(I'm trying to find a cool picture for the hacker and Jesus Christ you would not believe how difficult it is to find good non-sexualized pictures of cyberpunk ladies!)
Yup, everyone has an OK. This is gonna be fun.

Okay, this is what I'm thinking for the run: Everyone will have som experience in the shadows, whether it be alone or on a team. You're being headhunted by a fixer named Opti—that's the Neo-Anarchist talking in the OP—to do a job. Still gotta figure out the particulars, but I'm thinking you'll be hired to do a run against a smaller corp (I like the name Koch-Huang Industries). Some scientist's worked out a new drone propulsion system or something, and Mr. Johnson wants that design. Of course, they don't want Koch-Huang just getting the nerd to write up a new one, so that's gotta be taken care of as well. The scientist has already been approached with a job offer, but has declined. Unfortunately for the runners, this means that Koch-Huang knows someone wants him, so he's probably gonna be under some kind of protection. As is the blueprint.

How's that sound?
So, how is this gonna work? Are we gonna join a Skype conversation or something of the sort?
Heh, I'll get to work on a hacker as well as a mission. Thinking either badass ork combat hacker or arrogant teenage genius.

I'll talk to you guys later! It's late, my internet connection is failing and I may be slightly drunk. Take care now ♥
Yeah, okay. I'm guessing you'd prefer being a rigger? Cause I can whip up a hacker in five secs.
Yeah, rigger/hackers are sweet. Would also add the challenge of having to hack something while keeping track of drones. That might not be too bad an idea...

I like the blueprint thing.
Oh, and I think we should be able to get going very soon! I'm gonna try and check if Foster is still in, and stickman's not completely done with their character.

And I might bring in a character of my own. Seems like we need a hacker or maybe an infiltration specialist. Of course, "need" is relative; we can totally just make up a scenario that fits the team roles.

Speaking of, what do you guys wanna do? I think a classic "break into this building and steal this thing" would be fun.

I only ask because things like running out of ammo and the like are always common in shadowrun, I don't want to keep track of every bullet I shoot. I think I would end up shooting myself keeping track of that. But its pretty hard to carry around more than one-hundred rounds of ammo on you.

Totally with you on that. I hope we can self-manage. Otherwise I'll step in with the big ol' GM hammer.

We are keeping track of ammo and stuff in this right? it only seems logical not to have unlimited ammo.

To some degree, yes. Not gonna force people to keep track of every bullet, but I trust that everyone will be able to add a "then (s)he reloaded" after a period of sustained fire or something. That work for you guys?
Sleep tight, stickman!

Generally, four cyberlimbs is a "rule of cool" kind of thing. Both in the universe and from a mechanics perspective, it's rarely worth it to replace all four limbs when you can get less invasive 'ware. If you got your arms and legs chopped off in an accident or something, that would probably make sense ;)

But I'm not extremely opposed to the idea. It could be that someone would get most of their body replaced with cyberlimbs for intimidation reasons—if someone who's 90% machine wants to mess you up, you might be inclined to tell them what they want to know. It almost veers into cyberzombie territory, though. The body can only take so much mechanical punishment.

It just occurred to me that the price of those cyberlimbs would be a good reason for a character to be shadowrunning. You wanna get a hot cyber-bod? Talk to someone in Renraku/the Yakuza/whatever, borrow some money. You'll be in debt for a zillion years, but you'll also be deadly.
The book is very comprehensive, yeah :D and there are several rulebooks in addition to this one.

I'd say it's not completely overdone, but if we're going by Essence as an indication of how much the body can handle, then four cyberlimbs, wired reflexes, and muscle replacements at their lowest ratings bring you up to 6 already. I'd suggest getting rid of the cyberlegs and keeping the rest. Would also make more sense to have muscle replacements if you have some limbs left to replace the muscles of ;) Putting a gun in one arm (totally possible, by the way—cyberguns usually fire through a port in the palm) and hand razors in the other sounds fun.

As for the eyes, I'm not sure what you mean by a radio, but you can stuff a commlink in your head (or one of your cyberarms!) if you want.
