Well we probably have a France now so I imagine we will get started soonish. Once Outcast sees what's up.

Edit: I can't blame you for that goal. I'm a fan of the Byzantine Empire myself though you should keep your plans kind of close to the heart. Otherwise you'll arouse suspicion.

Greece could be a fun choice. It'd be a fairly slow start at first but nationalist movements are bound to take place in the Balkans. You could very possibly regain lost Greek land. Just have to bide your time and use diplomacy.

Bavaria would be a bit hard to curb Prussian dominance in forming Germany. Unless backed by Austria though they are still seeking Germany for themselves at this point. I would love to see Bavaria form a south german fedaration though.

I'm pretty sure anything on the list is all that is available right now. Hawaii wouldn't add much to the game. We need some secondary powers filled. A lot of them have good potential.

If you intend on going Korea it might be hard to really flourish. You'd be stuck between China and Japan trying to extend influence over you.

I was actually considering playing as Sweden or Denmark for ScandinaviaPlaying as the Dutch might be interested as well, lot of Empire building to be done AsiaOr France, they could do some empire building in Asia as well.

Sweden would be much better for Scandinavian ambitions in my own opinion. All you really need after that is a way to get Denmark into the fold.

I'd suggest taking someone such as Sweden or the Netherlands. Sweden has the potential to United Scandinavia and the Netherlands has a fair colonial empire. Spain could always be an interesting choice as well trying to hold on to their last vestiges of their colonial empire.
