Do I just post? Where is everyone exactly?
Heh, thank you. I knew that wouldn't fit in with the lore of the current rp. I just went for something simple.

Thanks for lookin over my sheet.
There we go. Are the moves ok? Or do they have to scale as if you start from level 5?
Aaand fixed. The nature is just to add a little flare since it's such a big part of the Mystery Dungeon games.
(Hope I'm posting in the right place.)

Name: Ukki

Species: Chimchar

Gender: Male

Appearance: Ukki’s color scheme is that of an average chimchar’s. Just the normal brown and cream. However the tuft of fur on his head seems a bit more scruffy than average. He is often seen wearing a dark blue vest and red bandana, and never leaves home without his trusty walking stick that doubles as a weapon in a tense situation.

Differences: None currently.

Moves:
-Thunder Punch
-Ember
-Taunt
-Scratch

Ability: Iron Fist - Boosts the power of punching moves.

Bio: Ukki’s life, in the beginning, wasn’t all that interesting, in his eyes at least. He grew up in a small village not too far off Allure and Treasure as the son of an explorer pair. Though the two weren’t world renowned, they were locally famous within the town itself, always working to help those whom needed it. Now this was all well and good, except for the fact that Ukki himself was always addressed as not himself, but the son of explorers.

The little chimchar would always try his very hardest to prove that he was something more than just that, often going out of his way to do something interesting or remarkable, but would only end up hearing something along the lines of, ‘You’re just like your folks when they were your age.’

Fed up with this, one day while his parents were out on a mission, he snuck his way to Birchwood Forest. He was going to prove he could take on a dungeon all by himself, then they’d see.

Unfortunately for Ukki, this was easier said than done. While the pokemon there were weak, at the time, he was even weaker. A level 2 chimchar had no business being there without backup, something Ukki was forced to learn the hard way. As he made his way through the forest, he was jumped by a rather aggressive high level beedrill.

Ukki, for a while, took the brunt of the damage due to his opponent’s superior speed. He stalled as much as he could, hoping maybe Blaze would kick in and give him the last burst of energy he needed to get outta there. However, even with his health dwindling, the ability had yet to activate.

As the beedrill finally closed in on the cornered and weakened chimchar, a strange instinct flooded Ukki’s mind. His left paw closed up into a fist, and when the bug got close, he swung with all his might. To his shock, as his fist made contact with the other pokemon’s face, his entire paw was coated in sparks. The beedrill fell to the ground, now fainted from a single powerful critical hit.

At that moment, Ukki discovered two things. One, he’d discovered his ability to use a move his father used all the time. Thunder Punch. Two, his ability wasn’t Blaze at all! It was Iron Fist, which also happened to be his father’s ability.

It was then that his parents rushed in, and after hugging him and giving him a stern talking to they’d decided that he was at the appropriate age to begin training. And so for the next few years they trained. He fought along side his parents through smaller time dungeons, doing all he could to make them proud. However, this didn’t change his reputation as merely the son of explorers, much to his frustration.

Recently, he’s decided it was time to leave the nest. So after sharing a hug or two with his family, he set out to finally make a name for himself. He was going to travel to the places most pokemon only dream of, and maybe even join a guild. Only time will tell if he succeeds in his goal.
