can't afford to screw up, this is potentially our last chance to catch the killer.

Sure, that'd be great. Everyone's free to do it, I'll never say no to character interactions. Just as long as we don't end up with a group of like, ten people right at the start, though I'm not really expecting that, aha.

Charles knew it hadn't been over. Catrina Morris being the killer was just too quick and clean of a solution. And now there had been yet another murder. This was getting way out of hand.

"How many deaths is it going to take until the people of this town finally take some damn initiative?" He muttered under his breath, "We need some kind of military presense here already, before every single last one of us dies!"

He couldn't take the sight of the baker's dead body anymore, and turned away. His stomach felt queasy, this death had been even more grotesque than the last. They needed to find this killer, immediately. Even if it meant lynching someone this time...they needed to end this, once and for all.

As Alyssa hung out with her friends, someone caught her eye as they walked in. She could see they were craning their neck, as if they were looking for someone, and when they looked in her direction that's when she recognized them.

"Oh! Harper!" Alyssa called out with a grin, waving for the boy to come over, "Over here!"

She liked him, he could be pretty quiet and reserved at times, kind of like her. But he was also very sarcastic and blunt, though not necessarily in a mean way. She guessed that was why she liked him, he was funny but honest.

Well shit. This was exactly what I was afraid of. I knew the we should've had the doctor try to save someone else. And now Nightmare suspects me, which sucks. In my defense, I did vote for tabby to be lynched before it became a bandwagon vote. If I were mafia, I would've pushed more for a no-lynch at the very least. I don't believe Nightmare is mafia, so I can only look at either Zendre or Asuna. Zendre hasn't talked much but did try try to push for a no-lynch, while Asuna has been playing a mostly silent game. Tabby played a silent game as well and turned out to be a killer, so Asuna may be going for the same strategy.

So because of that, my suspicions are mostly on Asuna for now. I will make an IC post in a bit.
