... So what's next? My recommendation would be to free Elora, but as paladin will just as easily destroy the tropical beast as logic gate, I would have him target the sniper in D2. I have a wave surger charge that I can use on the cwm's in G2, once I get off my ass and dust myself off. So that would leave caretaker to take careful aim on the tentacle beast that is groping logic gate. Neo Angel, I would recommend initiating combat with the tentacle beast from a good safe distance as to avoid a grapel check, damn monks. If you could close the distance and still attack, I would advise you go around that mess and get the sniper, but I doubt you have that kind of movement speed to get there and attack.

Those are my humble suggestions.

Also, quick question. Black star is prone, does that mean my standing up counts as a movement?

I guess I am ok either way on that one, boss. Personally I don't mind waiting another day or two for the lovers to get their post up, but between the two options, I think I would rather have our next post up and you catch up with them once they are ready.

And of course the grid is going to look EXACTLY like we expect it too, there will be no CWM anywhere near Blackstar because they will all be dead between the three of our efforts in H3, and all the other cruxi will have stayed put, waiting for us to get to them! ...in opposite land, I'm sure.
It was weak at first, to be sure, but there was definitely some cooking happening with the egg. She focused harder now, pushing a little more power into it. Elsewhere in the kitchen, where nobody was paying attention, a spoon slid a few inches across the counter in Kai Mako's direction. The audible sound of sizzling began to take place, followed soon by the aroma of the cooking egg.

"Haha!" She exclaimed at the apparent success, she let go of her focus slightly in her jubilation, the power she provided didn't drop, but her control did. The previously unnoticed spoon took a jump and found itself planted on the back of Mako's right hand with an audible smack, adhered there by magnetic force, drawn to her ring and her bangle. The heat suddenly left the pan, nearly instantly in fact, and the egg stopped cooking, still a little under-done to really call it edible. But then, there were several dishes in her cultural heritage that called for raw or undercooked egg. When she finally released her powers the rest of the way, she reached over with her left hand and removed the spoon from its perch on her right hand, then switched it back over before using it to scoop up the partially cooked egg.

"No sense in letting it go to waste!" She said as she put a runny spoon full in her mouth, she chewed and swallowed quickly before starting for another scoop, "It could use some salt and pepper, but all in all, I'd say that it proves that it can be done." She stuck a second scoop in her mouth with a triumphant smirk on her face.
Everything was happening so fast, temporarily blinded by the light, Zeke taking a defensive position, a magical barrier being cast, and all of a sudden the biggest forest cat Ein had ever seen popped up near by too. Zeke didn't move, not even a shift between the two potential foes.

'Wait, a defensive shield, did she say 'Tinechor'?' She thought to herself, but then she repeated the question out loud. "Wait, Did you say Tinechor? Are we in Solar? Crap, I've got to get out of here!"

She turned as if to run, but the predatory cat blocked her path that way, the caves still hidden behind her, but she had no intention of returning to that sunless place, not if it could be helped. She could go the other direction, but it would not take here away from the elf mage who would be keen on capturing the daughter of the former King. Ein was pretty sure there was still a bounty on her head, if nothing else the life-long-exile-punishable-by-death certainly still stood. Her best option was to politely try to talk her way out of it, and when the big cat wasn't paying attention, make a run for it!

"I, uh, sorry," She started saying in elvish, "I was traveling the Dwarven Highway when my escorts were happened upon by a Dwarven cave vampire. I made it out, somehow, but this exit lead me to here, I didn't know it would exit me in Solar woods. I'll just be on my way now, if that is okay?"
Ok. Hoping to get a post up tonight after work or tomorrow on my day off. Sorry for the delay!
Alright, I am hoping to get a post up tonight after work or tomorrow on my day off. Sorry for the delay. I was kind of hoping that the other two might decide to come back to this story.
I'll start building the cross.

2 nails and 2 boards later. OK, I'm done.
Ahhhh, I see now. I quote myself with "Why am I so blind?!"

Anyways. Based on the data provided previously, I assume they don't move, as previous teams have been corralled into their kill zones. However, this is an assumption. I also support this thought with the way it drops and forms and it's placement in the very center of the map, where it can do the most autonomous damage. We also don't know yet if it doesn't do anything without being targeted first either. It could just be charging up a slow charge.
OK. Just wanted to make sure. Some GMs are suuuuper picky about player attempts.
@Evil Snowman what? You have a short to medium range to pick off anything that gets close. Meanwhile, even if paladin takes ranged damage from a sniper or similar artillery, your repair drones will keep the wall strong, keeping the fight on long enough to dispose of the attacker.
