Name: Sarah Wayne
Appearance: Stands at 5.28 ft (161 cm); she has several scars on her body from different animals
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Mount: Ceratosaurus (Onca)
Occupation: Dinosaur veterinarian
Specialized Skills: Knowledgeable in the areas of saurian veterinary and behavioral (though only dinosaurs); good enough with a rifle to hit anything in the 6-10 ton range in a vital area
Items: - Owns a
.700 Nitro Express mammoth gun (it's only thanks to a lot of practice that she doesn't knock herself on her ass every time she uses it), which was formerly owned by her father
- A
locket with pictures of her parents
- Several kits of medical and veterinary tools
- Various clothes
Personality: Despite usually being a quiet and polite young lady, Sarah has something of a stubborn streak. Her parents raised her to be kind but firm, but she's not above fighting if she needs to. Despite her outward civility, she distrusts most people, and prefers working by herself or, better yet, with dinosaurs. When on her downtime, she likes to read, observe wildlife around her, and write notes about them.
History: Born and raised in the Midwestern prairie region, Sarah comes from a line of ranchers and farmers, though her mother was the town's only doctor. After school she would help her father tend to the livestock (
Pachycephalosaurs and
Psittacosaurus, to be precise). However, as the years passed, illness and predators thinned the herds to the point that Sarah's parents were forced to sell the remaining animals and their home, and move eastward. To help with money, she took a job as a veterinarian's assistant. After saving spare change for a long time, Sarah bought herself an egg, which hatched into a tiny (and very hungry) Ceratosaurus. Three years ago, both of Sarah's parents contracted Typhoid fever, and eventually passed away. After that, she moved around, finding work wherever people needed help with their dinosaurs. About six months ago, she received a letter from one Michael J. Horner, and she decided to prepare to head west.
Other: - A fairly good rider when it comes to theropods and bipedal herbivores
- Likes animals more than humans, and it often shows
- She is very affectionate towards her mount Onca, to the point that one might think she was talking about a puppy when she talks about him
- She knows she's short for her age, and if you point it out, she becomes very annoyed
- A good way to get on her bad side is mistreating animals
