Was born sometime in winter, he knows at least that much.
Physical Appearance:
Crow stands around 5'6" and still growing. Somewhat pale complexion, but that will change soon he gets some sun. Athletically built. His hair is made of different shades of browns. He has golden colored eyes, though his left eye is faded in color for he nearly legally blind in that eye. Do to an injury that was inflected on that eye. And if it isn't obvious Crow has quite of a few scars. Mostly around his face, and a few others scattered across his body.
Personality:
Clever thinker and loves learning new information, facts and skills. Crow has this calm air about him, he doesn't get mad too easily. Crow usually smiles and brushes the feeling aside. He also as this invisible veil that prevents people from wanting to approach him. His appearance is key factor into this. Crow doesn't mind hanging out with others; he just prefers to keep his distance without knowing who to trust. Crow is a fairly quiet person. People tend to think he is a mute when they first meet him until he does decide to speak. His other personality traits consists of being protective of those close to him, confident to a point, determined to see things through and brave/hard to break.
Strengths:
Is able to talk in two different languages. English and French. Can tolerate extreme colds. Not only is her quick on his feet, Crow has the ability to think up new solutions/plans even under stressful situations. Crow has a photographic memory, but only to a point. Images are harder for him to recall but seen words or numbers are permanently implanted within his memory bank. Crow is also a pretty fighter, but prefers not to engage in fights as much as possible.
Weaknesses:
Can't fly for very long, and is a clumsy flyer. Crow strong sense of smell and hearing are so sensitive anything and everything can set them off at any moment. Can't say no to someone in need of help. Crow has such a high metabolism that he needs to eat every hour to two hours of he starts crashing. Almost like a diabetic but it is entirely different. Is deathly afraid of turtles. Has a weak stomach to the sight of blood but is able to hold his ground and his lunch when need too.
Mutant Powers:
Is able to morph into a wolf. Crow wasn't always an avian. Crow started out as a new version of the eraser to prevent some of the set backs the originals have. Like the short life span for instants. The whitecoats were starting to get tired of the same routine of replenishing their numbers. Then one decided to add to his abilities. When Crow morphs is quick and simple. He had years of practice. In his wolf form he is slightly larger than your avenger wolf. Fur color is the same as his hair. Scars along the face are the same. Eye color the same. The only thing that disappears are his wings. With the wolf genes running through his system Crow has a strong sense of smell and hearing.
Wing Appearance:
Crows wing span is around 14 feet. The coloring is dark brown on the upper part, lighter brown underneath. Towards the end of his wings there is white and black mottling. Almost looks as though someone through buckets of paint at him, permanently staining his feathers.
Background Story:
There isn't much known about Crow. He was brought to one of many facilities the whitecoats own when he was just an infant. For the longest time Crow thought his real name was 299. He always found it weird. For everyone else had better sounding names. It wasn't until he reached the age of twelve, and he had proven himself time and time again, that they finally allowed him to change his name. A few years later the name Crow suited him perfectly. After what they had done to him.

When Crow was five was put through many tests. To test out his reflexes, intelligence, and so forth. Of course he didn't ace everything. But it was to be expected considering his age at the time. Shortly afterwards he was put the new eraser program. The experiments were terrible. And the pain and experiences he went through afterwards were just as bad. When Crow reached the age of eight he mastered his wolf transformation ability. He was one of few successful test subjects.

Crow had to face off many erasers and other experiments. Many saw this as a right of passage to stay alive. Others enjoyed the thrill of the fight. For from time to time killing was tolerated. Crow had only been to the outside once. When he was being transferred to Facility #7. There, at the age of 14, they turned him into an avian. The perfect hybrid someone once said. Though Crow doesn't consider himself an eraser or an avian. He calls himself Frankenstein's Monster. Do to what they have done to him and as well as to how he looks. But even so Crow chooses not to let it effect him. For he wants to hold onto whatever human part of him he has left. His sense of self.

► Dr. Marian Janssen (the Director)

• The Director pulls the strings for the School and Itex, and claims to be one of the few successful Itex species combinations. She plans the Re-Evolution and By-Half Plans. The Director claims to be a hybrid human—Galápagos tortoise, 107 years old. If this is true or not it still pretty freaky considering how young this woman looks. Overall this woman is very clever and isn't afraid to use any means necessary to get what she wants. Though has learned the importance of being patient. She uses sweet words like a snake to gain someone's trust. And very slowly rips their pride and mentally stability from under their noses until they finally break. A scary lady, someone who don't want to ever meet.
• Her appearance is that of a super model but with a genius brain behind all that makeup. Marian has a thing about standing out. Fashionable clothes. Fancy hairstyles. And so on. Marian has blonde hair and blue eyes and stands in around 5'7". Rich, powerful, has the looks but crazy in the head none the less.

► Grim (The Mad Grizzly)

• A genetically alter grizzly bear. One of many projects the whitecoats took on. But overtime it became a problem. Do to going through a lot hundreds of experiments Grim grew vengeful and full of hate. Grim was kept in a facility out in the middle of the woods. After waiting for the right moment for years, Grim finally took action when a whitecoat forgot to lock his cell. He mauled anyone and everyone. He has been roaming the country side of North America ever since. Causing mayhem where he goes.
• Grim is twice the size of any regular old grizzly bear. Has twice the speed and strength. His lower jaw has been broken several times when he was younger, when forced to fight against others like him. So his jaw looks like a crooked mess. But this doesn't stop from mauling any human or animal that crosses paths with him. Other than his over massive body Grim also knows human tongue. Though his words are slurred and hidden behind growls and grunts. Because of them Grim is still being hunted down by the whitecoats. For he is one of unusual subjects they managed to create.

Hello and welcome! Thank you for checking out this thread! I hope that you are looking forward to this RP just as much as I am. Maximum Ride is one of my favorite set of books to read. Including the manga version. The movie was okay but I honestly prefer the books. Even though the series is one of my favorites my mind can only hold so much info. So sometimes the internet is a helpful tool. But this RP isn't strongly based around the series. We will be using some of the same concepts. Such as erasers, whitecoats, avian teenagers, other mutants, and so on.

But before we go further into detail here are a few things you should read upon first. This way you know who are dealing with and also a few things I require from you guys. I am a fairly easy going person. So if you have any questions feel free to ask them here.

► I am female, and I am in my twenties.

• Oddly I play male roles better than female roles. So expect my character to be male.
• Though there might be a chance I might change my mind...

► My response time varies, some days I can reply everyday to about once a week. I have a busy life.

• I live within the Pacific Time Zone.
• I work five days a week, sometimes long hours.

► I personally like writing 3 paragraphs or more. 3 paragraphs minimal if I am having a hard time coming with something to write.

• It all depends on how much information is given.
• Very little info means less to work with. In turn, harder for people to write lengthy replies.
• Though I am pretty good at coming with things on a whim. I just need time to piece everything together.

► I am no robot, so don't treat me as such. I do make mistakes. Just kindly point them out if you see any.

• I do sometimes make some grammar mistakes, and as well as punctuation errors.
• My mistakes happen usually when I am super tired and/or writing too fast and haven't reread my work before posting.
• Again if you see me making mistakes please kindly let me know, and I will do the same.

► Please be able to write more than one paragraph at a time.

• One liners are absolutely not necessary.
• I know sometimes writers block gets the better out of all of us, please do the best that you can under this circumstance.
• Please reread your work before posting.
• Try to use enough detail within your posts to explain the outcome, item, person etc.

► When replying....

• I am pretty lax about how constant replies come in. Everyday great! Once or twice a week I am fine with that as well.
• What I am not okay with is people disappearing without a reason to why. Disappear for two weeks then suddenly come back.
• I am going to say this now, if you give no clear reason or one at all to why you haven't replied in a certain amount of time: Your character will suddenly disappear from the group...

► Respect each other.

• Nothing pet peeves me the most than people making unnecessary comments, bashing other people's work and so on.
• If you can't say anything nice... walk away.
• Helpful tips, and suggests are all fine. But there's the right way and the wrong way of doing it.

► Characters

• One character per person.
• Please do not copy someone else's character.
• I have noticed people coping ideas or bits of information from others when posting characters. It has happened to me and it's annoying...
• Be creative. If I notice any copycats you will not be accepted.
• Anime/manga images please.
• Forms must be completed!

Despite if you read the books or not. I am not listing everything. Just a handful of the more important pieces. Everything else will come into play later. When and if they do. Again this RP isn't strongly based around the series.

►Whitecoats

• To many the whitecoats look just your avenge human, who have genius thinking capabilities. A lot of them are able to hide their true intentions. Blending into society without revealing who they really are and what they are capable of. But those who deal with them on a day to day bases know better. Whitecoats are nothing more than mad scientists ready to experiment on any poor soul. Making “improvements” when they see fit. The whitecoats are good at keeping secrets, but like to play mind games by giving small hints. So it isn't clear to what their official plans are. They always claim it is better the future generations, to help the human species and as well a majority of the animals to survive what is about to come.

►Erasers

• Scientific enhanced humans, who work for the whitecoats. The erasers are fused with wolf DNA. Making them stronger, faster and a whole lot nastier. They also have heightened senses such as hearing and smell. Sneaking up on an eraser is a terrible mistake. They appear just like any other human. Until they trigger their inner wolf. Their nails turn into claws, teeth become sharper, and gain some extra hair/fur. But do not take on a werewolf or wolf-like appearance. Take note that most of them are actually kids. Strange at it may sound. Do to the wolf DNA the kids effected with it they age rapidly. Causing them to have adult bodies while being a child trapped inside. Erasers are also tattooed on the nap of their necks. The tattoo is expiration date. Most don't live pass seven years after becoming an eraser.

►Avians

• Genetically alerted humans. Fused with avian -bird- DNA. Giving them wings, lighter bones, air sacs, strength and some inherit other abilities. The wings can span anywhere between 14 to 18 feet, depending on body height. Thinner bones so they take off when need too, also helps them stay afloat. Air sacs are located near their lungs, so they can fly at higher altitudes. Unlike the erasers the avian group are solely used as experiments. Some never see the light of day. Some work for the whitecoats only because they were brainwashed to do so or have no other choice. Those who manage to escape are always looking over their shoulders. Hiding in plain sight or in isolation. In order to blend in society the avians have to fold their wings up tightly against their backs which is uncomfortable but effective. The other abilities the avians have consists of turning invisible, control technology, fuse through walls, run at inhuman speeds and so on.

Sorry it took me a while to get my character completed. I realized I had made a few minor mistakes but I worked them out, I even had added in a few extra things about him. Choosing what theme songs to use was the hardest part since this is the first time adding in themes songs to one of my characters. I hope the ones I finally picked are decent enough. Also, if there are any changes I need to make please let me know. Lastly, I made my character on the young side for two reasons. Reason One: I felt like there was a need for a character who is inexperience and needs a lot of guidance. Reason Two: The age suits the images I had found for my character.

Psychical Appearance
Stands around 5'9", weighs in around 190 lbs. Is athletically built. Dark brown hair that appears almost black unless the light hits it just right. Brown eyes. He does have some scaring on varies parts of his body. All from fights. At least he hopes so. Majority of his scars have no story behind them since he doesn't recall when or where he has gotten them from. Sometimes he blanks out when he transforms for all he knows he had came across a bear, another werewolf, a person, a group of people... who knows what else.

Clothing
He does have a certain style of clothes he likes to wear. Graphic tee, plain shirts, leather jacket or button up shirts worn open, dark jeans, black combat boots loosely worn, black Converse and anything else that is comfortable to move around in. since money is something that is almost none existent in his life sometimes he gets stuck with wearing worn out clothing. Has no piercings or tattoos. And doesn't plan on getting any.

Werewolf Appearance
In his wolf form he appears healthy, strong, slender built but fairly tall. His fur is a bit darker than his hair when in human form though there are a few light patches of fur around parts of his neck, shoulders, tail, undersides, jaw and undersides. Do to how thick his fur is his scars go unnoticed. His eye color is a bit brighter in coloring more along the lines of being a pale brown.

• When he gets worried about something Carter reorganizes furniture, shelves, cabinets etc. This habit tends to annoy those around him.
• Quotes sayings from his favorite movies. When proving a point or trying lighten up the mood etc.

• Well wipe the end of his nose with his right index finger when lying about something. Sometimes followed by him looking down or off to the side.

• Has killed someone before. He woke up near a half eaten corpse of a hunter who took a shot at him when out in the woods while in his wolf form. He buried what was left of the man deep in the woods. The guilt still taunts him from time to time. And the guilt he felt got so bad at one point that he nearly turned in for the murder he had commented.
• Wishes that he knew how to use magic.

• Has eaten out of dumpsters before...yuck!

Like most werewolves he has strong sense of smell and excellent hearing, is a fast runner, and quite flexible/cunning. This also includes the healing factor that werewolves possess. His tracking skills still need some work. Since he still quite young compared to the majority of others Carter does have a few draw backs. But being young also has it's positive side, he is still going through the learning stage. And is able to pick up on new habits and skills needed to survive.

Carter has nearly a perfect photographic memory. He can memorize words and numbers at one glance. Demonstrations along with images are harder to recall when shown for mere few seconds.

Certain sounds will cause his ears to ring, luckily he learned to deal with it by listening to his MP3 player. He isn't always necessarily listening to music, but the earbuds help muffle out some of the unwanted noise though not every sound can be completely drowned out.

Strong odors such as BO, sweaty feet, public bathrooms, cologne, perfume you name it. A huge amount of these smells with make him gag, feel nauseous or even render him motionless until the smell dissipates. So don't feel offended when he chooses to stand 30 feet away from you.

Carter is quick on his feet and can easily evade an oncoming attack, and can throw a good punch. When facing off against other supernaturals and the hunters... and yet he has a lot to learn if he wants to see another day.

Carter can either be outgoing or unsocial. Soon he becomes comfortable with the people around him, he starts engaging in the conversations or activities they are apart of. Carter will then become more of social boat and more willing to reveal his true self. A bit of a joker, more upbeat. He is also smart enough to stay out of troublesome situations or substances. Giving him a strong enough will to resist temptation.

Carter tries to keep cool since loosing his temper usually brings out the wolf that resides in him. He will often walk away from the conflict. But just like anyone else push the right buttons he'll become unglued. In some cases Carter is known to become stubborn refusing to give in or give up. He will also push himself beyond his limits in order to helps others around him or for selfish reasons. Especially when he has a clear enough goal in mind he desperately wants to accomplish.

Growing up Carter has seen a lot of cruel, dishonest and greedy people. After having to put with people like that for so long Carter had made a pledge to himself that he will never turn out like them. It may seem childish but to this day he lives by that pledge. Though at times Carter may seem a little too honest. Though he is good at keeping secrets since he of course has secrets of his own that he wants to keep hidden.

Somewhere in Oregon. He has no birth records so it is hard telling.

Carter's life is pretty simple but down right sad. Right off the bat Carter was out on his own. His father was no where to be found and his mother passed away shortly after he was born. He bounced around from foster home to foster for varies of reasons. Mostly because of his hyper active aggressive nature that couldn't be handled as a child. All thanks to his werewolf genes. First he lived mostly within Oregon. Then in a few places in California. When he was twelve, distant relatives from Wakefield, Massachusetts took him in. Life with them wasn't easy. Oddly enough they somehow knew how to deal with his behavior. And helped shaped him to who is now. Carter lived with them for three great long years until a terrible traffic accident claimed their lives.

Again he has reintroduced to the foster home situation. This time in Salem, Massachusetts. Unlike the years before when he was younger Carter managed to be able to stay in a single foster home for nearly a year. But one day an incident occurred at school. He lost his temper resulting for some of the students who he fought against to need some medical attention. Not wanting go through the foster system again Carter took it upon himself to live on his own. In actuality he is considered a runaway. But overtime the police gave up on looking for him.

He is currently living in a rundown abandoned studio apartment. The building is one of many hotpots for local party goers but they learned to give him some distance. Luckily he was able to somehow get his hands on a new bolt lock to kept unwanted guest out. It isn't an ideal place for him but he really has no other choice in the matter. Sometimes Cater forgets to pay attention to the phases of the moon or forgets to keep his temper in check resulting in people getting a frightening surprise. Normally he is pretty careful. Usually the ones who witness him in his wolf form are pretty wasted anyways.

Since he still young there are more chances for new life experiences to take place. For better or for worst.

I have decided on being a werewolf. Since I am more comfortable and confident in playing one. I hope that is okay with you guys ^_^
