Dragon Ball AU (Name Change Pending)

Majin Eve was humming a soft tune as she watched the referee walk out to the ring, she had to raise a curious brow at the referee's appearance, another person who didn't look human, and he looked pretty strong too.

'is he fighting first?'

Eve thought to herself before she seen two other fighters approach the ring and getting ready to battle, which confused her a little.

'so, is it a three way battle?'

Before she could continue on the thought she felt what she thought to be someone tapping her left shoulder.

"huh?"

She turned her head to the left to try and see whoever it was trying to get her attention, but had to raise a slightly confused brow when she found no one standing to her left.

'but... someone just... weird'

Eve stared for a second or two before concluding that whoever had poked her had ran away, either that or someone had tossed something at her and it bounced off her before she could see what was thrown, with a slight shrug and a small smile she looked back at out the window. She was about to start humming again but something was pulling to get her attention from her peripheral vision to her right, as she turned her head to her right to find out what she was seeing, her eye's widened in surprise from the sight directly before her. Because of whoever was standing so close to her it forced Eve to flinch slightly as she took a step back to take in the persons appearance, though she was surely surprised by the sudden appearance she didn't really feel scared by it, after a few good long seconds her surprised expression quickly vanished as she got a better look at what she believed to be a girl standing beside her.

'she almost kind of looks like the guy standing in the ring in the striped shirt'

Eve thought to herself before a small smile came to her lips.

"hi there"

She said in a friendly tone as she took a step back to give the girl some space.

"I didn't see you in here before, did you just enter?"

Eve asked in a curious tone, her smile still evident on her.

Majin Eve: *stares with a slightly confused expression* "why does that human have a tail?..."

High in the sky, soring just below the clouds was a pink humanoid figure with a smile upon her lips. Despite being on this world for as long as she has been, which was a very, Very long time she knew little to nothing about it. But during her exploration of this worlds cities she got used to the planets inhabitants, they weren't much different from herself, sure they stared at her but she didn't mind.

After having overheard a few 'Humans' as she learned to call them, she found out that there was a fighting tournament going on around somewhere near the neighboring cities, where the strongest people on earth gather to see who's the strongest. The thought of being able to test her strength against this planets strongest fighters excited her, it was the reason she'd been searching for the event for nearly three hours without stopping, all the while she wore an excited smile. Another thing she noted was how beautiful the planet looked from the sky with it's lush green landscape, it was almost distracting.

After a couple more minutes of flying something caught her eye, she stopped and looked downward, what she seen looked with some sort of open stadium with a square in the middle of it, she tilted her head slightly and wondered if that was the place she was looking for.

'I probably should have asked for directions now that I think about it...'

She thought to herself with a mild chuckle, then she heard the faintest sound of cheering from the crowds below.

'maybe someone down there will know where to go'

At that thought she flew towards the ground as fast as she could, reaching it in just a few seconds before slowing down and softly landing on a sidewalk near the arena, somehow her sky dive and landing went completely unnoticed by people who had been walking by, they seemed to be too occupied talking amongst themselves or making bets on who was going to beat who or who the winner was going to be in the end. One person wearing a hoodie while texting was walking and almost bumped into someone, the guy had stopped walking and looked up o apologise.

"oh, sorry about tha-... uuuh..."

The guy in the hoodie stared wide eyed for a moment at the sight before him, not exactly sure what he was looking at.

"Hi"

The pink skinned girl with strange hair said back to the hooded guy with a smile.

"hi... c-can I help you?"

The man asked nervously.

"I was just wondering if you new where a tournament was taking place"

She asked him honestly, the guy sweat dropped with an "are you serous?" look before he looked to his right towards the tournament area, the girl stared intently at him, her eye's somewhat unsettled him when he looked back to her.

"uh, y-yeah, the tournament is happening in there..."

The guy nervously pointed towards the tournament area which made the girl look at where he pointed, she looked back to him with a smile.

"really? thanks!"

She said with excitement before she walked away from the guy and headed towards the arena.

"... that was... yeah..."

The guy said awkwardly before he put his phone away and went on his way. The pink skinned walked up to one of the entrances in of the tournament area, there was an employee holding a digital clipboard standing near on of the entrances, she observed the other entrance as people walked into, they didn't look all that strong, she guessed that they most likely weren't fighters. She then approached the man with the clipboardy thing, he looked up from it and his eye's widened at the strange sight.

"hello, I was just wondering where the fighters were"

She asked with a small smile, the employee smiled back at the strange stranger.

"why, the fighters are just beyond here, inside the locker room getting ready for the tournament "

He answered proudly with a knowing look, the pink skinned girl smiled eagerly.

"great!"

She said before attempting to walk past the employee, his eye's widened slightly before he stepped in front of her.

"I'm sorry miss, but if you want to enter the tournament you need to fill in this registration form"

The man said after tinkering with his digital clipboard for a second before holding it out to the girl, she hesitantly took the device and looked at it like it somehow grew a second head. The employee raised a brow in slight confusion at her bewilderment.

"uh miss, is there a problem?"

The girl looked at him with a slightly pouting expression.

"what do I do?!"

She asked in an almost pleading tone, the employee sweat dropped before explaining.

"j-just sign you name, where you're from and fill in the spot where you consent to entering the tournament..."

The man said kindly, the girl looked back at the digital clipboard before looking back at the employee.

"how?"

She asked sheepishly, the employee was taken back by this and somehow fell onto his back, his legs twitching in the air, it would have been funny to her if she wasn't stressing about how to enter the tournament. The employee quickly got back to his feet and took the digital clipboard.

"here, I'll just fill it in for your, now, what's your name, and where do you come from?"

He ask, his patience holding strong as he readied himself to enter the information.

"I'm Majin Eve, and I came form the mountains"

Eve answered honestly with a smile, the employee raised a brow at this but shrugged with a smile before he jotted down the info.

"and do you consent to enter the tournament?"

"Yes!"

Eve answered back eagerly, the employee smiled at her enthusiasm as he finished her registration.

"hold still, I need your picture"

He said as he held the clipboard up, there was a brief flash before an image of Eve's smiling face appeared above her name.

"alright, you've been entered into the system, now remember, don't go starting fights in the locker room, go ahead in and wait with the other contestants, you'll now when it's your turn to fight"

The employee said, hoping the strange girl would behave.

"I understand, thank you"

Eve said cheerfully as she walked past him towards the locker room, shortly after she was added to the matchup list. Majin Eve had been walking around the locker room while looking at the competition, she was completely oblivious to the questioning stares she was getting from the other contenders. Most of these fighters looked pretty strong, some more that others, but all she had for guessing how strong they were was their appearance, she didn't exactly know how to sense energy, otherwise she would have found the tournament faster. There was one fighter she noticed who looked particularly pretty strong, and he looked kind of scary too, his skin was green, his ears were pointy and he had two antenna on his forehead, Eve guessed he wasn't one of the humans, but neither was she so she didn't judge.

Deciding not to look around further Eve walked up to one of the windows and looked out at the crowd.

'sure are a noisy bunch'

She thought with a smile as she waited for the fighting to begin.

I have a quick question before I get the IC rolling: Do you all want to start with a Martial Arts Tournament, or do you want to jump straight into fighting real bad guys? I feel the former would help establish relationships earlier on and would make the fact that they will all fight together more believable.

I don't exactly know what to do with John, sure I said he was eventually going to arrive near the pawnshop, but I left it open for anyone who might have wanted something to do... *smiles*

Majin Eve

Name: Majin Eve. (Eve for short)

Appearance:

Eve stands at five and a half feet tall.

Age: ???.

Gender: Female.

Race: Majin.

Initial Power Level: 1500.

Techniques:
Majin Kamehameha - basically the same as a Kamehameha but pink.

Candy Beam - Majin Eve fires a beam of energy from her center hair head tentacle that can change seemingly anything near the size of a large truck into various possible food items, most of which will possibly be desserts or candy, this can be used in battle but it's not nearly as effective at hitting it's target as a Ki Blast/Wave, she can reverse the affect of the beam if need be.

Basic Ki-Blasts/Beams - Majin Eve doesn't know many techniques besides firing single powerful or multiple Ki Blasts/beams/waves, but she can learn them, ether from being trained or seeing a certain technique multiple times, as much as Eve likes shooting energy from her hands at her opponents, she does like getting in close to give her opponents a good beat down.

Regeneration - Majin Eve has the ability to heal herself and regrow entire limbs or even her whole body in a matter of seconds if it somehow got blown to smithereens, but depending on how serous the injury the more energy it takes her to heal herself, and the lower her energy the slower she heals, having this ability has trained her to believe that she's unbeatable, making her somewhat arrogant and careless in battle, but that doesn't make it any less painful when she's hit by an attack.

Self Biological Manipulation - Majin Eve can stretch her limbs and body to seemingly any length and even control parts of her body if they were ever separated from her (from losing an arm to having her body cut in half horizontally from her waist), doing so takes a small amount of her energy.

Healing Power - Majin Eve can heal others but at the cost of her Ki energy.

Energy Charge - By concentrating and drawing from inside herself Majin Eve can recharge her Ki energy, doing so takes time and leaves her vulnerable for attack until she stops charging her energy.

Flight - with a little bit of focus she can use her Ki to propel herself through that air, the more focus, the faster she can fly.

Personality: Majin Eve is cheerful and or happy almost 70% of the time when she's not fighting, but when she is fighting she gets serious with a smile. Although a bit of an exaggeration it does take a lot to put Eve in a foul mood, with the exception of a few certain circumstances. She's also caring about those she considers her friends and doesn't like it when she see's innocent people get hurt, it angers her to see such a thing. She has a liking towards fighting, and she happens to have a serous sweet tooth, putting it lightly Eve finds it hard to control herself when in a candy shop. She doesn't like giving up thanks to her fighting spirit, especially if she's fighting to help save innocent people.

Minor things like age are things that I feel are better to learn through IC means than through character sheets. If we know everything about a character before the game even starts, then what's there to learn?

I don't really care if you all invent a race. It doesn't matter to me as long as the race as a whole doesn't have some OP traits.
