The Dunwall Curse [Dishonored/Dark Souls Crossover]

You got my interest, but I have several questions and clarifications I'd like to state. Though I understand that crossing over two universes and trying to make all details fit with each other is fairly hard.

I do apologize if I sound like a jerk, I don't mean to. Most of these are gonna be Dishonored though, as I've played it much, and have not played Darksouls yet, but am familiar of their lore.

First question, what happened to the Whalers (Daud's assassin company), are they in hiding? Are they immune to this new plague?
Also what about the seven others, including Daud, Marked (not with the Darksign) by the Outsider? Are they immune too?
What does Piero Joplin say about the Hollows? The last time we saw him, he was working with Sokolov to cure the rat plague and even perhaps the Weepers.
Why is Emily still a child after ten years? In the events of the game, she should be 9 or 10, so now, she should be like 19-20
Are there any other deities aside from the Outsider? What of the four Lord Souls?

And just some corrections: I'm not absolutely sure, but Sokolov actually believes the Outsider exists, the Outsider even said that Sokolov performs weird rituals for him. He just doesn't appear to Sokolov since, in the Outsider's own words: "But if he really wants to see me, he could start by being a bit more interesting." Although, perhaps we could say that Sokolov is just saying that for the record as to not lose his credibility?

Also, the Overseers' religion, the Abbey of the Everyman, is unique in that they only believe in the Void and the Outsider, and believe that the Outsider is evil. They have no other deities included in the religion, no "good" counterpart, so they wouldn't think the disease a punishment, they'd think its just the Outsider doing it for the evulz.

The Outsider did not bring the Rat Plague onto Dunwall, it was actually the Lord Regent. He got the rats, put 'em in the streets to rid it of the poor, but it went out of hand, the rats proved to be too uncontrollable and cleverer than the catchers.

Although, all these can be excused if this is an alternate universe that doesn't follow either Dishonored or Darksouls' canons.

Ha, yes, Kiyoshi was a beast, so were those two hyper-tech dudes, one was Russian and the other was a robot, I think. Ahh, great times.

Also, an overlaying story sounds good, although some people are playing events and attacks instead of characters.

Appearance of Aspect:
A tattoo of two interlocking cogs on his wrist. Both have 8 teeth, but only 5 are exposed on either side. The gear on the right (In Piccard's perspective) is grey, the other black. When Crafting, the cogs light up, the light making them seem to vaguely turn.

Xeno:
Mestiere Staccato, at its most basic, enables its user to create any none-electrical powered mechanism from anything plausible, in a matter of seconds. This Concept-type is different from other Concept types, in that, it doesn't passively grant its user increased endurance and strength, the Aspect gains a sudden burst of strength, dexterity, and perception only when they wish to create a machine. This enables them to break stone and wood with their bare hands, shape them into unpolished parts, and create constructs in a matter of moments, though how many moments depends on the size and complexity of the construct. The burst of empowerment only lasts as long as the item is being built though, so never can it be used for combat.

The constructs itself, are very easy to break, and may as well crumble after moments of conception. Most susceptible to this are the more complex and sizeable machines. To put it simply, Items like throwing-knives, usually outlive items like crossbows.

Additional Info:
Piccard considers himself a pragmatist, though, a redundant one, he may want to finish his battles quickly and efficiently, but his habit for creating new things and trying new methods always gets in his way, he begrudgingly notices this, and repeatedly tries to rid himself of this habit, but also repeatedly fails. He prefers the solitude of his studio/lab, than the company of friends, but has no qualms about socializing, as a consequence, he spends more time with his none-Staccato creations (be it artwork or machine), than he does with other students and acquiantances.

I'm not even sure if historical characters are allowed, but I guess some can consider Da Vinci "heroic" because of his contributions to technology. Although, Archimedes would be considered more heroic since he actively made inventions that actually helped repel invaders, and even win wars. But I'll let Rode and Anderiel decide.

EDIT: Does the Spirit need to exist in mythology or was a historical figure, or can I pull up a Spirit from my own mythos? Also, just as an example, would Cthulhu count?

Orbital drop inbound.

A moment passes and a large mechanized suit, about 3 meters in height, crashes through the clouds and cracks and warps the ground below it. It rotates both of its gatling cannons on both arms, aims and fires at the Godmodder. Still firing, a hatch opens on its back then it fires a salvo of 8 saturation missiles. The missiles fly to the GM and dismantle themselves into numerous smaller explosives and they continue the flight to the GM. The suit stops firing, stomps back and charges forward, a red electric-like aura envelopes it as it boosts forward.

A smaller human flickers into existence 300 meters away from the GM.
