Iesone.
A strange and mysterious realm far to the Southern Hemisphere.
This land is rich, fertile, and littered with treasures of old and secrets beyond a mans wildest dreams.But it is also home to terrible monsters and hostile races which guard over this ancient land with a vigor no King or Emperor can inspire.

Despite this, Human and Dwarven settlers through the decades have chosen to settle here and build villages and large city states.With this the leaders of these great cities formed powerful armies and built massive defensive measures to protect and maintain their territories and settlements.Though occasional disputes between cities and clans would break out there has not been a war in the land of Iesone for over one hundred years now.The Human and Dwarven cities have all managed to maintain peace and civility with one another though there are bitter rivalries between certain cities.

Despite the shaky peace amongst the cities they are all faced with common foes.
To the South, the dark skinned Elven race known as the Drow lay siege to the Southern settlements,raiding and attacking unexpectedly, attempting to drive off the Humans and reclaim their ancestral lands.
To the West, the primitive and barbaric Lacertae, or Lizard Men, skirmish with the Dwarves in efforts to drive them away from the marshes they call home, marshes that the Dwarves believe to be rich with precious metals and jewels.
Deep within the caves of the Northern and Eastern Mountains, the Goblins and Orcs are constantly feuding with one another for control of the rich mountains, all the while keeping the Human and Dwarven miners and explorers at bay.
Despite decades of skirmishing with such formidable foes, the city states have managed to maintain their freedom and time and again have driven off these vile attackers.

However, little known to the peoples of Iesone, a new foe rides on the northern horizon, a massive horde of warrior nomads known as the Sagai.Powerful, merciless, and skilled in the arts of war, the Sagai are a people who bring bloodshed, terror, and misery to every realm they cross.
Leaving behind only terrified stragglers to tell the tale.
Soon this once peaceful land, that has not seen war in over a century, will soon be consumed by the fires of conflict....

Humans-Humans immigrated to Iesone a decade or so just after the Drawves, around two hundred years ago.They immigrated from many different lands and countries in all directions.
Some were settlers and explorers while some were exiles or bloodbath refugees.
Most human city states are built in the South, Southeast, and East, in territories such as Rathikun, Scassia, Alenius, and Telmarion.Their economy and way of life revolves mostly around farming, fishing, and livestock breeding.
The majority of their cities and cultures represent early medieval Northern Europe and Mediterranean nations such as England, France, Sicily, Spain, and Venice.

Dwarves-Drawves were the first to immigrate to Iesone two centuries ago after their united clan kingdom was conquered and wiped out by the Orc hordes far to North.
They settled mostly to the West and North within the territories of Nash, Orog, Windemere, and Iruladdun.
Their economy and way of live is mostly centered around hunting and mining, and trading furs, jewels, and metals with Human city states in exchange for foods and other goods.
Dwarves are excellent fighters and well disciplined in battle.
They value honor and victory most of all in combat, and though fierce fighters, respect their enemies and never underestimate them.
Dwarves are noble and proud, and very intelligent.
Their life span usually ranges from 100-130.

Drow/Dark Elves-The Drow inhabit the Southern territories of Raeldar, Cawanor, and parts of Alenius.For decades they have been feuding with the Humans for total control of Alenius and Scassa.Unlike the Humans and Drawves they dwell deep within the forests and high mountains of the Southern Territories only and nowhere else.Their homes are deep within the bowels of the forests and mountains and are much like long houses, some of their homes are made of trees and logs themselves, molded into house shapes and structures.As a race they are united, they have no states or tribes or independent factions.
They believe the Humans will eventually intrude upon their lands and slaughter them all to gain them for themselves, and so therefore have been feuding with them for decade after decade to keep them away.
They like the Dwarves are vicious in battle yet noble and believe in honor and virtue.
Though prideful like the Dwarves many would perceive them as arrogant and elitist.
They range from 5'10 to 6'4 in height, they have charcoal black skin, red sparking eyes, and Snow White hair.
Drow are substantial magic users, said to be twice as magic capable as the most advanced human magician.
A Drow's lifespan usually ranges from 800-1000 years.

Each separate village has a crest or banner which each village member has branded on their chest or back when they come of age at 15.
They speak using a language of hisses, grumbling, hacking, and snorts.
They usually stand around six foot tall on average, both male and female.
Females are a lighter grass green and males are a dark seaweed green.
As for clothing they ware very little, generally leggings and a loin cloth.

Like the Lacertae they are separated into tribes and clans and live in huts, tents, and lean-to's.They live in villages consisting between eight hundred and two thousand Orcs.
Though several of the Orc clans war with one another they are mostly unified and live in peace.They primarily war with the Goblins, Humans, and Dwarves.
They are extremely vicious, without mercy, and what prisoners they do take are usually used as slave labor and servants.
They are not above using trickery and deception in battle.

Although they have supposedly been spotted roaming around Orog and Rathikun.
Their life span is 50-60 years.
They are capable of only simple magics.

Nelwyns-Nelwyns are small Gnome like people that resemble Dwarves but are several inches shorter, being the shortest race to hail from Iesone.
They only live on the coastal islands of Akki and Urmi.
They live in small hamlets and communities scattered all across the islands and dwell in small log cabin type houses, they are extremely advanced and very intelligent and are excellent engineers and craftsmen.
They are extremely proud and albeit spunky for their small size.
Unlike their Goblin and Dwarven counterparts they are practically docile, with only hunters and a few warriors acting as their protection.
They are quick to master magic as well, said to be on par with the Drow when it comes to magical ability.
Their life span is 75-90.

Satyrs-A race of short humanoid goat men that reside in the forests of Ralda and have several small villages in the Sypius Plains.
They are around five feet tall, and the males have a stocky yet agile body build.
They look entirely like a goat except that they have human faces and hair and legs built like that of a human,albeit they have hooves still.
They usually where loon cloths and a tunic while the females wear full dresses.
Their military is rather sophisticated and they are well equipped and well trained and make use of battle formations and attack plans.
They live in small houses that resemble cabins and manor houses.
Most of their villages are fenced in and well protected.
They are all united as a single nation and ruled over by a council of fifteen elders that form the "Cloven Council".
They are primarily vegetarians although they do eat fish, all else they eat is fruit and vegetables.
Their life span is 100-130 years.

Kobolds-Kobolds are small reptilian demonic creatures that are about the size of Goblins.
They are commonly found in underground caverns, caves, and old ruins.They have also been known to take up residence in sewers, cellars, and wells.Their skin is usually a muddy brown or a dark green.Their heads and faces resemble those of a frill lizard.They travel in packs of at least twenty, they are extremely territorial and aggressive, and feed mostly on livestock and stolen foods, though they have been known to feast on humans when hungry enough.
They are the only creature that can be found practically everywhere in Iesone, except the high mountains where it snows.They are also mildly intelligent and have their own language and even a crude form of government, with each pack being lead by a Chieftan.
Their life span is extremely short, ranging around 20-30 years.

Elves/Light Elves-The Light Elves, or just simply the Elves, were the oldest race to ever inhabit the lands of Iesone.However, they all vanished mysteriously about a decade or so before the arrival of the Dwarves.Though no one knows how or why many believe that it was at the hands of the Drow.Though there is no evidence to prove this.
The Drow themselves deny up and down that they had a hànd in it.
It is obvious to all though that they were the first race to ever immigrate to this land, as there are Elven structures and ruins scattered all across the lands, from Alenius to Orog.
There have been many through the last two centuries who have searched and searched for clues and answers, though answers have not been found and the clues seem to go in circles.
Many wonder of the mystery of the Elves will ever be solved.

MONSTERS AND BEASTS

Dragon-Dragons are extremely rare creatures to see.In fact throughout the last two hundred years since the Dwarves arrived only three or so proven Dragon sightings have happened.One was by a merchant who's ship was passing by the mysterious Summer Islands.
Another was by a band of Knights who claimed to have seen it above the Southern Alenius Mountains.The third was by a group of miners who spotted it above the forest of Iraladunn.
These three were the only proven sightings.However the land is littered with their fossils and skeletons which are extremely valuable, much like ivory, only far more valuable than that.

Dracnae-Dracnae are vicious and deadly snake like beasts.They walk on four small feet which they can also use reliably for climbing.Their bodies are ten foot long, and snake like.
When pursuing prey, they fold their legs under their belly and dart across the grown using their scales just like a snake.Their feet are primarily for climbing.
The males are larger and stockier and are colored black and have yellow eyes.
The females are scarlet with emerald colored eyes.They have a row of sharp yet short teeth and two three inch fangs on both jaws which inject a deadly poison into their prey.
It can kill a man in fifteen minutes.Its a nervous toxin that has cruel effect on those injected with it,symptoms resemble those exposed to Sarin Gas.They are found only in Orog,Nash,Windermere, and Ralda.
They are known to cool up in shrubs and bushes and peso out at their prey ambushing it.
They feed primarily on small animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, and young children.
They are highly aggressive and very teritorial.

Marestrum-Though it is referring to a single dreaded sea monster that's said to live deep within the Irman Sea, it is a species of it's own that lives in the depths of the oceans far off the coasts out in the Unknown Waters.
Stories tell of a single Marestrum that lives in the center of the Irman Sea.
Though there are no confirmed sightings, many sailors and merchants in the last decade claim to have seen a massive shape too large for a whale or shark moving under the water, causing small waves the size of a castle.
Though it's not proven many prefer to stay close to the coast and take the longer way across the sea, as to avoid taking a chance of this creature being real.

Beholder-Beholders are a massive floating heads that have a single eye like a cyclops and a large mouth with three rows of shark like teeth.
They have seven long tentacles protruding from the back of their heads with a single large eyeball at the tip.
Beholders are extremely magic savvy, only the most advanced magicians can hope to defeat them.Though they are totally capable of all magics they predominantly use hypnosis and possession spells to enslave weak minded opponents.
They supposedly reside deep in the Forrest's of Legon and commonly enslave the Lizard Men as minions.
They are supposedly immortal though this has never been proven, they usually reside in caves and large long tunnels.

Ogres-Ogres are foul hideous beasts that stand around nine feet tall.They are usually very burly and in many cases rather obese.Their skin is a sickly pale color and they have no facial hair at all and are bald.They have a foul odor rivaling that of a bear.They usually travel in groups of two or three, and have commonly been seen in the deep forests of Scassia, Coruneon, and Iruladuun.They are highly aggressive and will pursue their pray for miles if possible, it has been proven that they will hunt and feast on humans.They commonly live in caves or dilapidated ruins.

Despite it's usefulness most of the peoples of the City States view wizards, mages, and shamans with great suspicion.Some in the small villages and towns even fear them, so much as to run and hide when facing them of attempt to chase them from the town via torches and pitchforks, in some cases literally.
Though there are witches and warlocks yes not all magic users are such beings and are not to he feared.However despite this the general public is terrified of magicians.In fact most magicians are usually socially rejected and in many cases hermits.

They live primarily in the Northern and Eastern Mountains and are the most common for of the Orcs.Though small and brutish they make up for this in number, known to live in colonies as big as 10,000 in the higher mountains.
Although they have supposedly been spotted roaming around Orog and Rathikun.
Their life span is 50-60 years.
They are capable of only simple magics.

Nelwyns-Nelwyns are small Gnome like people that resemble Dwarves but are several inches shorter, being the shortest race to hail from Iesone.
They only live on the coastal islands of Akki and Urmi.
They live in small hamlets and communities scattered all across the islands and dwell in small log cabin type houses, they are extremely advanced and very intelligent and are excellent engineers and craftsmen.
They are extremely proud and albeit spunky for their small size.
Unlike their Goblin and Dwarven counterparts they are practically docile, with only hunters and a few warriors acting as their protection.
They are quick to master magic as well, said to be on par with the Drow when it comes to magical ability.
Their life span is 75-90.

MONSTERS AND BEASTS

Dragon-Dragons are extremely rare creatures to see.In fact throughout the last two hundred years since the Dwarves arrived only three or so proven Dragon sightings have happened.One was by a merchant who's ship was passing by the mysterious Summer Islands.
Another was by a band of Knights who claimed to have seen it above the Southern Alenius Mountains.The third was by a group of miners who spotted it above the forest of Iraladunn.
These three were the only proven sightings.However the land is littered with their fossils and skeletons which are extremely valuable, much like ivory, only far more valuable than that.

Dracnae-Dracnae are vicious and deadly snake like beasts.They walk on four small feet which they can also use reliably for climbing.Their bodies are ten foot long, and snake like.
When pursuing prey, they fold their legs under their belly and dart across the grown using their scales just like a snake.Their feet are primarily for climbing.
The males are larger and stockier and are colored black and have yellow eyes.
The females are scarlet with emerald colored eyes.They have a row of sharp yet short teeth and two three inch fangs on both jaws which inject a deadly poison into their prey.
It can kill a man in fifteen minutes.Its a nervous toxin that has cruel effect on those injected with it,symptoms resemble those exposed to Sarin Gas.They are found only in Orog,Nash,Windermere, and Ralda.
They are known to cool up in shrubs and bushes and peso out at their prey ambushing it.
They feed primarily on small animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, and young children.
They are highly aggressive and very teritorial.

Marestrum-Though it is referring to a single dreaded sea monster that's said to live deep within the Irman Sea, it is a species of it's own that lives in the depths of the oceans far off the coasts out in the Unknown Waters.
Stories tell of a single Marestrum that lives in the center of the Irman Sea.
Though there are no confirmed sightings, many sailors and merchants in the last decade claim to have seen a massive shape too large for a whale or shark moving under the water, causing small waves the size of a castle.
Though it's not proven many prefer to stay close to the coast and take the longer way across the sea, as to avoid taking a chance of this creature being real.

Beholder-Beholders are a massive floating heads that have a single eye like a cyclops and a large mouth with three rows of shark like teeth.
They have seven long tentacles protruding from the back of their heads with a single large eyeball at the tip.
Beholders are extremely magic savvy, only the most advanced magicians can hope to defeat them.Though they are totally capable of all magics they predominantly use hypnosis and possession spells to enslave weak minded opponents.
They supposedly reside deep in the Forrest's of Legon and commonly enslave the Lizard Men as minions.
They are supposedly immortal though this has never been proven, they usually reside in caves and large long tunnels.

Ogres-Ogres are foul hideous beasts that stand around nine feet tall.They are usually very burly and in many cases rather obese.Their skin is a sickly pale color and they have no facial hair at all and are bald.They have a foul odor rivaling that of a bear.They usually travel in groups of two or three, and have commonly been seen in the deep forests of Scassia, Coruneon, and Iruladuun.They are highly aggressive and will pursue their pray for miles if possible, it has been proven that they will hunt and feast on humans.They commonly live in caves or dilapidated ruins.

Despite it's usefulness most of the peoples of the City States view wizards, mages, and shamans with great suspicion.Some in the small villages and towns even fear them, so much as to run and hide when facing them of attempt to chase them from the town via torches and pitchforks, in some cases literally.
Though there are witches and warlocks yes not all magic users are such beings and are not to he feared.However despite this the general public is terrified of magicians.In fact most magicians are usually socially rejected and in many cases hermits.

I was born in a small village on the outer rim world of Dolumar, a lush, green and bountiful world.I was just a child when our world was besieged by the Sith Empire.
My family, friends, home, and identity were all taken from me and I was given a new home and life under new elders and masters.
I was trained and raised to be a mighty lord of the Sith and was taught by only the best masters.
By the time I was a young adult I showed superior to all of my peers and fellow apprentices and many of my elders above me.
My skills in the force were strong and my saber techniques were unmatched.
Many feared me and many hated me, but none could end me.
By the time I had proved my mettle and was granted the title of a Sith Lord the Empire had fallen from her former glory.The Republic with the aid of the Jedi had managed to seize back many of their worlds and in the process slew the majority of the Dark Council and many other fine Sith Lords, leaving the Empire without true leadership and unity, which then ushered in a period of in-fighting and self destruction amongst the Empire, allowing the Republic to slowly but efficiently tear it apart.
In the final years of the Empire my forces and I were charged with holding one of our final strongholds on the frozen world of Illum.
After months of fortifying the planet a massive Republic assault was launched and led by three Jedi masters.
We fought like we had never fought before and soon after the snow was soaked in blood and littered with bodies.I myself was grievously wounded and though we defeated the Republic assault forces and slew their Jedi commanders we were severely crippled, another attack of such magnitude would have destroyed us completely.
Soon after the battle had ended I saw that the Empire was becoming no more, the Republic was rebuilding itself, healing it's wounds.While it did so the Jedi with the aid of Republican armies were hunting us down like animals and slaying us without mercy or rest, determined to wipe away the last remnants of the Sith.
The battle of Illum had left me with many realizations.
The Sith though strong and determined would always be plagued by greed, betrayal, and infighting, a weakness that would always be used by the Jedi.
The Jedi were far too weak.They were merciful, they grew too comfortable during times of peace, and used little to no force to ensure their undisputed rule or position over the galaxy.
The Republic itself was a democracy.Democracies throughout history have always failed.
The fate of a democracy is decided by the people, and when the people do not agree or come to reasonings it leads to disorder and disunity which are the seeds for civil war and anarchy.
I realized that in order to maintain peace and unity within the galaxy a new kind of government must arise.A new order.
One with the strength and force of the Sith, but one balanced out with the tranquility and liberty of the Republic.
An Empire based around firm rule yet freedoms led by a strong and wise leader.
One that is neither good not evil, but equal.
One that I must build, and one that I must rule as a firm yet just leader.

PLOT/SETTING

Hello and welcome to my new Star Wars RP!
This RP idea is both original yet fully connected to Star Wars cannon lore and is affected by such.
It is set in the final months of the Sith Empire, the Republic armies with the aid of the Jedi Order have been able to turn the tide of the war with the Sith and have all but destroyed them, what few Sith that are still alive and able are either fighting one another for control of what's left of the Empire or are forming independent rogue factions and syndicates.
The Jedi are hunting down the last of the Sith in hopes of extinguishing the final remnants of the Empire and destroying the Sith forever.
However, a single rogue Sith Lord named Victus Sesseth and several young warriors and apprentices are forming together into a coalition which Victus had deemed as the "new empire", or the Aquaelan Empire.
He and his forces have been journeying the galaxy for the past few months, recruiting thousands of beings to join the Aquaelan Armies and gathering young children by the hundreds to raise and train a new generation of force users.
Neither Sith not Jedi, but a balance of both.
Though many have laughed at his intentions, make no mistake, everyday his armies grow by the hundreds, his influence continues to spread from planet to planet, and his resolve is strong.
Soon, he shall become a great threat indeed, not only to the Sith and Jedi, but the Republic and the entire galaxy itself.

In the winter of 1970, a massive logging and timber company known as Timberfall had begun building sawmills and logging camps all across the state of Alaska.One of their larger mills was built along the west side of the Yukon River,directly west of the city of Deadhorse.
It was constructed at the bottom of a small mountain nearby named Mount Krakarov, also known as Dark Mountain by the Inupiat Alaskan Natives, who believed that it was home to evil spirits and demons, and was considered sacred and never to be entered.

On January 10,1975, a terrible blizzard swept across northern Alaska and the large sawmill at the bottom of Mount Krakarov was greatly affected, the entire facility was surrounded by up to five feet of snow and all of the roads and paths were frozen and iced over, effectively stranding all of the loggers.
The situation grew worse as the facility lost power and therefore heating, allowing the building temperature to drop to dangerously low temperatures.
That night a massive avalanche from the mountain above caused additional snow to surround the entire facility and it's roads.
Days turned into weeks with help never arriving due to such terrible weather conditions, and many of the loggers died by freezing to death while others were succumbing to hunger and dehydration.
On February first, help finally managed to reach the sawmill facility, but when authorities entered the mill they found all the loggers dead, by either dehydration, starvation, or hypothermia.
However, to their horror they found many of the bodies had been feasted on, entire limbs and organs were missing from many of the bodies, worse yet, out of the hundred men that worked at the mill only ninety-nine bodies were found, the foreman's body was never recovered.
Police came to the hideous conclusion he had resorted to cannibalism to survive, and had fled into the wilderness to presumably escape the consequences of such action.
All through the month he was searched for but was never found dead nor alive, after six months he was assumed dead and the case was closed.The sawmill was shut down due to the tragic event and has sat abandoned out in the cold wilderness for thirty-one years now.

The story despite it's gruesome nature became rather famous and for several years despite the facility being closed down and out in the wilderness reporters and ghostbusters were constantly writing articles and making trips for photography or "ghostbusting" purpouses.
Though nothing was ever found throughout the years the fluctuation of tourism from people visiting the old mill lead to a popular recreational ski and snowboarding course being opened up on the east side of the river.
Several fishing and hunting lodges were also built along the river as this was also an area with high amounts of fishing and big game hunting.

THE PLOT

It is currently January eighth of 2016, and a young college student named Mark Spinelli has, with his father's permission, invited his closest friends from college to spend the whole weekend up in Alaska at his fathers hunting cabin along the east side of the Yukon River, several miles west outside of Deadhorse, promising them a fun weekend of fishing, snowboarding, skiing, hiking, and and plenty time away from their parents.
Even suggesting that if they want they journey across the river to visit the old sawmill to get their spook on.

YOUR CHARACTER

You will RP as one of Mark's friends, whom he invited up to Alaska for a fun weekend out in the wilderness, promising you a fun time and perhaps even à spooky adventure to one of Alaska's most frightening locations, after getting permission from home you packed up, caught the first flight out to Alaska and are fully prepared for what the weekend had in store for you.

Or so you think....

THE CABIN

The cabin itself is large and made entirely of sturdy wood while the floors are marble and linoleum, it has two floors and a basement.
The basement holds the boiler, the fuse box, and is used also as a pantry and storage.
The first floor had a large living room which has two massive couches, chairs a plenty, and a sixty inch flat screen tv, a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, and board games.
It had has the kitchen, the dining room, and a bathroom.
The second floor has a large library, two bathrooms, a steam room within both the bathrooms, and a jacuzzi in the downstairs bathroom, four master bedrooms, and another game room, as well as a "sporting room" with Mr.Spinelli's hunting trophies and his arrangement of hunting gear, from rifles to crossbows.
The lodge has no internet access.

It has a tool shed and a garage that can hold up to four vehicles that is connected to the lodge via a small hallway.

The Yukon River is exactly half a mile to the West of the cabin and just over the bridge the Abandoned Sawmill is a mile away.
