Create Steampunk Fantasy World

So we have all heard and read about medieval fantasy stories, with dragons, elves and orcs. What I want to do is create a world where we say what happens when a medieval fantasy moves on to the steam-punk era. So basically what happens when technology advances. For example we hear that half elves are rare but maybe now their numbers have gone up and have even created their own city that combines new technology with elven magic, for example their troops carry around magical pistols. Another example could be several orcs clans who have all suffered badly from constantly going to war with humans and themselves. As other races technology evolved orcs decided to become mercenaries and body guard, allowing them to learn how to counter such new technology. So who would be interested in creating or rping in such an rp?

Alright I'm going to start spice things up for Omega tomorrow by giving them someone to fight.
Also Omega and Alpha will be effecting each other storylines depending on what they do.

The combined attack of Doctor Who and Lerafa was able to knock out Professor Zoom. "It seems our guide has been knock out. You should search for him. His name is brainiac 5." said the Imperfect Redeemer voice but she herself could not be found.

Team Omega, how do you guys want to procced. Since this is investigating I though I would allow you guys to create the scene and move the rp at your own pace or do you wish for me to create the scene and move the story foward?

Seeing that all the attacks were coming to him directly, Professor Zoom decided to simply run away or at least that's what it seemed. The Blue Truth began to make the ground hard for him to move but not enough for him to get away or appearing to do so. The truth was that he was actually running around the world and thus attack the team from behind, starting with Dr. Who. vibrating his hand so that it could phase through objects he place it in Dr. Who head killing the Doctor by turning his brain into mush (or at least making him regenerate).
