Eve's eyes widened slightly at the strength that Lucas had put into the handshake, he was certainly stronger than a normal human, he might be stronger than the stronger looking competitors here, what she felt from the handshake was close to the strength she felt from Strong-Arm when they traded blows, but Lucas was just shaking her hand, he didn't look like he was straining to put out that much power just for a handshake.

'I think he's stronger than Strong-Arm, but how? Lucas looks nowhere near as strong as Strong-Arm does...'

She thought to herself as she tried to put together how Lucas could be stronger than Strong-Arm when he didn't look as strong as him. Eve shook off the train of thought as she released Lucas's hand from the handshake and smiled. She was going to say something but noticed how quiet it had gotten outside, she looked out the windows to noticed the fighting had stopped, Eve raised a confused brow to this.

"what's going on?"

She asked as she walked over to the windows and looked outside.

Majin Eve listened intently to Lucas with a soft smile as she rested her crossed arms on the open locker room windowsill.

'wow, ever since he was a kid he was fighting at these tournaments and hasn't been knocked out once during the first round? he must be tough!'

Eve thought to herself with a smile before a thought came to mind which made her frown slightly.

'but... that might not be as impressive as it sounds...'

Eve thought as she remembered her fight against Strong-Arm.

'a lot of the fighters here look strong, and Strong-Arm looked stronger than most, but in the end he was no match against me... maybe I shouldn't have played with him, but then again maybe it was better to let him think he had a chance, it would probably be better than letting him think he had no chance at all... that aside, though most of the fighters here look strong... I don't think they're as strong as I am...'

Eve thought to herself, a faint look of disappointment on her features for a brief second.

'but... what was it that old guy I met in the mountains said... something about covers... and books... hmm... I don't remember, maybe it'll come to me later'

She thought with a smile before she refocused on Lucas as he introduced himself to her, she smiled as she went to reply.

"I'm Majin Eve, it's nice to meet you"

Eve said in a cheerful tone before she notice Lucas holding his hand out to her, she stared at Lucas's hand for a moment with a hint of confusion.

'w-... what is he doing?... Wait! I think I've seen this a few times before! I remember seeing some humans holding hands out like this when they met each other! but why?... then there was this other time I seen two humans inside a small glowing box behind a window, one was holding his hand out like Lucas is, but then the other for some reason took his hand the threw the guy over himself before slamming him into the ground before they began fighting... so... I think it's safe to say it's probably the former...'

As she thought this over she didn't want to keep Lucas waiting, so she hesitantly held her hand out before carefully talking hold of Lucas's making sure not to use her strength to avoid possibly hurting him, she had a slightly nervous expression on her as she looked to Lucas.

"um... am I... doing this right?..."

She asked him with a nervous chuckle.

Majin Eve was watching out the locker room window again, humming a little tune to herself when she heard someone speak, she looked over to see Lucas and smiled at his question, she guessed he was talking to her, he was looking at her after all.

"yes I did, it was fun!"

She said in a cheerful tone as she looked back out the window.

"that Strong-Arm guy was really tough and strong"

As she said that she looked at her right hand before closing it to a fist as she smiled, she then looked back to Lucas.

"but he was no match for me"

Eve let out a small giggle as she remember how she threw Strong-Arm out of the ring, though most missed it, she thought the look on his face was priceless.

"so, did you pass the first round to? or are you still waiting to fight?"

She asked as she tilted her head slightly in a generally curious gesture, a light smile on her lips.
