Running this game takes up a lot of my time. Time I'm afraid I won't have as the year progresses. Currently, I'm considering stopping this game and do something that requires less of my time. Not only does this work in the interest of my schedule, but it's better than doing it at the last moment when we're invested more in the game, maybe even in the middle of a war. What do you say?

Posted IC.Get yer asses to Vienna. Let's settle this like gentlemen.By this I mean, let me know if you'd like to attend and I'll whip up a PM where we can all take turns speaking on behalf of our country. We can throw in some neutral countries if you want. The point is to settle the matter in an organized and diplomatic fashion.

We did a WiR 1776 right before 1920 Mk II. It was... lacklustre; although I enjoyed it. Tbh earlier-period WiRs don't seem to fare well, although WiR 1810 or something might be interesting. You could also do an RPG version of 1920; that time period has astounding versatility. Frankly thoygh, I think a 1861 reboot is the best bet.

I disagree. WiR is never the same. To take the Paradox WiRs as an example, 1861 Mk I and 1861 Mk II were completely different; as are 1920 Mk I and the ongoing Mk II. Different people playing different nations half the time, lessons learned from Mk I taken into account, different agendas etc. I'd be fine continuing and helping you all out -- 1861 is my far my fave time period for WiR -- but starting afresh isn't half bad either.
