Cut off her head, she dead. What make wolverine op is the healing factor combine with adamantium bones. It allows him to survive things that would kill other people with his healing factor. That being said I will recall my character seeing as several people have a problem with her.

Name: Lily van Dyne
Alias: Sting

Powers:
-Size Alteration: Sting change her size becoming as small as 1/2 inch in height or as large as several hundred feet. With her size alteration her strength level changes as well as they both increase as she changes size, effectively giving her superhuman strength.
-Flight: Being the daughter of Janet, when Sting reduces her size to 1/2 inch she can grow a pair of insect wings that allow her to fly up to 40 miles per hour.
-Stringers: Sting like her mother Wasp, can fire out powerful bio-electric blast from her own hands that can cause extreme pain to highly durable and super-humanly strong beings as well as being able to blast apart high-density structures.
Weaknesses:
-Body Strain: The bigger Lily becomes the more strain it puts on her body, thus she cannot stay in larger forms for to long.
Personality: Daring, friendly, hot-tempered, Tomboy

Brief bio: After Janet divorce Hank Pym, she found she was pregnant with his child. She elected not to tell him and raise the child on her own, believe it was for the best. Janet with the assistance of a baby sitter was able to balance her own life as well as raising Lily for a few years until Lily powers manifested for the first time. Using her retractable antennae, Wasp was able to get the ants to find and bring back Lily home safely.

Janet not wanting Hank to find out about her Daughter decided to ask Reed Richard for a method to shut down Lily powers. Reed Richards was able to create a serum that would temporarily stop Lily body from producing Pym Particles. Though she would have to get this shot once every month and thus spent some time with the Richards including Franklin. For most of her younger part of her life, Lily was home schooled and developed a friendly rivalry with Franklin, trying to outsmart him every month that she saw him. This allowed her to excel at all forms of science but she seemed to excel best a genetics.

Yet when Lily became a teenagers her body started to become immune to the serum and thus her mother, Janet told her everything about her Father and her powers. Lily became furious at her Father and blamed him for everything wrong with her life and thus develop a dislike towards all men (expect Franklin who she viewed as a brother). Janet also allowed Lily to go to a normal school. Here she found her studies easy and boring. Yet what she found difficult at first was fitting in and her first few years were hell. Up to the point where she lash out and used her powers to beat up several fellow students. Due to this incident, Lily was expelled from the school.

Janet was also furious at Lily and after a long strict talk she told her that also understood why she did but it didn't make it right. Yet Janet was unable to find a school that would accept Lily until she talk to Professor X. Although his school was for mutants, Lily was also gifted and thus he enrolled her. Though Lily felt like an outsider, she found herself fitting better here then a regular school and found the studies a bit more challenging but still simple. Thus Lily finish her remaining school years in the Xavier institute, graduating a year early. Lily has now applied to be an agent of S.W.O.R.D. but has still be accepted or rejected.
Notes: Lily is a highly skilled in genetics and is skilled in most other forms of science.

Hi guys and girls, these are just some ideas. Tell me what you like and what you don't like. Anything here can be changed, removed or have other things added:

Human Issues:
Religion: Fire, Light and 2nd Shadow. Fire and Light are the two public religions often used by humans. Light believes in healing and converting members. Fire is more aggressive and believes more in cleansing all evil by fire. 2nd Shadow is large hidden cult that uses demonic magic to further its own dark ends. These Religions are now often in conflict with each other.
Revolution one: Poor verse Rich, no reason to explain further
Revolution two: Factory workers verse magic users. Magic users are starting to replace factory workers. A single magic users can do the work of several regular workers and as a result have been putting regular workers out of jobs.
Traditions: Magic verse Technology, some humans prefer technology as everyone can use it, while some prefer magic, as it doesn't really break down or cause health issues.
Gang Warfare: Red Reapers, Bane Alliance, 2nd Shadow, Thief Guild. Red Reapers are criminals who deal mainly in assassinations, illegal mercenary work and other jobs that require muscle. Bane Alliance is an anti-human gang who go around killing humans, though they don't kill half humans they see them as inferior. 2nd Shadow though a religion is also classified as a gang due to their criminal activity they take part in. They have some bad blood with the Thief Guild as the two were once allies until things went south. Thief guild is a crime group that specializes in stealing, smuggling and illegal substance.
Human Supremacy: Belief that humans are superior to all other races and aside from human sub races all other species should be wipe out.

Humans are everywhere and seem to do everything, Jack of All Trades and Master of None.

Elven Issues:
Building a new homeland vs reclaiming their old homeland: Having lost their old homeland and being force to retreat a long time ago, the Elven race has recently started to recover. Some wish to create a new homeland in the skies were their enemies cannot get them while others wish to reclaim their old homeland. This has caused much debate as although the Elves are once again growing they don't have the power to do both.
Religion: Keeping Old Elven Religion vs Adopting New Human Religion of Light and Fire. Many Elves believe that their old Gods have left them or have died. Thus they wish to adopt the religion of Light or Fire. Some though stubbornly refuse to change. Elves that worship fire and light seem to actually get along with one another and are often called as diplomats when they two religions come into conflict with each other.
Green Dragons: Several Elven cities are actually in the sky. These cities tend to have small forests or parks. This attracts the attention of Green Dragons who have left their homes due to them being cut down by other races. Green Dragons and Elves have gotten along with each other for many years yet their is now debate about how to use them since they are very rare. Should they be used for war or let them get their numbers up. Should elves capture them by force to increase their military power or allow them to come natural to elves.

Elves are the masters of the sky, have excellent long range combat and also make excellent diplomats, they are also very quick but someone who is trained would be able to read the moves of a regular elf. Elves are also the masters of magic but are terrible at techno-magic for some reason.

Dwarfs:
Technology vs Techno-magic: Dwarfs have found themselves able to use Techno-magic to create the best weapons and even golems. No one is able to enchant weapons to the level of Dwarfs. Yet some Dwarfs see this as Magic which is a Taboo.
Exploring Under Water to gain new riches vs staying safe at home. Dwarfs have began to create Submarines to mine rare earth minerals from the oceans. Yet many Dwarfs like to keep their feet on the ground and thus are opposed to this. Yet humanity has been mass producing at such a rate it has been putting the Dwarfs out of business but exploring under water may give them rare minerals to better improve their economy and weapons.

Dwarfs are the Masters of Siege Warfare and at building submarines and are highly skilled in enchanting weapons, armour and gear. They also have a natural defence that somewhat protects them against magic. Though it is weaker verse Techno-magic.

Orcs:
Honour vs Glory: In recent time Orcs have been getting slaughtered, they seem unable to adapt to the new levels of technology and are often at times at war with themselves. A large amount of Orcs believe they need to unite in order to start winning again. Other Orcs though have began to work as body guards and mercenaries. These Orcs who survive their first few missions use their money to buy the best gear that money can afford and become the deadliest bodyguards. Having a full armoured Orc as a Bodyguard is very expensive but chances are you will survive any ambushes or would be assassins.
Racism against Half Orcs: Half Orcs have always be seen as weak but are smarter then your average Orcs and better at magic. As such several Half Orcs have been trying to get leadership position but are finding themselves constantly being discriminated upon.
Combat Vs Society: Some Orcs have decided to stop fighting and start farming, although low on number, they are popular among the Half Orcs and these Orcs support the mercenary and bodyguard concept. Giving such Orcs a home to come back to after years as a bodyguard or mercenary.

Orcs are tough and strong. They require a totem to cast magic and are also unable to use Techno-magic. Orcs are also more highly resistant to poisons, toxins and diseases.

Half Elf:
Immigration: Half Elves created a city, one unlike any other. It technology more advance then any other and has what is considered the best living conditions. Thus many people have immigrated up to the point where Half Elves are about no longer become the majority. Thus they have set laws that discriminate against families that aren't half elves, or a pairing that will spawn a half elf.
Bane Alliance: The Bane Alliance has a large criminal presence here in Half Elf city
Possible Invasions: The half elf city is currently place in-between several nations making it a prime target for invasion.

Half Elves excel at Techno-magic. Though they cannot create Golems.

Religious History:
The Religion of Fire in the past has always been the most popular by a cast majority. It use a special type of fire magic which it calls Divinity Flame. Calling it magic is considered Heresy and has gotten several people killed. Divinity Flame can be used similar to Fire Magic although it seems to drain a person twice as fast as regular fire magic and is as twice as hard to use. Though it does have several advantages, non magic users with some harsh and a long amount of practice can use Divinity Flame. Divinity Flame is also very effective verse Demons and its flames can also be used to craft weapons which also excel at defeating demons. It's last effect is that the Divinity of Flame can be used to heal wounds but at a cost. The more evil deed a person has done the less effective it is. People healed in this method tend to pass out, only the strongest manage to stay awake and they rather be knock out then endure it all. Though regular wounds are healed in a few moments, this also leaves the target drained. Religion of Fire maintains its own private army, rivalling that of nations.

The Religion of Light at first was small but growing. Overtime it become large but was still tiny compared to Religion of Fire. Religion of light uses Divinity of Light, it is used for healing thought it can be used to fight demons, though weapons cannot be forged by it. Recently though Religion of Light has revealed several Angels to the public. These Angels has caused the Religion of Light popularity to sky rocket overnight. Many people are now converting to its cause, its numbers are now starting to rival that of Religion of Fire. Yet their is a hidden dark secret about Angels only know to the highest members of the Religion of Light, the truth is that Angels are captured Demons who with the proper use of Light have been converted. Like Demons, Angels are immortal but can be banished to the Shadow Land.

Difference between Magic and Techno-magic. Magic is well regular magic, using mainly the four elements, along with the demonic magic as well. Though magic can be combined with basic weapons like swords and shields, it cannot be combined easily with higher levels of technology such as muskets and trains. Techno-magic on the other hand can be, a musket could fire a shot using Techno-magic that would create it's own magical bullet. Techno-magic isn't as draining but it isn't as powerful either.
