Cecil wasn’t really paying too much attention to Nymira until she spoke about him, his eyes going up to her before he hastily looked away, his cheeks going the slightest red for some reason. “Y-Yeah, it wouldn’t hurt…” Or rather he would be hurt by it, he just didn’t want to let them know he could feel pain from injuries. Them knowing that would probably make them concerned for him unnecessarily when they had their own bodies to look after. Besides, they probably had other things to worry about besides whether he was feeling hurt over pain a ‘machine’ wasn’t supposed to feel. It was definitely best that he would stay in the carriage and not have to ride one of these beasts they were wanting to get, seeing how he’d probably fall off and show off he could definitely feel pain.

Now that everyone was sorted it was time to get these beasts, he’ll find out what they were too. He had met many beasts of burden on his journey so knowing what a horse was would certainly help him fill his mind with knowledge. He was probably sounding a little silly with how little he knew about people and their animals, but it wasn’t as if it was his fault. Following them all along to the stables he was surprised when he finally recognised the name horse to the animal. He had seen them before, but at least he was able to see what he was supposed to identify the name with. Staring at them as he waited for everyone to get sorted out, wanting to keep away from the beasts in case he scared them. He was essentially not a living creature like they were and maybe they could sense that.

With everything that was going on Cecil felt a little relieved that they were soon getting to go, even if they had a few things to do as well that were probably trivial. Glancing over to Ethan who seemed happy to announce their plans he soon turned to Amuné who was wanting to take up conversation with him he frowned at the subject, looking away momentarily before down at himself. He didn’t know how to answer her, he didn’t even understand what those terms meant. “I-uhh…I don’t know. Maybe I’m faulty. Maybe I’m not supposed to be like you people. It could be anything, but they don’t want me functioning”. He really had no idea what he was supposed to do about that part, but he would keep running so long as he still had his legs. Looking back to Amuné he frowned at her question, looking to Ethan quickly. “Umm, maybe. I don’t like being nosey”, he spoke, shaking his head, “I do not ask because I am not willing to say, but I am also not saying why I am going…but I don’t really know, anyway. I am just wanting to go where I’m going”.
Viral didn’t understand how he had gotten so weak, but there was always going to be that slight doubt that he was getting any stronger over the days anyway. He was not feeling terribly good and was certainly trying hard to feel better, but whenever he tried he found himself eventually failing and slowly falling into deterioration again. Picking himself up he couldn’t believe how tired he was, his eyes going to Vegeta when he tried to explain why that was. He wasn’t concerned with how fit he was, but rather his overall weakness and inability to feel healthy. “This is not something I enjoy living with, so you should be glad I am so willing to compromise with all this nonsense you’re putting me through…” Slowly sitting down again he massaged his legs, trying to bring them back into working order. He wasn’t happy with how his body was breaking down and was rather down with how he was unable to function properly, especially when he used to be great at generally doing everything that didn’t require Ki. “This is ridiculous. It’s taking forever for some damn…illness to disappear. This is getting to be unbearable…”

Kiton didn’t know what happened, but he was still terrified over the events that lead him to where he was now. He didn’t know what was going on or why Leto had put him through this, but he was panicked and not wanting to be here. Immediately after realising what happened he immediately took to the air, floating a few metres off the ground looking to everyone who was here. He barely registered Aito talking to him and was too busy looking at everyone else before noticing the Saiyan warrior standing off with Takeshi. He was freaking out but he was still trying to pull himself together, even if he wanted to blast Leto for bringing him into this very awkward situation.

With his attention going to everyone in the place, Kiton could only feel like the right decision was to leave himself. This was awful either way, being forced into this. Looking between them all he gasped when Takeshi decided to shout at the Saiyan for his words, hardly feeling as if they’d affect him an awful lot. He was well aware his kind was not liked, otherwise there would be so many more of his own roaming the galaxy. Staring at Takeshi, his attention soon went to Aito who decided to defend the Saiyan. He didn’t know why Leto had brought him here, especially when they were all so busy in the first place. “What? Help me with?” he questioned Aito, only realising he was speaking to him just now, “I was dragged here against my own free will! I’m not even supposed to be here! He’s not in charge of watching me, either…”

Krom was most certainly annoyed with the interruption, but what was worse was it was a Frost Demon and an ex-soldier. The ex-soldier was someone people didn’t really mourn the loss of, but it was still a nuisance seeing him being an idiot. Giving Takeshi an angry glare his eyes soon went to Aito who quickly apologised, letting out a grunt before turning his attention to the Frost Demon. The fact they had one here just spelled trouble for everyone, considering the temperament they often carried with them as a result of their level of power. Grunting in response to what Kiton was saying he pointed to the hole his rebel chum had created. “Then howabout you both leave and stay out of here? Both of you have zero reason to be here!”
Viral really didn’t like doing lunges but if Vegeta wanted him to do them then he was going to have to do them. They just looked so stupid and like he was trying to show off, even though he was trying to do none of the sort. It was probably something he would see Takeshi do to show off rather than something for exercising. “Well it doesn’t feel right to do! I’m not like that, it’s out of character for me…” Going in with his lunges he didn’t find it to be too bad at first, but gradually after a few he was feeling particularly worn down. It was as if his legs were already having enough, but surely he couldn’t give up that easily. Growling lowly he went forward in a few more, but sure enough he fell off his stance, landing on his knee. Ending with a growl he moved to stand up again, his knees wobbling around for a moment before he sighed, bending down to hold his knees. “The hell is wrong with me…”

Kiton didn’t know how he was supposed to stop this guy, it was completely against the plans that had been set so he could not end up in trouble. He was probably going to get in trouble for manipulating this guy or something and having him end up in an even worse prison that would guarantee his incarceration. This guy was obviously very gullible, but it could hardly count as his fault specifically for this happening. He tried to stop the guy but he was just racing on ahead with him while showing no signs of stopping. “You’re crazy! What the hell is wrong with just not caring??” Yelping when the man suddenly decided to spring up into the air he couldn’t help but hold on for dear life, but his nerves only gave him the ability to hold onto the stuffed animal in fear. He was probably going to die from this and that was the sad part, the not so sad part was people were going to remember him as the Frost Demon who died from fall damage.

Krom was a little sick of Takeshi trying to do the same thing over and over, it was even worse when the guy wouldn’t even recognise it as being a problem when he was countered most of the time. He did it during their fights too and he was just as bad as his brother for leaping in like that at the start of fights. It wasn’t going to get them anywhere and he was only getting annoyed each time the guy tried it. Throwing him away he turned to face him again, staring at him in annoyance as he only shouted back. “Can you not think for yourself?? If I am catching you every single time you do that, you’d think ‘I should try something else’, right?? You’re just like your brother with that jumping around!” he barked right back before grunting, scratching his chin, “Maybe that’s where he learned it, except he can’t do the extreme speed aspect of it yet…”

Shu didn’t think he was normal, he was the oddest one in the group. Even T’charrl knew how to be civilised with his unpredictable changes. The problem was they weren’t his fault, T’charrl wasn’t born the way he is now. Shu didn’t know if what happened to him was natural or some form of strange defect that made him less of a Saiyan, even if everyone else told him it was perfectly natural for this to happen. Sighing lightly he kept his eyes off Aito, not really feeling like he could forgive himself even when told. It wasn’t something easy to do when he knew it was preventable. “But…it a bad thing. I did a bad thing…it’s not easy to forgive when I did a bad thing…” he squeaked, slowly sitting up again. While he didn’t really want to go on medicine he saw no way around it if he was going to get better, feeling he was going to end up being a different person because of it. He saw what happened to others when they went on medicine and it did absolutely everything to scare him. Keeping his head low, he yelped in fright when there was a sudden crash, holding his head before he ran behind Aito. He didn’t know what was happening but he was terrified that it even happened so unexpectedly.

While Krom was already angry at Takeshi for being a complete idiot, the sudden approaching energies ending in a crash easily made him even more annoyed than he was supposed to be. Turning around immediately he stared at the sight, noticing the obviously brightly coloured Frost Demon sitting on an ex-soldier’s back. “What? A Frost Demon??” He wouldn’t even think for a second that they would have a Frost Demon, even worse was Aito greeting it so casually. “Why the hell do you have a Frost Demon here? Not to mention this deserter...this is a private session!”
Viral was certainly not looking forward to continuing this workout, even if he was willing to do it. He didn’t really enjoy working out even if it was for his own good and health, seeing how he was not one to work out to try and build up muscle. He didn’t want to end up looking like a Saiyan, but his muscles had very obvious wasted away and he needed it; however, still didn’t mean he didn’t hate it. He just felt embarrassed for having to work out in the first place, seeing how he never had to in the past to keep fit. Not particularly wanting to think of anymore exercises he frowned when Vegeta had an idea for something, frowning at the mention of lunges. If there was anything that was more embarrassing than failing to run it was doing lunges. Sighing heavily he watched Vegeta make the lunges, lazily staring at him before scratching at his side as he finished up. “Great. Just once because that looks damn stupid…” he muttered before eventually getting started, slowly at first before getting comfortable with going just a little faster to get it over faster.

Kiton didn’t understand why it was such a big deal that he felt that way, seeing how he had been around people of power probably more than this guy and he was in an army. There was a lot he understood about power and why it was a good thing to have, but he seemed to be in the minority when thinking it was just another part of having a lot of power. They tended to have evil intentions but that was because they knew they could actively beat up lesser beings and not suffer the consequences when nobody could do anything to stop them. Despite his questioning, Leto seemed quite happy to change the subject and have them running for the others who might as well had forgotten about him by now. He didn’t know why the guy was doing this and not just flying, it was rather frightening and he could barely hold on. “This really isn’t necessary, you know! This is just crazy! It’s going to be super awkward and they’re obviously busy, you know!”

Krom was ready to see whether Takeshi had learned anything from that, but knowing him he probably didn’t even care that his fighting style was completely flawed and could use some more defences even if he was on the defence. It was pretty silly, but if Takeshi had learned anything then maybe he could show it here. Watching Takeshi he waited for him to get started, but of course without learning much about anything he went in the same way he did before, trying to use speed when there was no need for it. The idiot should realise by now that it was obvious he was going to get all close, but what was even more stupid was Takeshi just went right up in front of him. Raising an arm to block the kick he gave Takeshi an annoyed expression, watching as he went all close and personal again to punch him a little lower this time. Catching his fist with his other hand before it could touch his gut he gave Takeshi a glare, holding his fist tight. “Do you learn nothing??” he snapped before throwing Takeshi to the side, “You are still doing the same thing! What’s with this disappearing crap, huh?? You really think they’re not going to feel your energy before you approach them? You’ll have your leg ripped right off!”

Shu didn’t even know if he was explaining it right this time but he was still trying, although he was pretty close to giving up at this point. He didn’t know what was wrong with him or why these things were happening, but he didn’t want to keep going like this if every fight was going to end with the same thing happening and everything starting to collapse for him mentally. It was hard enough with everything else going on, but this was just the pinnacle of it all. Keeping his shoulders raised he stared at the ground, his knees close and his tail wrapped around himself as Aito went over what he tried to explain. It sounded like he was getting it, but he was also making him sound a little off his head for having so many problems at the same time. Slowly sinking down to the ground he slowly looked up to Aito, frowning when he gave him a weird reason for all of this happening to him. He didn’t really seem to build muscle and yet the other things were happening to him that was only causing him great concern. “T-Things like that…? So it’s normal?” he questioned him before looking away again, “It not feel normal. I don’t want to be different, I just want to be normal. Don’t want to be a weird creature! Shu no feel great because worry of badness making Shu worse! If Shu really hurt friend bad, Shu will have no more friends…”
Viral knew it would be a very bad idea to have him around other people, especially if someone accidentally sneaked up on him. He didn’t know if he was going to end up having to have his hands cuffed for something like that just to stop him from trying to claw people apart. He didn’t mean to do such things, but after nearly killing everyone a few times he couldn’t help but feel cautious in the end. Looking to Vegeta who was getting up himself he stared at him for a moment, watching his go off and make a call for this food. Suddenly the thought of food was making him feel rather nervous, like he was going to have a terribly bad time with the food and not be able to digest it very well in the end. It was worrying when he was supposed to be a natural born killer and yet here he was freaking out over a little bit of cooked meat. Slowly rubbing his head he glanced to Vegeta once he was done, looking away quickly before sighing. “Fine, okay. Running in normal gravity doesn’t sound like something that’ll actually help, but twice gravity would just end in the same result as before. What do you want me to do…”

Kiton wasn’t too impressed by Leto’s claims considering it was said he was on the other side of the war not that long ago so his point didn’t really make all that much sense to announce. There was always going to be strong people who wanted more power and if that guy had been on the apparent bad side before then it was probably safe to say he could’ve easily been one of those terrible people if he wasn’t such a big wimp as well. “I thought it was in chaos because of the war…” Not particularly finding the point to be very valid he kept to himself mostly for now, sighing lightly as he turned away. Not seeing any reason to go anywhere if others were busy he stayed put, going back to looking at the lake before he was suddenly lifted up by the man, struggling momentarily before having to hold on as the man was suddenly running with him. “Woah what’s the big deal?? We’re not going to find them, you know!”

Krom saw no reason to try and teach Takeshi what being a soldier was all about, seeing how he was probably more interested in beating them up and not so much what they fought for or why they thought with little care for themselves. He would probably have a harder time beating them up if he even thought that they might be real people too who had nothing to lose because they were given nothing else. Giving Takeshi a moment to see if he had learned anything he sighed when he decided to just make it worse for himself he shrugged lightly, moving back into a ready position. “So you know how to counter your own moves? That’s a pretty silly thing to learn, don’t you think?” he spoke before grinning, “Knowing all the flaws of your fighting style? Now, howabout you learn from all of that and come at me again as you are now? I want to see if you can hit me properly…”

Shu didn’t know if he was being understood or if anybody would get him, seeing how much everybody tried to but ultimately ended up failing and presuming it was something very minor that could be helped otherwise. Slowly looking back to Aito to see if he was understanding he soon quickly looked away when it seemed he wasn’t, only taking in what he half worried about. It seemed pretty normal that he was constantly being misunderstood, like what people thought he was afraid of was simply hurting someone with his changing. Taking hold of his tail as Aito spoke he stared at the ground, his shoulders raised as he eventually looked back to Aito. “I-It’s not-…it’s not just that part that makes me scared…” he spoke lowly, looking away again, “It me not-…it me but soon not me. I get different all the time a-and what if changes making me more different? I no look the same from when I was before! Shu different! A-And maybe Shu becoming monster…you see? See what Shu mean? Not be self! Be bad self, but always bad. Not be like brother anymore…”
Viral was starting to get tired of doing push ups, but it was probably because his arms were getting sore and he was building up a pretty big headache due to hypertension. While it wasn’t something he was used to getting he still knew it was a bad idea to carry on with a building headache. Giving his head a quick shake he soon groaned and gradually stopped, laying down on his front for a moment before slowly sitting up with his hand on his head. He personally didn’t like the sound of going where there was people, not like he was afraid of being in a crowd or anything. He didn’t want to end up having to worry about being set off in the crowd and possibly end up frightening some people. “I don’t think I’m ready to be in a crowd anytime soon. If there’s a need for getting food, I’m sure someone else can go and get some…” he spoke before slowly standing up, feeling about ready to try start running again, “You have to remember the medicine you gave me is what made it bearable last time and even then I can barely remember what happened…”

Kiton didn’t think being great was possible when you wanted to both be powerful and noble, seeing how strength was gained through the number of people you could defeat. There was a lot he was, but ‘wonderful’ was something he definitely was not. He was sure he couldn’t be someone who was a good being who was fully capable of killing, or rather he hadn’t heard of someone like that before. Everyone who was strong and powerful that he knew of used their power to advance their own goals and none for the good of those around them. It was something that was probably not unusual to people of power so it was something he had generally learned was normal. “I’ve never heard of someone in power who doesn’t use it to control others or to get their own way in life. Isn’t that something you can recognise too considering you’re fighting a way against one of these people?” Feeling a little lost right now he was confused when the man suggested going to see the ones who took him to the rebels, frowning as he stood up again. “’See them now’? Do you even know where they are?”

Krom didn’t think Takeshi would understand such a notion, seeing how selfish he often was. “I would go with the knowledge I tried with all my might to defend them, even if it might not be enough!” he spoke before scoffing, “Like there’s anything else to live for in my position! Maybe that will put you off ever wanting to be a soldier in your life!” Despite getting hit by Takeshi he was pretty alright, going straight back into combat Takeshi using some more of his moves. All of the moves he was using was entirely Takeshi’s that he had picked up in that short little brawl, moving in close like Takeshi did last time. Throwing out some strikes he grunted when Takeshi had jumped and kicked him in the back, stumbling forward before turning around. “You see how easy it is yet? Fighting like you’re on the street is hardly going to do you any good! The moment you start focusing and using defence with your offense you start catching out your opponent!”

Shu was going to be uneasy the longer he tried to talk like this, finding great dislike in talking about himself. He had so many worries stemming from the thought that he was not going to recover from what he was going through, but he also worried about what people thought about him too. He didn’t want to disappoint people when everything he was worrying about was entirely trivial. Pressing his fingers together he frowned when asked about his fears, keeping his gaze low and avoiding Aito’s. Not really feeling willing to talk about it he groaned and lowered his head some more, finding it harder to talk about it rather than not wanting to. It was a difficult subject to tackle and he didn’t want to end up making himself feel worse. Raising his shoulders as the questions just kept coming he soon let out a groan, looking a little distressed before he simply closed his eyes and shook his head quickly. “I-I’m scared that I am losing control of self!” he squeaked before moving his hands to his face, his tail wrapping around himself, “I keep changing and that’s bad, but it getting worse and-…I-I don’t know how to make it better. I don’t know why I do and I-I’m not like other Saiyans, I’m not like my brother either. Takeshi not have the problems, Takeshi not get hairy, Takeshi not starting to feel funny and finding things that make Takeshi not like monster…like Shu start become monster little by little because fighting all time…”
Viral was fair annoyed until Vegeta finally decided to join him again with his quest to not feel observed all the time. He didn’t want him watching over him while he did all this. Sighing as he went back to trying hard with this push-up stuff again he stared down at the floor, wondering just when his mind might cave in after eating. He was only stable because of that medicine he got and even then that wasn’t exactly making a massive difference to his overall health. There was always the change that the medicine would fail, but that would be due to his own body resisting the medicine’s effects or his genes not accepting the temporary fix. Being given the option for a selective meal he groaned, finding the question to give him more confusion than he thought. “Hmmm…I don’t know what the food is like here. I only ever had that fish from here”, he mumbled, disliking the confusion he was feeling over simply choices. He should’ve been able to figure something as simple as food out. “Anything that used to be moving. I don’t care what it is…”

Kiton stared at Leto as he blabbed on as if reading from some sort of weird text, somewhat disliking how much emphasis he was putting into his words and what he was trying to convey with it. The question wasn’t even one he was supposed to focus on so much. Letting out a groan he turned away, staring down at the lake before sitting down on the cliff edge. “You certainly have a lot of faith in your own interpretations…” Disliking how much pressure the man was putting on him he did try to ignore the man a little, just not enjoying how he was being spoken down to like the entire weight of his kind’s history was now on his shoulders. It was too overwhelming and the way Leto was speaking didn’t give him much confidence. “Do you have any idea on what you’re telling me to do? I can’t do that…it’s way too much! Besides, I want to become powerful and unlock my true self and that usually involves fighting a lot…” He figured he would rather fight and defeat a lot of enemies over throwing flowers and being nice to people, it was more natural for him. “Hm what, you mean like those guys who picked me up? They certainly appear happier forgetting I exist. I doubt they know I’m being held against my will”.

“Heh! Afraid? If I had to fight him I would be proud to know I am doing it in the name of the Saiyan race! I would be proud to fight for my people!” There was no use in being afraid over a man who at worse would kill him and he didn’t exactly fear death. Going in after Takeshi he copied the way he would fight, throwing his fists around carelessly and not particularly looking like he had much focus other than fighting in a street brawl. Making sure to watch what Takeshi was doing as well he grinned when Takeshi was managing to avoid his attacks, watching as Takeshi decided to take the offensive manner too. While he wasn’t in a position to say he couldn’t hit away Takeshi’s attack he did not, seeing how he was copying Takeshi. Getting hit by his fist he stumbled back, smirking. “See how easy that was? You have no defences!” he spoke before getting ready again, “You see the mistakes you can make?” Going in once more he threw his fists down again, looking like he was trying to get all close and personal just like Takeshi would when he was frustrated.

Shu didn’t know if he was in trouble for what he was saying, but with how Aito was talking to him it was easy to feel confused. He was a little nervous around the man, but he was unfamiliar with him and whether he was actually angry at him for mentioning this stuff as a problem. Groaning lightly he stared down, feeling worried that he was saying stuff he probably shouldn’t without his brother listening. “I don’t know if it can be helped. I’m just a bad monkey…” Looking to Aito when he was told to sit down he slowly moved closer before he sat on the ground, crossing his legs close to himself. He didn’t know where to start with this talking stuff, he wasn’t particularly used to talking it over with a man who was still a stranger. Staring at the toothpick as Aito stuck it in his mouth his attention soon went back to his speaking, frowning as he nodded and looked down again. “I don’t know what you can help me with”, he sighed, feeling unsure about this, “I just-…I just end up being bad when I fight. I do things I shouldn’t…l-like I bite and scratch sometimes, but don’t mean to. I used to be good, but…but I’m not good anymore. I get scared and bad things happen…”
Viral sure was getting annoyed with how Vegeta constantly gave him statistics as if he was confident in absolutely everything he was supposed to be in charge of. It made him a little annoyed, almost making him want to prove him wrong by fighting them himself. They were only confident they could stop him because they believed him to be too weak to fight them. They should watch themselves, they might end up getting on his bad side if he was ever able to control himself more when he transformed. Continuing his push-ups he was finding he was losing energy, his strength beginning to dwindle. He couldn’t be giving up on this already, he had only just got started. Powering through it he looked to Vegeta, feeling a little annoyed that he wasn’t doing it with him anymore and was instead watching him creepily. Keeping his eyes off him for now he soon grumbled, glancing to Vegeta quickly. “Well last time I ate I lost control and thought I was a dumb cat. If I end up not getting the hang of eating because of that, just force nutrients into me! I don’t care much for illness at this point and you know that…”

Kiton stared at Leto for a moment as he spoke before looking away, wondering if the man was just wasting his breath with some sort of speech or if he was being honest. It was hard to tell with this guy who seemed to yell and cry a lot. Staring at the ground for a moment he soon sighed, looking back to Leto in slight annoyance. “’Wondrous man’? What does that even mean?” This man didn’t cease to confuse him, but it was probably not easy for others around him to feel they could read him like a book. He certainly tried to be positive about absolutely everything, even if it didn’t make sense sometimes. Looking away again he frowned as Leto tried to make him consider changing into something he wasn’t born to be, sighing lightly. “You know, that’s an awful lot of pressure to stick on me when my kind have been around roaming the galaxy for probably longer than most species. That’s a lot of reputation to change just so I feel more comfortable”. Upon arriving at the lake he stared down over the cliff, more wondering why they were up this high over seeing it as anything grand. Looking back to Leto when he spoke he frowned and looked away again. “I wouldn’t know where to begin, but I doubt starting with the rebels would be ideal. I don’t see what the Saiyan Kingdom do wrong to feel any sort of hatred or need to rebel against them. It’d be a case of me looking for trouble and trying to fix it, but isn’t it reckless to go looking for trouble?”

Krom didn’t care if it was Takeshi he was trying to teach, he had a job to do and he was going to do it whether Takeshi wanted to participate in the training or not. Trying to beat up your training partner wasn’t training at all, it was just some sort of silly way to try and show how good you were compared to your partner. It was no wonder Shu was as weak as he was if this was how Takeshi went about teaching the kid. “Of course, but as you can see I am not afraid of your father, so why should I do that?” Waiting for Takeshi to settle down he watched him take a stance, smirking a little before giving a nod. “That’s more like it! You know, once you breathe and focus, you’ll probably hit a lot harder…” Shifting his feet a little he went from a defensive stance to an aggressive stance, smirking. “What you need now is a lesson in etiquette during battle. If I’m swinging wildly, you being calm and steady should help you focus on my attacks and block them successfully, so let’s see how you do…” Moving in he started to imitate Takeshi’s style, throwing his fists with not a lot of strength but enough to knock Takeshi away if he so failed.

Shu didn’t know if Aito was going to tell him off for all of these complaints he was giving or if he was going to give up on trying. He did feel a little sad that he wasn’t able to get anywhere with what he was doing and with Aito getting all close to him he figured he had screwed up somehow. Keeping his gaze low and submissive he tried to move away just a little bit, not really getting anywhere with how Aito was determined to keep him to stay put. Frowning, he looked to his shoulder as Aito placed his hand on it, eventually looking to the ground. “I-I know you’re not, but…i-it’s still hard to think good when trying to fight good”, he spoke, pressing his fingers together, “I’m not good at thinking good when I fight anymore. I used to be good, but I’m not anymore. Bad things in head sometimes! I don’t mean to, but I get all scared and not think good when held by people in fight. I bite and be bad…”
“I’m happy you think my nightmares are nothing to worry about, you know…” Vegeta sure did know how to make him feel like crap, as usual. It didn’t particularly matter if it was traumatising to see images like that, so long as he didn’t end up committing them. Viral knew he was supposed to not see them as any sort of threat, but that still didn’t mean he wasn’t constantly being tortured by them. He wouldn’t mind rid of them so if he might end up transforming again without proper mental control he wouldn’t end up eating someone he knew. Opting to go with doing some push-ups for now he got down and got started, finding them to be the only exercise he was comfortable doing. Anything else felt like they might break his legs much to his displeasure. Continuing on with them he only glanced to Vegeta at the mention of food, continuing with his push-ups. “Hmm maybe, but if it goes to hell I just want you to start forcing it into me somehow. I hate feeling weak…”

Kiton didn’t know what he was supposed to say to defend himself. While this guy didn’t appear to know about him being one of those people who killed for money, he wasn’t going to pretend it never happened just to make him feel better. The very reason he was here was because he nearly killed an entire species with his selfish desire to survive. Looking to Leto he frowned and shook his head, looking away. “Maybe the less people know about me, the better”, he spoke, shrugging, “I’m not sure people would want me to be wandering around like this if they knew me”. Watching the buildings begin to disappear he frowned when his attention was once again drawn to Leto, frowning at the look he was giving him before he looked away. “I’m sure I do, but I doubt I can get away with not killing. It’s practically in my genes, you know? I’ve never heard of my kind being something…’noble’…”

Krom was confident he was going to be able to teach Takeshi a good lesson on how to fight over this senseless brawling of his. It may had worked in the past, but when up against a competent fighter he wasn’t going to get anywhere. Whatever Takeshi was trying to do wasn’t going to work with him when he wasn’t playing around himself. “Heh! I thought you said you weren’t going to act like a little kid…” Catching his punch again he grinned, throwing Takeshi’s fist away. “Of course they said you fought fine! They’re scared of your father and scared of getting punished for saying something bad about you. You think I care about that? Heh!” Moving into a fighting stance again he watched Takeshi, grinning at him. “To defend yourself against a wild animal, you’ve got to be focused. See how well I defended myself against you? Swinging around all like an idiot…c’mon! Take a stance and get focused because I’m going to start punching your face in if you don’t start listening to me!”

Shu was just doing what he thought was right and was a little upset that he wasn’t doing a very good job at it, seeing how he had little confidence in fighting in the first place. He used to enjoy it, but when it meant he might go berserk he could only worry. Looking up at Aito as his punches were all caught he squeaked when he was grabbed as well, staring at Aito he turned away a little bit when he crouched down in front of him. He didn’t want to use his tail because of the dangers represented to him if he did, then there was the whole grabbing him because he was small and swinging him around. Looking back to Aito with a frown. “Uhhh…I-I think I get it”, he spoke calmly, staring down at himself, “I’m just scared of being grabbed and bad things happen when I’m grabbed. I-I’m okay at dodging things, but please stop grabbing me…”
Viral didn’t have much of a care over his own health so long as everyone would get off his back about it. Everyone was counting on him getting better and he didn’t want to have to keep making them so upset if he was unable to leave to ease their worries. Even if he tried to leave he wouldn’t get very far, not with them on his tail all the time. “Sometimes when I accidentally fall asleep, I dream of ripping out your guts and eating them”, he sighed lazily, slowly rubbing his neck, “It’s so vivid and believable that I remember it for days on end”. Staring at Vegeta as he took his glass he watched him before frowning at the request to get back up, slowly moving his legs around so he might be able to get up. It was strangely rather difficult to do such a thing after that running exercise, but he accounted that to being overly worn down rather than laziness. Managing to get to his unsteady feet he looked to Vegeta who gave further instructions, over his next actions. “Hmmmph…squats would be painful. Maybe just…hmm…” Slowly dropping down to his hands he started doing fairly slow push-ups. He would move faster with them but he was still recovering from the uncomfortable nature the running gave him, but it would get better eventually.

Kiton didn’t think he was going to get past the whole ‘just a criminal’ outlook everyone had of him, but that shouldn’t matter at all when he never did give anybody a good image in the first place. That girl wasn’t tainted by war, she probably wouldn’t remember any of the bad times when she got older and would only remember having to be out with her family after some explosions or something, nothing particularly traumatising. She didn’t know anything like real war or fighting needlessly. Sasha sure did know about war and all that, but she had her brother by her side and so many friends while he had basically nothing. Sasha was right to be all angry at him, he was just bringing trouble where ever he went so it would be a waste of time to assume he had been damaged by any of these experiences when he clearly enjoyed being a criminal for so long.

But whatever, it didn’t matter when nobody really cared about his opinions or anything. Looking to Leto when he tried to make him feel better about it he just sighed, shaking his head and lowering it. “I barely feel comfortable being close to you, nevermind talking to you about matters like that”, he spoke, looking away, “Talking about things like that isn’t really something you talk to strangers about…” He only first met the guy before starting this and to talk to someone he barely knew anything about concerning his life. It would feel like he was talking to some sort of therapist that he paid to talk, even if this offer was completely free. “Years? My whole life has been part of the ‘dark side’ or whatever you people call it. It’s going to take a lot more than sightseeing to bring me peace of mind…”

Krom didn’t think he needed to be too be too rough with Takeshi, he knew he was supposed to be teaching him a lesson and so far this was the best lesson. To show he wasn’t going to get anywhere by attacking like an idiot was probably best, showing he was weaker than he thought and would need the training. All he was doing was throwing brutal punches and what not, but nothing was going to die that way and he certainly wasn’t about to let himself get hurt either by any of them. Watching his carefully before snickering, catching Takeshi’s fist before it could hit with one hand, blocking the other with his other before swinging his head back as Takeshi attempted to headbutt. “You are some helpless kid who can’t fight!” Clutching Takeshi’s fists tighter he swung around, letting go, “You won’t get anywhere treating this like some sort of street brawl!”

Shu was trying hard to please Aito, even if he greatly doubted himself but unfortunately it wasn’t enough. Even though he made a leap and did try to get Aito he was quickly caught out again, even trying to do what he was told. Squeaking when he was pushed to the side he gasped when Aito grabbed hold of him, staring back at him with a frown. “I-I-….what? B-But…” he muttered, staring at the ground as he was set down again. He was feeling all flustered and didn’t know what he was supposed to say, feeling that sense of failure spring up all over again. Sighing, he looked back to Aito, staring at him when he tried to give him some tips. Frowning, he lifted his fists to him again before simply trying to throw punches at him, not really understanding what good it would do if he couldn’t even initiate a fight.
