@kingkonrad I don't imagine Garlan had time to claim it though, he couldn't have taken it before the Ironborn started invading the Reach and they had bigger problems. Then cue Dany and Aegon landing and the Tyrells probably would have jumped off the Lannister train pretty soon.

If they're just going to be side characters there's no need, if you intend them to be major POVs then an overview is needed.
@AtomicNut I'd still like at least a bit of an overview for Colin and his son. Colin is a book character but there's very little known about him. Even just lines about his loyalty or his reliability would be fine.
@AtomicNut I'd go easy on the light show though, I don't want it turning into slapstick kinda humor and a Red Priest would seem to reserve their flames for dramatic moments, not petty games.

I'm a bit iffy on the shadow demons because of how unstoppable they are. But I mean you can get a lot of leverage in a political game with a character who can somewhat see the future and can beguile people with illusions and glamour. Maybe some minor pyromancy if you really want a showy power.
@AtomicNut It's up to you, big of a house as the Florents are, they're bound to be bastards. And Maegi are well blood mages. They work in secret because what they do is basically forbidden. If the Crown found out one was operating openly, and for a noble house no less, it'd mean a lot of trouble. At the very least, they'd be under a lot of scrutiny.
As for the Breath of Life, that seems to be a power reserved for very few Red Priests, and the implication is that one only accesses the ability at the lowest moment of despair for the priest in question. But some clairvoyant powers and glamours are fine within reason.

@AtomicNut It's looking good so far, but I would like more fleshed out bios so far. For the Red Priestess, I'd like a more concrete breakdown of what kind of powers she has, because not all Red Priests have the same abilities or even any at all.
