► How many years have you attended Second Horizons?
Since I was sixteen, this will be my third year.
► What team color would you like? Do you think you'll get it?
I don't have any preference. I've always been put in pink cabin so I will probably end up there this year too.
► Is this your choice to attend? If not, what can we do to accommodate you?
This is my choice. I don't really care whether I spend my christmas with family or somewhere else.
► Any allergies, disabilities, or special circumstances we should be aware of?
I have asthma and nut allergy.
► Do you have experience with any winter sports? Would you like lessons?
I'm a hockey player. I'm occupied with my current hobbies, I don't need anymore so I don't see point getting lessons.
► What are you looking forward to?
Meeting my friends and having fun!
► What are you not looking forward to?
I don’t want everything to be only about camp activities. I want to also have some free time.
► Tell us a little bit about yourself:
Hmm. I’m definitely social and charming, or at least that's what I've been told. I like to be in the company of others and I get along with many different people. I’m also talkative and I can’t always shut up when needed. I love social gatherings, especially if alcohol is involved. Despite my social nature, I need my alone time too and can find enjoyment in being alone. I like physical contact whether it's hugging or kissing. I might be a little clingy. I don't like to be single, but keeping a relationship is difficult too. I have no problems starting relationships: I have dated many girls. But when things get serious I feel like running away… What then? Oh, I’m very curious, I really need to know every little detail of people that pique my interest. I’m also curious about new experiences and always down for an adventure. Some people could say I’m too curious for my own good, but I don’t agree with them. I come from a wealthy family, but I’m not too spoiled, I think.. I’m very generous and whatever it is you need, I will definitely be helping you with that. For example I often borrow money for my friends, and end up doing all the work in group projects. I'm not the smartest but I always try my best! Something people don't believe about me is the fact I get really obsessed about my hobbies. I'm secretly into geeky stuff whether it's Starwars or Dungeons and dragons. I have my room full of figurines and merch of games I love. I also do some coding.

► Brief history:
Oliver Tremblay was born in Quebec, Canada, to a wealthy middle aged couple as the second born son. The first born was his three years older brother Oscar. He got to experience a regular childhood. His parents were loving and Oscar was a good big brother. The parents often gave little gifts to their boys, which made them a little spoiled and used to getting what they wanted.
Mr. Tremblay and Mrs. Tremblay were huge ice hockey fans, so when the boys were old enough, they started playing hockey as a hobby. Oscar showed great talent, Oliver not so much, but he was decent. However they had a lot of fun while playing hockey together. Years passed and Oscar got even better at hockey. Besides that he was extremely kind and accepting: the perfect big brother. Oliver and Oscar were really close when they were young, but it would change when they got older. Or at least Oliver's opinions changed, Oscar would stay as the perfect big brother he was.
When the boys got older, people started to compare them. Oliver was more reserved and always reading comics, when Oscar was a social butterfly. First Oliver was proud of his brother and tried to be like him. However it didn't matter how much he tried: Oscar was always better than him. Oliver would never be as good looking, well liked, smart or good at ice hockey as his brother was. He felt like he wasn't enough for his parents as himself. He would never get their acceptance.
So when Oliver was sixteen he decided to get acceptance from somewhere else. He found a lot of new friends who enjoyed his company (and money). He started to as well experience dating, but his girlfriends changed more often than his socks, giving him soon the reputation of a player. He started to go towards the wrong path. Under age drinking, stopping going to hockey practise, skipping school, even stealing. Oliver's parents were horrified: how could their second son turn this way when the first one was doing so fine. Luckily they had a solution.
The family moved to Vancouver. Oliver's friends were left in Quebec. In their new home everything was different: Oliver got better friends, he didn't skip school and worked hard to get better grades. He even started hockey again. Deep in his heart he enjoyed the sport even if he was never going pro like Oscar.
