Neither can I, but its whatever. Although it was the reasoning for the Empire coming to an end and Brazil turning into a Republic, if anything doing it sooner would make the situation more chaotic. Cut out some of the lead up restrictions to slavery and such.

I hope something ends up happening down there. South America needs some kind of action down there, can't imagine having much fun being stuck in a collective peace circle.

The British themselves said they were done with the treaty as well though. Not many people are left in support of it.
