Culture Description: The culture of the Qachalit Republic shares a lot with the Inca / Roman Cultures.

The concept of citizen is remarkable in the society of Qachalit as every male feels some kind of connection to the republic , thats because they can participate in the senate after proper revision and a vote from within the senate , in the culture of Qachalit there exist a concept of meritocracy where only the most fit should work in the senate and because of that it is difficult for non-talented people to join the ranks of the senate , this also affects the military to some extent in which the soldiers have a superior discipline to their counter parts , this also applies to the administration which is very efficient and strong.

Also the people of Qachalit rather than work alone prefer to work in collective with others to achieve more output , this has led to a more conservative agenda in terms of trade , thats why the republic looks to protect its own trade .

Military Trait: Duty to the Republic , Each soldier feels a duty towards the republic of which they are citizens of because of that all units receive a bonus to morale , loyalty and discipline .
Civil Trait: Great Administration , over decades the republic has improved its administration , laws and training , because of that the republic is able to do a lot of things within its border with a lot of efficiency and reduced costs
Flaw Trait: Armors of Silver , the army feels that they deserve a little something more for their efforts in foreign lands and their rights as citizens , because of that all units have an increased cost .
History: The Republic came to be after several city states united in a confederation , this happened because of the hegemony of Talthika over the other nearby city states that shared a similar culture to Talthika , in that time only Talthika had the power but with the time each city began to win power in the confederation , after some time every city had a vote in the matters of the confederation and how to deal with threats , some time after that the citizens of the cities began to see themselfs as citizens of the confederation rather than of a particular city , soon enough the confederation became more decentralized and a republic was formed with a senate that worked for the interest of the republic as a whole .

We are Ready!!!

A few days ago our president Franz Bastian Sorg made a declaration of war to the Survaek Empire in response to their Ultimatum , this action offically states that the Societatem is the place where Kalpian belongs to , while most of the goverment had a hard time choosing to join Societatem or to leave it , our president made very clear that Kalpia had to help it fellow nations in order to achieve peace not for the world but for Kalpia itself and its citizens , the declaration may not has been what a member of Societatem would say but what a Kalpian would say about the war , the reactions to his speech has been very supportive and most of the country has decided to side with him and the ideals of peace for Kalpia , the industries has started to produce supplies and weapons , most importantly the army has been mobilizated , one of biggest standing armies of the world , the population has been called to fully support the war and the goverment has issued several posters and war bonds .



"Some weeks ago the Republic of Kalpia got threatened by the Empire of Survaek and their "claims" to our oversea territories , rightfully territories of the Kalpia Republic that are inhabited by our citizens , the kind of threats could has been peacefully solved by diplomatical means , this only shows that the nations that back up the ultimatum do not wish peace and that kind of threat only has one response and it is War , our population is not afraid of war and it never was afraid of it , it had suffer from war years before the creation of the republic and the years after , we have look for war as a mean to end the threats to our nation and it citizens and finally if any other nation has the courage to the make such threats to us again , I will say them that we are Ready! The Situation on Vierkas

Currently in Vierkas one of the Kalpian colonies , the small garrison has started to send scouts to the jungle and to start to move the army to the frontier with Sumaya , currently the situation with Sumaya has been mostly peaceful but the recent tensions has made the population of Vierkas worry and some of them has already leaved to Mistburn or Adlake in Kalpia , the jungle of Vierkas has been a very difficult terrain for the armies there , but the war with Zellonia and now with the tensions has made that the jungle of Vierkas a very well know place of the army and most of the place there has been either mapped or secured by Kalpian forces.
