Well, this looks like it could be fun!

I'll probably be working on a CS soon, but I do have a question.
What rarity level would Absol fall under? I know its described as "The Disaster Pokemon", so I figured I'd ask since it does sound like a more rare pokemon, due to his connection to supposed catastrophes.

Exiting the building, Malcolm shook his head slightly. He was in the city to test the security system of a company that claimed they must never be penetrated due to having sensitive documentations. Basically, the same as many other companies. It took Malcolm half an hour to show over a dozen different ways that he managed to get into their system, and that was without access to their internal systems. What kept him there for hours afterwards was helping the company design improvements for their systems, so they will be much tougher to get into, regardless of having access to the internal systems or not. The managers were very grateful for the help, at least until they got the bill. Without anything else to do there, Malcolm decided to head back home.

He barely took a step before Malcolm heard something was off. People were screaming, and he quickly noticed running away from something. Without thinking twice, he walked to an alley, and ducked behind a dumpster. Transforming into his Martian form, he then took off, flying above the buildings until he spotted what was causing the panic in the area.

A bizarre creature, one which had multiple heads. What was even weirder was the fact the creature was attacking itself, until M’azz noticed what was occurring each time one of its heads was taken off. More heads grew from each stump, making the creature that much deadlier. It meant, without any doubt, that this creature needed to be taken down without decapitation. With that in mind, M’azz began diving towards the creature, looking over the area. He spotted a woman, one which he knew had infamy in the world as one of its heroes. Took him a moment before he recalled her name as Wonder Woman. Another man appeared to also try and fight the creature, while allowing the civilians to escape. He had no knowledge of this man’s name, but if he was fighting to help the civilians, then he had no need to worry about the man.

While he pondered for a moment on how he could assist, M’azz decided to try and turn the attention of some of the heads away from the civilians. He flew closer to the heads before hitting a few with his punches, and then flew higher up, prepared to dodge any incoming attempts from the heads to get him. Something told him the teeth of this creature will have a chance of penetrating his skin, as they were on a different level from the mere human knives.

As she kept her hands raised, Jean watched as a couple of officers started approaching her slowly, before another person suddenly dropped from above. Jean blinked twice, caught completely off guard by the fact someone just appeared out what what looked to her like nowhere, and then talking to the police in what she thought was a way too casual manner. But just like he appeared, the man vanished into the ruins, having stated that he will go rescue a public servant. Jean's eyebrows rose a little as he also nodded and waved towards her, but she made no attempt to return any gesture. She had no idea who the man was, and she didn't want the police to think she has any connection to him.

While the police crew that surrounded her followed the tracks of the man for a moment, they quickly went back to focusing on her. The same officers from before now made further approach, until both were close enough to her. The male officer started handcuffing Jean, while the female one kept looking over. Trust was clearly not present in the place. It was then the police captain informed her that they will get the man out, just as the other guy said. Unsure if she should speak, Jean simply nodded in gratitude.

After a moment where the police appeared to be listening to their radios, a simple instruction came. Take her to the Tank. The two police officers that were at her side began leading her away from the ruins, and Jean couldn't help but feel a bit scared. She knew about the Tank the police were using for Metas. She had seen be used from afar. She never saw the inside of one before, but it certainly appeared to be well capable of holding any type of Metas. And after a couple of minutes, she saw the back of a Tank open to her. It was white. Unnaturally white, one that gave the feeling it might be leading to an asylum afterwards. At least it seemed like they had benches.

Jean was pushed into the Tank, through a couple of doors. She managed to briefly spot a bit of purple going around the space, which made her wary, but she decided to just sit down. They had been using these for some time now, surely if there was anything wrong with them, they would've stopped.

Another moment passed, and she watched as a woman came and looked through the window of the door. The remark about how old she looked did irritate Jean for a moment, but afterwards the woman began properly speaking to her. Apparently, the guy from earlier was code-named Overcharge. While it sounded like an energy drink to her, the woman then asked for her own name. After a moment of hesitation, Jean offered the simple answer of "Jynx". She did, however, appear to be relieved at the thought that someone was rescuing the man.

Jean hadn't moved from her spot for what felt like some time. Eventually, she started to hear sirens that arrived at the scene. Police and other emergency services that arrived at the scene to, undoubtedly, ensure no one comes closer to what was a scene of a crime. Rising her head from her knees, she looked at the collapsed building that was in front of her.

Among the rubble they'll find the stolen goods bag she had, along with the body of the other man. As if things couldn't get any worse.

Moving to stand up slowly, Jean could hear people that were going over what was now a huge pile of rubble. She imagined that pretty soon, they would find her, and then either try to put her down or take her in. For some reason, Jean though the former was the more likely option. And she didn't like the thought one bit. She did have her baton on her person, tucked away in the worn-out jacket pocket she was wearing. Knowing that being found with the baton would be also less than ideal, she looked around the alley, scanning it as fast as she could. Eventually, she found a solution in the shape of a large garbage container, or rather, behind one. She grabbed her folded baton and threw it behind the container, knowing the majority of the people wouldn't look behind those things.

At least, Jean figured they wouldn't have any reason to even look for that, seeing how she never took it out when the two men came and tried to deal with her. Taking a deep breath, she turned towards the street, raised her hands high and began to step forward, until she could spot the first police officers "Please don't shoot! I'm the one you're looking for. I want to help clear things. And you need to try and clear the rubble in the south-east corner of the building, a man is trapped there!" She called out to all of them, hoping it wasn't too late for that man. Even if it meant that afterwards they'll find the bag, Jean didn't care. She wanted to make sure the man was alive first.

A couple of officers would approach slowly, making sure no tricks are being played, before one would reach out and then begin handcuffing her. It was a strange sensation, being caught, but it was for the right reason. At least, she believed it was for the right reason "Please, you have to look for the man. South East corner of the building." Jean said again.

As the rubble kept piling into the apartment, Jean could feel some shaking around her intensify. She had no idea if this was the building that was beginning to collapse into itself due to her actions, if it was an earthquake or just her shaking from all the incoming rubble. Either way, she was in a bad position. Looking around, she tried to see if there was anything that could be affected that would release her from her predicament. Unfortunately, with the incoming rubble it was impossible for her to spot anything. Things kept shifting from being possible to affect, to not, to possible within instants.

Deciding to shift her focus, Jean started to try and pull her leg out of the hole in the floor. It took her a bit of effort due to the way it was stuck, and the need to still defend herself from the incoming rubble, but after a couple of minutes, she successfully pulled herself out. Rolling out of the way of some more debris, Jean managed to get to the bathroom door frame, where it appeared to be semi secure for the time being.

From her new position, she could spot the arms of one guy, presumably the one who was trying to get to her bag before. While they had been trying to get to her before, Jean figured that he probably wouldn't care who helped him now. And she didn't want to have any lives on her conscious. Using her Telekinesis, Jean started to levitate some rubble from above the man, clearing it out as fast she could. As soon as she saw his head begin to show, she jumped towards him, grabbed his arms and began to pull him out of the debris. It took the effort of both of them, but she managed to rescue him from the debris, before kicking him over to the door frame. She herself jumped back to there as well, where the man simply looked at her, clearly terrified from the thought of being buried alive, along with appearing terrified from the thought that his rescuer is the one who started the whole mess.

"I'm really sorry. But for now, I'll make an escape for you." Jean told him, before focusing her telekinesis on the bathroom sink. After a bit of effort, she managed to pull it out of its place, and then sent it crashing against the wall. This created a hole in the wall, with the sink appearing to have become stuck in the neighboring building. The hole was clearly not big enough, so Jean focused again, grabbing a hold of the sink and then flinging it back inside, expanding the hole further, making it big enough for the man to squeeze through. Unfortunately, the sink went through the inner bathroom wall, which began causing the bathroom to start collapsing as well. Without much option, Jean made her way out as well.

Once outside, Jean watched with some horror as the building was, in fact, completely beginning to fall down into itself. The man stood next to her for a moment, before looking at her and then running like hell. It was clear he was beyond terrified by this point. All Jean could think about, at the moment, was how she was the cause for the building's collapsing, and how she likely caused the death of the other guy who was in there. Leaning against the wall of the building, next to the sink-shaped dent in the wall, she allowed herself to slide down, not making any attempts to walk away.

She felt both mentally and physically exhausted. Just how many lives could she potentially further take by misusing her powers? Jean moved to lean her head against her knees, unsure of what to do next.

Finishing up arranging herself the best she can, Jean looked at her reflection in the broken mirror. She had gotten used to looking at mirrors like this one. Without wasting much more time on self-reflecting, she turned away from the mirror and began walking out of the bathroom.

The entire apartment building she was currently in was scheduled to be demolished in a week, and according to a sign outside the building, it was done to make space for some new branch of some company. Corporate powers at play, it seemed. Figuring this was a good place to take shelter at for a few days, Jean settled down there a couple of days ago, staying out of trouble and keeping to herself the best she could. She had broken into one apartment yesterday, in order to ensure she has a bit of money. She could've easily gone for more, as many were out celebrating the new year, but one apartment gave her what she considered to be more than enough.

Walking to her bag, she started looking through the things she had taken, trying to estimate how much each item might be worth, only to hear an unfamiliar sound come from the direction of the building's entrance. It was quickly followed by some talking. Moving next to the apartment door, Jean slightly opened it. There were a few people that entered the building, all of them with hard hats, and a couple seemed to be looking over some construction plans. Most likely the new owners of the lot, along with some of the construction crew. Knowing there was still a week before the actual demolition, all she needed to do was stay quiet, and they would likely leave before anything could happen.

As she gently closed the door, Jean suddenly heard a louder call. Taking a couple of steps back from the door, the entrance to the apartment was suddenly pushed wide open, with a couple of men coming inside. They both looked over Jean, before looking over the bag that laid on the ground and the makeshift bed that consisted of a large, worn out blanket, and a pillow that also looked like its in poor quality. One of the men seemed to wonder what to do, while the other said nothing and simply exited the apartment. Jean looked at the one who remained, and stayed as still as she could. Maybe if it looked like she was completely innocent, then they would just kick her out without any further trouble.

The man that left the apartment before came back, followed by one of the construction workers who had the plans at hand. It became it was a woman, and she certainly did not like seeing Jean "Yes? What is this?" She looked over Jean as she asked, before raising her hand, preventing the others from answering "I'll tell you what it is. It's a rat. One that most certainly was sent to find any problems in the building, so our construction won't begin in time. And then the damned meta-supporters would be able to get their papers straight in order to put in their request to make the lot into a shelter for the poor. Well I won't let them. This is my future exclusive building. Take the rat somewhere else, and make sure no one hears from her again. Oh, and toss the bag to make sure no evidence of any faults get left behind."

After the woman finished speaking, she quickly left the apartment, clearly thinking she is too busy to stick around. The two guys just looked at each other for a moment, before the first one started stepping towards the bag, clearly intending to follow the orders, while the other one started walking towards Jean.

"Please! I'm no rat! I'm just homeless! I took shelter here because I thought it would be safe for a night or two!" She called to the two. They stopped for a moment, with the one who approached her shaking his head slightly "Sorry miss. Orders are orders" he told her, before taking another step to get close enough to grab her. She didn't want to use her powers, and yet she knew she couldn't stop both at the same time without using them. Putting her right hand behind her back, she took a couple of steps back, distancing herself from the guy in front of her, while looking at the area around the bag. Finding the best potential, her hand would glow for a moment.

A loose nail in the floor would suddenly drop out of its place, and the bag put enough pressure on the floor to make that collapse under it, falling to what was likely a half basement. With a bag-sized hole now in the floor, the man who went to check the bag bent down, trying to reach the bag, while the man who was coming to Jean just looked confused at the whole scenario "Rotting building" He muttered under his breath, before making another approach towards Jean. The girl took another step backwards, and this time, she stepped on an actual bit of floor that had rotted away, and her leg went straight through it, trapping her in the spot.

"Ah!" She called out, before looking at the guy who now managed to grab a proper holding of her arm "Sorry miss" He said again. Without thinking about it too much, Jean used her power again, this time causing a couple of ceiling nails to come loose and drop out of their place. The man, clearly shocked at the sudden glow of her hand, let go and stepped back "She's a Meta!" He shouted out loud, but didnt have time to make a run for it, as the ceiling came apart, and began collapsing onto the apartment. Jean cursed herself as rubble started to come into the apartment from above, and did her best to defend herself against it. The two men, in the meanwhile, appeared to disappear under the falling rubble, and Jean herself wondered if she would get buried under the same rubble.

This was as far away from staying hidden as she could get, without a shred of doubt.

Oh god. What have I done.

Help me
Well, seeing so many are going to start in NYC, and only one in Gotham, think I'll start in Gotham.
Try and see if I liven up the city most notorious to being home to so many criminally insane.

Because why not, right? :P
