I'm debating whether I should create a male or a female. I've pretty much got a backstory for either one. I just need to decide on the gender. Any ideas?
He will survive lol with what we have planned he's not allowed to let his character die yet. After your post we will wait for Zi and Phoenix then I will post and so on.

Oh, good. I don't like it when characters die off quickly. T_T

Like a moth to a flame, Amira found herself captivated by the blazing inferno, watching it flicker and frolic along her skin like wildfire. The heat itself seemed an entity of its own, sovereign of any celestial body, but when she tore from her immersion, she noticed sheer amount of damage it had caused. While it temporarily banished the vampires, it mauled at others, and left them fighting for their lives. It was a massacre. Bloody carcasses were strewn across the forest floor in their numbers, leaving little of what was left of the green grass bellow. Amira could only fathom what would happen next – the forest was aflame, people were wounded, and god help those who had managed to breathe in an infirmed vampires fumes. Sighing, she'd avert her attention onto the small congregation of people who were already making their way to shelter, hopefully to higher ground.

As one of the humans called out to the group, signalling them to follow, Amira wondered if that meant her too. Could she trust these people? What if it was a trap? These cynical thoughts troubled her greatly, especially since she was under extreme time constraints. In agitation, Amira would bite her bottom lip till it drew blood; she knew what she had to do now, and that was to follow them. After all, as far as the vampires were concerned, she was with them now whether she liked it or not. As she'd trek after the group, Amira would attempt to catch up with the ones that were flagging, the armor plated husk which shrouded arms now slowly shedding itself away to reveal soft, tanned skin. “Is everyone alright? How much further is this shelter you speak of?” Amira would holler out to them, hoping they wouldn't deter her away like so many others had done in the past.
@RenaKin90 I'm nearly finished writing my reply. Sorry it's taking a little longer than usual, I'm busy. ^^"

Just finished reading @Shmektheshmuck post... Is his character going to die, or survive the ordeal?!
I'm a sap for all things supernatural, so of course I'm interested. ^^
@Grifter I'm also interested. If you're still accepting, I will have my CS posted sometime soon. ^^
@Zi Pairing them together would make for an interesting story. So yeah, I'd be more than happy for them fall in love! ^^

It's hard to think about romance when all this vampire bloodshed is going on the the IC tab.
Amira would release the lesser vampire from her grip, it's feeble form colliding into the rocks beside her. The vampire would then flounder for a moment before regaining its balance once more, a crooked grin creasing across its lips. Soon, other nocturnal creatures where coming to its aid, their hisses distorting like ripples in a still water pond. The now agitated Amira could feel her scales bristle slightly as the thought of being outnumbered lay heavy on her mind. What had she gotten herself into now? If only she had listened to what her mentor had said, this would never have happened. Then again, she couldn't just leave them, could she? Cracking her neck into place, she'd shake the uneasy thoughts from her head. After all, she was the one who had gotten herself into this mess, and now she was sure as hell going to finish it.

As another vampire made a lunge for her, Amira would ram her fist into the creature's sternum; her claws piercing skin and bone as she reached for the heart. With a bit of brute force from her other arm, she’d pry the heart from the vampires now lifeless carcass, before tossing them aside and into the obscurity of the forest. One after another, she’d take them down, careful not to inhale their putrid fumes. All while this was occurring, Amira couldn't help but ponder what the vampire from before meant. What small elf? Is that seriously what they where after? Well, whatever it was, it had grabbed Amira's attention, and she wasn't going to let it go that quickly. Not after all this pointless bloodshed.
