Two guards walked alongside him as they escorted him handcuffed and gloved through the corridors with guns aimed at Max's head. He didn't get annoyed at them. He wasn't safe, he knew that. He just resented them. When they finally arrived to where Roxy and Ezekiel were talking one of the guards pressed a button and the handcuffs snapped in half and fell off they then legged it away.
Max lifted a gloved hand and said: "Uh hi?"

@Minimum, does your guy get elemental protection when in dragon form? Does he choose the element when changing, or can it be switched freely? Is he limited in time or number of changes per day, or can he change freely and indefinitely?

Well his scales are fire proof so when he's covered by them he has protection from fire. Also if a blast of lightning hits the scales it will not do as much damage (although still some) to him. And if your talking about element of breath for the changing part, he can change freely and indefinitely.

I don't know if I missed something, but do the inmates have anything suppressing their powers?
